Guest : Has anybody had there flights cancelled after the 1st July or any information? Fco still saying none essential flights,14 day quartinne I got through yesterday for our holiday on 7th July to Menorca and the guy said we were still going! Not sure how but they won't refund it.

Our flight was booked at the end of April and Easy Jet cancelled it. We were told having filled in the refund form that we would have a refund only not quickly and to be patient that refunding would be done but within 28 days. I just received an email stating that they had looked at our case and we weren't being refunded. The explanation was that the corona virus was out of their control. I as a holiday let owner on the other hand have been refunding all the guests who were booked in for the time that corona virus has had us in lockdown. How come Easy jet can get away with breaking the law? It seems there are a lot of irritated customers on this forum surely with the weight of whoever hasn't been refunded we can force Easy jet to face the refunds. The final cheek was they sent another email saying how they valued me as a customer! Forget it easy jet we won't be flying with you again.

Hi, I recieved an email fr om PAL last 30 May 2020 that our flight on 01 June 2020 was cancelled. So I fill out the rebooking forms online via mypalrequesthub last 30 May 2020 for rebooking our domestic flight to 17 June 2020 from Davao to Manila, I recieved an email that my request will be process as soon an agent hadled it. Unfortunately, till now (04 June 2020) i did not recieved any confirmation or update from Philippine Airlines about my change of Iterinary. My question is how/where could we follow up our request to rebooking, wh ereas there hotline numbers are too busy. Is there any other way to contact them? Because on 17 June 2020 our flight from Manila-Canada was scheduled also with PAL as our carrier. I really need their confirmation asap.

Has anyone got an email address where I may get an answer from someone as my insurance, company, it K to down that route to claim, my money back, need copies of communications made with them.

Hi,My flight was cancelled by AirAsia ,that was scheduled on 1st June (Hyderabad to Delhi). They called me and informed that it is cancelled so i got it rescheduled to 3June. They told that a ticket will be mailed to you. I have not received the ticket yet, its more than 48hrs. PNR-X2WEYM

In March we (4 persons) have been on vacation to Thailand and we booked via a travel agency tickets at the Emirates from Amsterdam to Bangkok. Because of corona the flight back on 31 March has cancelled and changed into 24 March. But the Emirates cancelled the flight of 24 March. On 23 March there still was a flight back to Amsterdam, but the Emirates refused to rebook us. Back in Amsterdam (with another aircompany), Emirates also refused to pay us back the return flight. It's a shame! Better to choose another aircompany next time.

I have a domestic ticket with them, I cant go to Norway because of Covid-19 restrictions, the ticket costs 284 and they dont care about it! No answer, not a cent back! My husband booked a flight since March and couldn't make it because of the Corona pandemic and the ban . He was suppose to fly with Arik from abj to warri, portharcourt to Lagos then Lagos to Abuja . He tried contacting them through the numbers displayed on their website but no avail , he has sent them email yet no reply. I think the management should pls reply as soon as possible because this is a bad reputation for them . Since March till now not even an email to inform customer about flight and other services info. This is frustrating to customers. My husband has already booked and paid yet not even a single email to customers . Pls i need a reply.

Su Hia Tan : I have book the flight ticket with gender Mrs but after I paid the payment it show me the gender Mr. How can i solve it? I think it wouldn't be problem. I have flown before having the false indicated gender and couldn't fix it later but I didn't face any problems at the airport. I had bought 5 tickets from Tway air, on-line check in # K2U7Q9, flight #TW286, it was cancelled from Kansai ( Osaka) to Incheon. I have booked tickets via Flugladen.de , all tickets were cancelled and will be refunded since 2/2020 The Flugladen.de said they did not received the refund from Tway air, so therefore they cannot refund back to me. I have paid all tickets by credit card. Please help me to get the refund, it was longer overdue, since 2/2020. Please contact me at vu_quoc_hung@yahoo.de. Thank you for your help

I have been given the run around now with volaris for weeks. I booked a flight from LAX to GDL and the changed that flight to an entirely different day with 2 stopovers, not direct. So they said I could change it to another date and another airport if I wanted. I live in OKC and there is no direct flight from Volaris so I have to fly to an airport that they fly out of. Then I paid extra to fly out of PHX directly to GDL. Today I went to double check my flight and it was once again changed to a different date that was a 1 stop connection and not a direct flight. In both cases THEY cancelled their own flight but did not send any notifications to passengers. Under their policy if THEY cancel the flight YOU are entitled to a full refund. I have a friend that was flying the exact same date to GDL from IAH and she checked hers this morning and it had also been changed to a different date and NOT a direct flight. Personally I have no desire to stop and change planes in MEX city and risk exposure to the virus because MEX city is the highest infected area in all of Mexico

Original flight from Casablanca to Tel Aviv for April 5 cancelled by airline, changed to April 17, then again cancelled by airline, changed to May 3, cancelled by airline, changed to May 23, cancelled by airline which 2 weeks ago told me to call to request refund after the 28th of May when they expect travel restrictions to be lifted. When I asked what travel restrictions, they described 14 quarantine but when I called the airport was told only Turkish citizens and residents can enter Turkey until further notice. I have not given up on refund but hope to get evacuation flight instead, at least they are not cancelled.

Well after a long wait in Edinburgh airport we took off on privilege style wich was ment to be Thomson it was fine Not a lot of legroom . It was very noisy the cabin crew were very nice it wa cheep and cheerful!:)if you have to fly with Them its fine but find book with them if you fond have to.

MAS is not taking our view seriously. All they offer is a travel voucher which you can only use for the passenger the original ticket booked under, and need to top up fare difference! Do not use this airline, they are completely uncaring and inconsiderate. I tried to cancel bookings for flights I had in May 2020 because we are in Australia and unable to travel due to travel bans and all they kept telling me was the flight was not cancelled. In these exceptional times I ignorantly thought that I would be treated in a considerate and humane manner but the consultant just kept repeating the flights were not cancelled.

Hello, 9 . December 2019 I received damaged baggage,litteraly my trolley was in 2 pieces.My flight was from Istanbul to Belgrade.After I submitted all documentation they accepted to pay 350 TRY and requested from me account number and swift code. Since that, they started to giving me excuses that my account is wrong and swift code is wrong and that I sent to them wrong currency code ( I sent them even original copy from bank with all possible currencies and Swift's and payment instructions) After that they just send me automatic messages that my case is in investigation :D But for sure I will give this case to my lawyer because I will not tolerate this.

Hi on dec 24th I booked flights with Qatar to Australia for myself and my daughter when I receive e tickets I noticed that my daughters name had an e in it her name is tracy noble and tracy was spelt with an e in it (Tracey) so I contacted Qatar they said as it was only 1 letter it would be ok then I received another message to say that because there was another airline involved they couldnt do it I checked my e tickets as it was Qatar that booked it I found I was flying back from Brisbane to Sydney with Qantas so I contacted Qantas and they said as long as the name was same on passport it would be ok they also told me that Qatar were the ones who could correct this so got back in touch with Qatar they said no I had to cancel Tracys booking and rebook but I cant afford to do this why can they not help me with this issue its 1letter in her name I really hope you can assist me on this issue my daughters 50th birthday gift her name is tracy noble mine Brenda ridgeon flying out from Manchester 9 November to Adelaide then return 4th December from Brisbane ref P6XAMY email.bridgeon33@hotmail.com I really hope you can help me regards Brenda
