year 2018 (all messages): This is not Vanilla Air site here, but the discussions forum here. There is no flight information /e-ticket number / reservation on this air carrier . Such comments are not fair. In order to get the correct reply, kindly attach the reservation / booking number and produce fllight number / airports. Requests on refund must produce full name, reservation / eticket and email address in attachment. The reply can be given within 2-5 days by free staff. Regards. aryan{at}vivaldi.net

Yes it s a scam if your have an alternative please look away , it s was the worst campany i have ever flew with they make me pay for another pass which costs more money for two people because my husband name was not complete in the boarding pass and lately i read that is a scam that they put to make passengers pay more money, its was outrageous never again

I booked a flight from Osaka to Tokyo, they took a money from my credit card and did not give me any flight details and even a reservation number. Moreover, they are not responding to my emails for 10 days now. I am really pissed off. The most shity airlines ever!!!

Have you got any reservation number yet? I have problem like you too. It has been 4 day since I booked the flight, but I didn't get any reservation number. Sarah : I have booked a ticket from narita to saporo. I've already paid the ticket using my credit card but i haven't got any reservation number or booking code. So how can i get it? My flight has been delayed by 8 hours! 2 flights got cancelled in one day. I was ONLY notified about the cancellation 2 hours before the flight. I got moved to the next available flight but it was way too late in the evening. What kind of airline which tells you about the cancellation so late, and does not give you any compensation, not even a meal coupon! It is such an eye opening moment for me. I have never used such a bad airline like this.
