This airline is so unorganized and unhelpful that it's a miracle it functions at all. They lost our bags for a few days, and have lost an email that they CONFIRMED to have received three times they've lied, made empty promises, and dicked us around for weeks. They can't even tell you when the cheapest days to day are. I think their computer system are actually stones and chisles. There are no numbers to contact for certain departments, and reservations have no idea how it to contact anyone either. If you ever run into an issue and need them to solve something, taking your money and time and throwing it into a furnace is equally as effective.

I had equipment damaged in transport ,after paying for excess, bag was marked heavy ,fragile .when inspected in Nadi it showed obvious signs of damage and did not work .after 3 months of calling they offered to compensate($1600 US)the cheque was presented and the waiver signed,it was then the details on cheque were wrong they said comeback in 2 days to recieved new cheque.SORRY your claim is now refused!

This airline is a total * of time. Their reservations office in Fiji doesnt even know that the toll free from the USA goes to them! Generally, considering that a cyclone is approaching and we need to get out of the country they certainly are not willing to do a thing to assist

Tried to find their office location in Los Angeles. The only info I found was that there was a la office?? Where?. Disappointed so will book with another airline.. We like to contact a real person but looks like Fiji air doesn't have one. Sorry

If I have a note from my wife's Dr. (she just had open heart operation) will it help me in buy an up-grade for our flight to New Zealand on the 28th from LAX? What time do I need to be at the counter to get 1st class for her at LAX on 28th? I will be seated in the back of the plane. I just need to make sure she get a good seat for the long trip. Thanks, Larry

The worst airliner in the world, do not care about customer comfort at all. All they care about is profit maximization. They fail to delivery customer service in all areas and at every level. I would never recommend this airliner to anyone. The Management is just hopeless and backward and disguising and have no clue what customer service means and have no customer orientation whatsoever... Shame on you....

Air Pacific is the worst airline in this WORLD.. I was amongst the hundreds of passengers stranded in Los Angeles International Airport on Saturday, March 15th 2012.. My regular flight was on friday from Nandi to Maui, It got canneled. Then customer service booked me on a rerouting flight from Nandi to Los Angeles USA. Along with the rest of the passengers, we were all told by the Customer Service at the front counter in Nandi Fiji that when we arrive to LAX - USA we will be given further instructions/information from Air Pacifi Customer Service Ticketing Counter of flights that they had already notified for passangers to reconnect to reach their final destination. I understand that Cyclone Evan was the entire reason of the reroute destinations for Air Pacific, but when we all arrived to LAX - USA, the Customer Service at the ticketing counter had no idea of what was going on with the situation that was told to us by the Customer Service in Fiji. We have all been missinformed/misled by the Customer Service of Air Pacific in Fiji. I was told by the Air Pacific Ticketing Counter employees that we had a connection flight from American Airlines to our final destination. Along with other passangers, we all went to American Airline to seek answers. Once again we were all disappointed. AA had no idea what was going on, and further more AA Customer Service told us that our reconnecting flights should have deen handled from Air Pacific Airlines in Fiji Before we had departed from FIJI. I tried calling the AirPacific Customer Service (800)227-4446, trying to find answers but was not successful. I will NEVER - EVER fly this airline ever again. I highly recomend people not to book with AirPacific. Their customer service is extremely shitty.. I would love to rate this airline, but I see that there is no 0, so I'll just leave it BLANK like how they left their passangers...
