We booked to go to Turkey end of May, paid £360 deposit. I was told by the agent we booked with that I had to cancel or rebook by 18/03/21 otherwise wed lose the deposit, couldnt rebook as not got leave booked so list the deposit, less than a month later, they cancel all holidays. Not happy!

I bought tickets for my family (4 people) in December 2019 for getaway in Philippines in July 2020. PAL canceled the flight in June. I opted for a full refund at that time. I was told I would get it in 3 months. Then it was extended to 5 months. Ive called PAL and emailed them many times but I keep getting the runaround that the delay is due to the pandemic. I even sought the help of the Civil Aeronautics Board as suggestion from a friend. Nothing helped. In February of this year I was refunded for only 1 ticket even though I provided information for all 4 passengers. Im thinking maybe there is some legal issue and PAL had to refund something. Now Im worried it may take a very long time, or maybe never will I get the other part of that refund. Will try calling my credit card company again.

Just applied for my Ryanair refund. They didn't make the form easy. Here is how I (think) I managed it. When inputting my email, I left a space at the start, then once I had the email typed in, I backspaced it one. For the booking reference, I left only the first letter in capslock and everything else lower case. It says my request is being processed and will be returned within 7 days. This might work for some others also

I just had the same issue. When trying to rebook flights & pay an extra £314, I got error code EJ2cpgtc70fd. I spent half an hour on the phone to Easyjet - they couldn't solve the problem & wanted to charge over £500 for the changes - their prices are cheaper online apparently. Eventually they reduced the extra fee down to £382 which I have paid over the phone to change the flights. So am £68 worse off & no reason why

I was supposed to go from SAW to HRG with my boyfriend and cat. I called earlier to confirm with the airline, and it even says on the website, that I do not need a pet passport unless going to the EU. After they did not let me on the flight, I spoke to 10 extremely rude staff members and nobody was helpful. They dont me they dont know, dont care, go to someone else because I wont help you. One lady threw papers at me and others were playing on their phones. All I saw these people do in response to other people with problems is find a way to deny them and blame the customer. This company makes spirit airlines look like emirates. I need a refund and I hope this company does not last much longer, for the sake of others lured in by cheap prices, only to get robbed in the end.

I've been emailing cebpac customer service but I just got 1 response, after that I didnt get any. I did a claim online and asked to refund to my debit card, they did reply to say that the refund is underway. Until today, almost 3 months, I didnt see anything. What can I do.

Hi all, I have booked a ticket on Denmark to Philippines. My first name however mistakenly includes my title "ms" at the end. Instead of "FirstName LastName" it is printed as "FirstNameMS Last Name". So this does not match my passport. Has anyone here had this issue? Should I cancel and re-book my tickets to avoid issues at the border control? Please advise.

This morning I left Oujda to Casablanca and I had checked one piece of luggage and a carry-on when I got to the gate the agent said that the plane was full and that I needed to check my carry-on because it might not fit in the overhead and he offered to check it for me for free which I said yes to. On adding the extra claim check onto my boarding pass I never noticed that the agent put someone elses name on my luggage tag. When arriving in Casablanca the second piece never arrived so I went to the baggage claim. That is where it was noticed that the claim check they attached to my boarding pass was with someone elses name and that piece of luggage went all the way to Madrid. It was at that point that refused to speak to me further stating that it was forbidden and I needed to contact that passenger!! They also would not allow me to make a claim. I do not know what direction to go in at this moment. There is a lot of valuable possessions in that bag. I am attaching the tags and boarding pass. Please help me to retrieve my bag, please. This was not my fault. My final flight destination is Houston, Tx. Thank you

Stupid and abusive. - What is the meaning of checking the corona tests at the KLM checkin desk rather than at the gate as it was before, disabling online checkin. None other than creating complications (the typical KLM twisted thinking). What is the purpose of limiting the checkin time to 40 min. None, if the passenger makes it is his problem especially since the company leaves often late. For these 2 reasons together I lost a flight on the edge while being in time at the airport. - What is the meaning of structural overbooking when systematically up to 30 passengers are overbooked. - Is it correct they cancel a return flight booking after loosing the frist one by canceling a ticket you paid for, without reimbursement.

I made a payment from ICICI INDIAN BANK CREDIT CARD Now the invoice show payment of NPR 10518. But my credit card was charged INR 10518. Can u look into it? Please. I look forward hearing from you.

Hi I think I have some valuable info for all. The Govt advised airlines for any flight March 13, 2020 on wards to issue 100% in credit vouchers so airlines are doing that and refusing refunds. There are two ways you can try to get your money back: Option 1 - You can decline the credit vouchers and have sunwing issue you and email that vouchers have been decline and that there is NO refund. Then make a claim with your Credit Card Insurance under cancellation ins. NOTE - you need to have had credit card travel insurance for this and they have deadlines for claims usually 1 year from travel date. And they have a maximum amount they will cover. Option 2 - You can try to sell your voucher yourself to someone else and Sunwing will agree to transfer the names on the credit voucher. An announcement is coming that they have now extended these credit vouchers to Sept 30, 2026. Also they're looking at May 1, 2021 to resume flights Unfortunately my credit card insurance coverage is lower than my total amount at sunwing so I would lose too much money if I try to go with option 1.

In an Emirates flight a passenger (already in the aircraft) has been offloaded before departure. There was no security protocol to check all his cabin baggage has been removed ("Positive Passenger Baggage Matching" only for checked in baggage). Is this normal? What if the guy had left a bag in cabin? Is there any specific and mandatory security protocol to be followed by airlines?

I am trying to book online in Malaysian Airlines for the route Dhaka - Sydney. I completed up to stage 3 (services) without problem. At stage 4 (payment), I am facing problem. When I click "continue" after giving all details related to my credit card, nothing happens at all (as if I did click anything!). It doesn't say about any problem with the card. Nothing!! my flight was cancelled, and did not get any notification or email (FYI Ticket was booked using there official website) and they told me that I will get refund within a month, it has been more than 2 months and I havent received the money yet. They are not replying on email. Worst customer service ever. Travel date was April 2020, flights got cancelled due to covid, refund notification was sometime in August

My flight from Denpasar to jakarta has been change and they offering a refund and I need to do in on their website. I have a simple question to them as its one booking code with two passenger do I need to make it twice and I dont have KTP shall I fill in my passport number. Simple question no one can answer and they closed my chatt again and again and I try is to call and they makes me waiting for more than 30 minutes which cost me money as I am calling from Europe. I was outraged by Vueling's decision to stop compensating for canceled flights amid the COVID-19 pandemic. And they did it suddenly. As a refusal (request SR_Number: 1-19142853423), the employee gave an absolutely bureaucratic explanation referring to EU Regulation 261/2004, where there is a clause about force majeure. Surprisingly, the reference was not about infection, but about adverse weather conditions, strikes, diversions, bird strikes, runway closures, etc. Speaking of COVID-19. According to the WHO's decision, not the coronavirus pandemic itself is recognized as a force majeure, but only a high-alert mode. Let me remind to all that since March 2020, Vueling was aware of Covid19 and canceled flights, thereby increasing its high-alert mode for control of disease spreding. So my flight to Barcelona GCR7MM was canceled in may 2020 with full compensation. My other flight to Barcelona in July 2020, JDPFVZ, was also cancelled for the same reason, which the company started telling me about a month before that date. I fully accepted the company's offer of compensation in the form of a flight credit and went through the entire procedure proposed on the site. The result on the screen convinced me that the issue was resolved positively by analogy with the previous one. Suddenly, after a two-week wait and an additional request, an unexpected categorical refusal. Tried to explain myself at the following address: - no answer by human, only robot.

Alitalia cancelled our flights for July 30th online and Alitalia refuses to issue any refund since booked online. First she offered a voucher then she said she can't hear and call again, I had asked her for an e-mail for anybody in charge, not possible. I live in the Caribbean and had to call a regular number in the UK, which has already cost me a fortune. Do I have any recourse without spending more money on phone-calls?
