This is not the PIA carrier' site here, but the discussions on the services of thePIA. If there is no flight information (e-ticket number / reservation number, date , destinations/ origin / name), noone is able to reply without the correct data and the full data. In order to get the correct reply, kindly attach the reservation / booking number and / or produce air carrier / date / fllight number / airports / your name at least. Requests on refund must produce full name, reservation / e-ticket and email address of the passenger in the attachment. The reply can be handlled within 48 hours - 144 hours by free staff in English. Very bad experience with PIA. I lost some items from my lugage traveling from Peshawar to Doha Qatar via PK 285 DOH. I want PIA management to take serious action on this issue and pay me back.

Absolutely appalled by this airline, not flight itself but the actual people in charge of booking and arranging flights, very un cooperative and when THEY make mistakes with our bookings they still expect US to pay extra to rectify the flight times etc! What a joke! Never flying pia again, were very inflexible with our flights and not understanding at all! Use a different airline!!!

We booked a flight Chicago Barcelona. Two weeks before departure we were notified that PIA has cancelled not only that flight but Chicago as a destination. No substitute flights offered, no refund offered. I called the PIA directly, reservation number they gave does not match our booking. PIA agent told us to give him another booking number. From where? That is the only one we have. Asked for a full refund, it will take 6-8 weeks for a refund and they will not refund $115 processing fee? So they cancel the fight, abandon the passengers and on top of that punish me $115 because they cancelled my flight? I filed retail fraud report with VISA and now they are investigating PIA. I regret so much for ever trusting PIA with this important trip I had to take.

pia is my second fav 1st etihad 3rd air blue since only been on and whenever I'm on it I fly from man to isb and its great but other people think it isn't good and rats and bombs but hant happend to me I perfer etihad
