If anyone finds a telephone number for their compensation office, please share it. We are told that they can only be contacted by email, I have written 10 times and never received any reply

Im my passport is write "Gisele Belini e Silva". Just cause of "e" I needed to pay 50 euros to board. nobody showed me the rules about this in Santorini, and i payed to board, but now I want to know wh ere is the rules about it. otherwise I will take the necessary measures My email - gibesilva@gmail.com

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY To fly in this company people have to be prepared to pay at least another 55 euros per person than originally planned. For people with multiple names, as with the entire Portuguese population we are used to fill only the first and last on many occasions, followed by our ID number, which is a unique number. Well, whenever the full name is not filled in, the company charges 50 euros to change the name that did not take more than 1 minute and only gave us the payment receipt. They did not give us a new ticket, it did not take long ... we just need to pay. It is a matter of bad faith. Other matters: When checking in the option to choose random place give us an error. You can only check in by choosing a paid place. We therefore have to pay an additional amount in choosing the place.

I want to get in touch with Blue Panorama and I find no valid phone number We have just been robbed 200ˆ (50ˆ per person )to be able to get on a plane for which we had tickets with our names and surnames, but not all the surnames. I was never asked for all the surnames while making the reservation and buying the tickets, and the checking on line was impossible DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WE WERE STOLEN

I book a trip from Expedia but flights are with Blue Panorama. I tried pulling up my trip on your website but there are informations that's not showing. I booked my trip for 2 but only 1 ticket is showing. And some informations are missing.
