I have been charged twice for three tickets. i need a refund. You have charged a cancellation fee. Ridiculous! Both sets of tickets booked for the same three passengers on the same flight on the same day. Both booked own thin 5 minutes of each other. Surely that's illegal

Denied boarding 1h20 minutes before departure. No explanation, no excuse. NO REFUND. 5 other passengers in the same situation. THE WORST!!!!
Terrible!!! Booked flight in February with all passport info included. Denied boarding for lack of 3-6 month left on passport. Had to get emergency passport. Made to repurchase 2 one way tickets. Told if not purchased through XL that return flight wouldn't be valid either! After paying additional $856.00 and losing 4 days of my vacation got to travel on an old musty and carburant smelling plane. This after waiting 40 minutes in a corridor at JFK after clearance to board with 10 year old and all other passengers with kids. Finally got boarded at 11:50. Flight suppose to leave then!!! Delay of 1 hour! Return flight 1 hr 15 minute delay. No blankets for kids, no movie( video system malfunction) no soap bathroom!!! Yuck!!!!!
On August 2 2016 I was denied a boarding pass and had to repurchase 2 outbound tickets from JFK to CDG. This airline is horrible and unethical! Buyer beware!!! They also don't keep to their schedule either. Sat on tarmack for 45 minutes after a 40 minute delay waiting to taxi in on return flight! Departure flight also had 35 minute delay!
Probably the most poorly organized airline I've ever been on. No communication, no leadership, no attention to customers. Social media should help you're demise. The New York to paris flight SE11 is a very unfunny joke.
It is very unfortunate that this airline closes fares when ever they want. My family and I (5 people total) lost flight in July because they closed early, even though the plain was still in land with passengers boarding, they just let us out. Im still trying to get my money back.... No response!!!
The WORST airline by far, no consideration to the customer whatsoever. - There is no Registration online, so be ready that they Intentionally close their check in earlier, and there is no way you find any reps after. I spent all night in the airport after missing my flight (even though I arrived 1 hour before flight), and they asked me to pay full fair on One way flight next day, which was equal to the price of my round trip ticket. I found a good deal with a different airline and wanted to catch up with my outbound flight from Paris to NY, since the ticket was still valid. NOT THE CASE WITH XL! They asked me to pay a fee of $175 + $200 difference fee for converting my ticket into one way ticket, just because I did not use Them as an option for my missed flight (which again was $600 extra). This is beyond any scam airline I've heard of! Keep in mind that you will freeze to death in the salon, with no blankets, no pleasant service or any edible food. AVOID THEM, YOU WILL PAY 3 TIMES MORE DUE TO ONE REASON OR ANOTHER, THEY DO IT ON PURPOSE. They don't deserve even one star.

Do not travel with this airlines company. This is the worst airlines company I flew with. They changed the schedule time of the flight and they didn't notice me. The customer service is incompetent and arrogant ! And more they are liar.
