Booked flights in Nov 19 for flights in late July 20 for short trip. I don't save credit card details in my account, nor book seats. Flights hadn't been cancelled, so checked in 5th July, still didn't book seats. Immediately received email regarding check in, but...... I missed on the email that I had been charged on my credit card for the seats I didnt book. Received email stating flights were cancelled next day and refund applied for. Had no option, it was short notice, and only an AtoB/BtoA trip, so I went with Ryanair. They served their purpose! OK, all seems good. I got full cash refund back from Easyjet, including the cost of the seats I didnt book, onto the card I didnt give authorisation for them to use. All is good, until that is, I get my credit card statement, and find there were nearly £1000 in fraudulent transactions on it since the charge for the seats was applied to my card. Yes, its been reported, and yes I've had all the fraudulent transactions recredited to my card. 7 months later, this is still ongoing for me, which I will provide an update on, but given the amount of cancelled flights in 2020, how many others have had something similar happen to them? In particular, getting charged for seats that weren't booked and/or being submitted to card fraud? I know EJ had a data breach late 19 / early 20.

I cancelled in April 2020 and sometimes they say oh it was reversed in August 2020 and sometimes they just say It is with the refund team. They are literally never going to give it back there must be something we can do or civil aviation authority who can do something??

I have economy tickets for flight glasgow to perth april 20.flight was cancelled due to covid and I have 24 months to use ticket from time of booking which was Oct 19 .Does this mean trip has to be completed by oct 21 or rebooked by oct 21 .not a frequent long haul traveller and website a little confusing .

Have been waiting since the 30th July 2020 and 28 August 2020 for a insurance refund , had many live chats and had a e-mail saying a refund would be deposited into my account in September ,still waiting. Jet 2 do not seem to be bothered paying out .Is there any other way of recouping my costs

I was traveling from Beirut airport to Istanbul Sabiha Gochen airport on 16th December on flight pc864. when I took my check-in bag and arrived home. I found that one of my bag`s pocket was opened my original iPhone 12 charger, my apples charger, a hair trimmer and an extra iPhone cable are missing. as a customer to your airline i did not expect such a behavior and i would like to claim all my staff back.

my flight was cancelled twice right before boarding due to bad fog. They refused to give us information on a next flight and had to retrieve all our bags and go back to the check in line to get information on what we could do. The refused to give us refunds. And told us the only options we had were to wait the following day for a flight around the same time there is Fog. So basically they are making us go to the airport check in our bags, go through TSA, wait to board and tell us while we are waiting that the flight is cancelled and to go pick up our bags and go back to check in for information.

I booked a flight in January 2020, to fly August 2020. They cancelled the flight and did not tell me, then put my money in an electronic wallet. I applied for a refund on 23rd uly but still have not had. You cannot contact them by phone and they don't respond to their chat or e-mails. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM, THEY ARE CLEARLY GOING OUT OF BUSINESS AND HOLDING ON TO YOUR MONEY. FRAUDSTERS

my flight was cancelled, and did not get any notification or email (FYI Ticket was booked using there official website) and they told me that I will get refund within a month, it has been more than 2 months and I havent received the money yet. They are not replying on email. Worst customer service ever. Travel date was April 2020, flights got cancelled due to covid, refund notification was sometime in August

My flight from Denpasar to jakarta has been change and they offering a refund and I need to do in on their website. I have a simple question to them as its one booking code with two passenger do I need to make it twice and I dont have KTP shall I fill in my passport number. Simple question no one can answer and they closed my chatt again and again and I try is to call and they makes me waiting for more than 30 minutes which cost me money as I am calling from Europe. Send an email got no response. So disappointed and never ever wanna try to use this airlines . They are suck for the service. No professional service you can get.

ahahahahahha my god this airline is such a joke now. I had to claw back my money through a credit card charge reversal. You know what Lufthansa does two weeks after? sends me a notice that my refund has been processed. As if they were going to refund me after 4 months of lying to me, they just didn't want to fight the credit card company. CALL YOUR CREDIT CARD AND GET A CHARGE REVERSAL BASED ON THE FACT THAT LUFTHANSA LIED ABOUT REFUNS. IT WORKS

I was outraged by Vueling's decision to stop compensating for canceled flights amid the COVID-19 pandemic. And they did it suddenly. As a refusal (request SR_Number: 1-19142853423), the employee gave an absolutely bureaucratic explanation referring to EU Regulation 261/2004, where there is a clause about force majeure. Surprisingly, the reference was not about infection, but about adverse weather conditions, strikes, diversions, bird strikes, runway closures, etc. Speaking of COVID-19. According to the WHO's decision, not the coronavirus pandemic itself is recognized as a force majeure, but only a high-alert mode. Let me remind to all that since March 2020, Vueling was aware of Covid19 and canceled flights, thereby increasing its high-alert mode for control of disease spreding. So my flight to Barcelona GCR7MM was canceled in may 2020 with full compensation. My other flight to Barcelona in July 2020, JDPFVZ, was also cancelled for the same reason, which the company started telling me about a month before that date. I fully accepted the company's offer of compensation in the form of a flight credit and went through the entire procedure proposed on the site. The result on the screen convinced me that the issue was resolved positively by analogy with the previous one. Suddenly, after a two-week wait and an additional request, an unexpected categorical refusal. Tried to explain myself at the following address: aptreclamacion@vueling.com - no answer by human, only robot.

Alitalia cancelled our flights for July 30th online and Alitalia refuses to issue any refund since booked online. First she offered a voucher then she said she can't hear and call again, I had asked her for an e-mail for anybody in charge, not possible. I live in the Caribbean and had to call a regular number in the UK, which has already cost me a fortune. Do I have any recourse without spending more money on phone-calls?

Well after a long wait in Edinburgh airport we took off on privilege style wich was ment to be Thomson it was fine Not a lot of legroom . It was very noisy the cabin crew were very nice it wa cheep and cheerful!:)if you have to fly with Them its fine but find book with them if you fond have to.
