Hello Sir/Madam,
I would like to confirm your security protocol when a passenger is about to board the aircraft at the boarding gate. Do the passengers not allowed to film or take photos during the procedure at the boarding gate?
What happened was, during the boarding process last June 5, 2018 cebu pacific flight number 5J 410 approximately around 11:50PM, I was told by airport personnel to stop filming. My concern was, there is no sign or any information that I cannot take videos during the boarding process. If there was such information, I definitely will not take any videos at all.
The purpose of my videos is for my personal blog. I do vlogs for my trip. I have been doing this every time I travel outside my country but it was my first that an airport personnel asked me to stop filming.
Please enlighten me about your security protocol or procedure at the boarding gate.

Today 2 January 2018, at 3pm. We need to go into the arrival terminal in order to get assistance from baggage service regarding our lost luggage. The security at the entrance told us to get the pass from departure terminal baggage service. My husband came back with the pass then only we were told we need 1 pass for each individual of us. While I was standing there the security is letting others going in without pass, when these people said they are going to the currency exchange counter. The security, Mr Gunapalan denied that he did that. Will be convenient if they told us at the beginning that we needed 2 passes for both of us and we were not treated fairly as others can enter without showing pass. Pls look into this issue of your organization.

My husband and I are Christian missionaries in PR for almost a year. We evacuated the day before Marie. We had to leave our car in the parking garage. Upon arriving at the Hosea Kutako Airport last night, we joined the long queue for Namibian Citizens in the customs hall. A security guard approached us and asked that we join the much shorter Visitors queue as the entrance to the hall was being blocked. When arriving at the counter, though, the female officer was reluctant to take my passport and told me there is a separate queue for Namibians and asked if I can read. Upon explaining what happened, she retorted by saying that the security guard was not an official and did not have the authority to reallocate people to wrong queues. At that point I was getting quite annoyed - I informed her that there were a dozen or so Namibians behind me in the queue and whether she is saying that we in future should ignored security instructions. When she responded by saying in a loud voice: Why are you getting angry, why are you getting angry?, I decided not to say anything more. However, I do think that such behaviour is deplorable, disrespectful and derogative. This lady should be working at an isolated desk as far away as possible from the public: she is a disgrace to the Namibian Immigration authorities and the Namibian nation.

I left Niue on the 8th August, the staff were rude when I checked in my luggage my carry on bag was 8kg and was told to transfer some of my items into checked bag, went back and it weighed 7.4kg and was told to transfer more items into checked bag.
I asked how much will it cost to just allowed it on and the customs guy said $120.
So I transferred more items into check bag and it was cleared.
I then went to get my ticket stamped and informed the people I did not have to pay the $80 to depart the airport and showed them the papers of my ticket.
They said they need prof that I purchased my ticket after july and that the paper ticket was not good enough. after speeding money on internet and showing bank statement and emails of after purchasing tickets online and 45mins later they stamped my ticket receipt of $80 paid. After boarding the plane my sisters friend who was sitting in front of me so I said hello :) , she told me that her carry on luggage weighed 12kg over the limit and the man at the airport who was her uncle told her don't worry about it, you don't have to pay anything just bring it on the plane.
I was shocked ! and couldn't believe how wrong it was....
There are so many people who pay for extra luggage and extra weight and to hear this is observed !
The attitude that these stuff members showed and then hearing they break rules to suit themselves is not on and will be making a formal complaint.

The Air France agent at the gate L 42 treated me very bad. She refuse to gave me her name as this the rules of Air France not to give the agent name to the customer.
She look that she is from Asia she was very rude with no respect to me at all
I ask her for the counter manager she said why you need the manager he/she not her
I'm the only only wearing no name tag refuse to give her name treated me like an animal and not like a human.

I've traveled extensively and have to say this was the worst experience ever. The terminal is run down, antiquated horrific. Upon arrival myself and many others I noticed, we're harassed to bribe officials so as to expedite the process or they simply stall until you relent. Much of the same during departure, constantly pressing you for money like irritating gnats buzzing in your ears. I will never visit again and will discourage anyone I encounter who plans to visit. This behavior of harassing customers for bribe any where else is a huge red flag but not liberia.

Friday, June 16 we had a problem because of the strike in Italy we had paid 60 € For front row seats but arrived at the airport had already been assigned, The employee at check in explained us that they had not received the list from Meridiana we asked for a solution and was called the chief of staff which has invaded us screaming then he took off our suitcases from the conveyor belt throwing them on the floor. Is it normal behavior? Hopefully we will take measures against this rude paid for not doing his job

My family travelled on Sunday, May 21, 2017 from Munich to Poland for a connecting flight to Chicago Ohare in the USA. My sister bought 2 Swarovksi Crystal rings, one for herself which she was wearing, and one for her daughter. Somewhere between Munich, your airport and the USA, someone stole the ring, as well as a couple of other pieces of very sentimental jewelry from her checked bag. The boxes had been opened and both ring would have been gone had she not been wearing one of them. It is very sad that we had to experience this. The Swarovski ring was a birthday gift for her daughter and the pieces of sentimental jewelry were our deceased sisters! We would like to know if there is anything that could be done. She as her receipt for proof of purchase. We flew with LOT Polish Airlines 5354 to Warsaw Poland and then on LOT Polish Airlines 3 to Chicago Ohare. The theft happened somewhere in between
