AIR EUROPA - WORST AIRLINE IN THE WORLD I was on a flight from Franfurt to Madrid. My luggage delayed 4 days during all my business trip to Spain . I had not my clothes, my documents, even my basic needs. I lost all my business, * many time and feel so horrible . And they do not compensate me any thing for all my trouble !!!!!!!! Very disappointed about SPAIN and SPAINESE. Never fly AIR EUROPA

Вчера летел рейсом AirFrance, ,,выпоняемом AirEuropa, партнёром AF по Sky Team из Парижа в Валенсию, номер UX1006, авиакомпания потеряла багаж всего самолёта, ни одна сумка не прилетела из Парижа, говорят, что багаж был по ошибке отправлен в Валетту, Мальта вместо Испании. В аэропорту не были принесены никакие извинения. Всех пассажиров рейса подвели к окну lost&found и оставили разбираться самих, очередь из 150 человек у двух сотрудников службы потерянного багажа. Мною были потрачены 2,5 часа, чтобы заполнить бумаги. Прошли сутки, багаж в отель до сих пор не доставлен. На улице жара, +29, вынужден ходить в джинсах, в которых прилетел и в поло. Информация отсутствует, отпуск грозит быть испорченным. Я, лично, такого ещё не слышал, чтобы авиакомпания полностью не загрузила багаж!!!!

I was on a flight from Palma De Majora to Barcelona and Air Europa damaged my luggage. We we called they put us through a circus of trying to get paperwork done and mailed to them in a 7 day period. They said they would email us with all the instructions, which they didn't, and when the hotel reception called on our behalf to get everything done and mailed out to the address for a luggage refund, all of a sudden they can't find the package that we send and refused to help. I have emailed several time and they just send back a generic email saying they redirected my email to the right department. It's been a month and a half and still no one has contacted me to get a fund for my luggage like they promised. Their luggage customer service was very rude and spoke over me and refused to help. I would never fly Air Europa again.
