Ask CAB legal to compel PAL legal to provide you with the refund certificate as proof that they indeed took action. Got the same generic reply from Pal legal counsel and that they hope that the matter was settled. I said only if they show proof of refund

Hello. We bought our tickets through the kiwi travel agency. Our flight TW302 on March 30 Guam-Seoul and TW30115 on April Seoul-Guam has been cancelled. The kiwi company was supposed to return us the money for the tickets within 3 months, but this did not happen. We would like to know if kiwi has received a refund from T'way air for this cancelled flight.

22-APR-2021 at the Cancun departure gate, an airline employee requested a bribe to overlook what he claimed was an oversize bag- demanding cash (stated he could not take a card payment; haha we, until this time were a Volaris US travel agency and knew better). The same small bag was no problem on any prior flights. I was singled out as an easy mark. I would not participate and said if a payment was due, prove it; weigh and measure. Crickets. The dispute was escalated and delayed flight. He refused boarding unless i paid or go outside to main counter (outside security) and rebook for another day. A third supervisor, which by this point literally had to side with employee or admit he was a thief came and processed the we cant process a cc at the gate charge in spite of previous. All lies and bribery busted.

Allegiant is ignoring my emails on this question but I'm looking for some kind of explanation. I know Allegiant is a domestic airline but I have seen one flight tracked on Flightradar24.com originating in Clearwater/St Pete (PIE) and landing in San Jose, Costa Rica (SJO). Also, while driving out of the San Jose airport 2 weeks ago, I saw an Allegiant plane parked on the apron. Does anyone know if Allegiant is testing an international route or in the International charter business? I make frequent trips to CR and would love it if I could fly out of Clearwater instead of Orlando or Fort Lauderdale.

Can anyone advise me what happens if your Spirit Credit Card is cancelled and you already have a flight booked? In my case, we had two cards and one was cancelled. We had flight reservations made using that card using points. Are we going to be able to get our boarding pass using our other spirit credit card or some other means?

I just had the same issue. When trying to rebook flights & pay an extra £314, I got error code EJ2cpgtc70fd. I spent half an hour on the phone to Easyjet - they couldn't solve the problem & wanted to charge over £500 for the changes - their prices are cheaper online apparently. Eventually they reduced the extra fee down to £382 which I have paid over the phone to change the flights. So am £68 worse off & no reason why

I was supposed to go from SAW to HRG with my boyfriend and cat. I called earlier to confirm with the airline, and it even says on the website, that I do not need a pet passport unless going to the EU. After they did not let me on the flight, I spoke to 10 extremely rude staff members and nobody was helpful. They dont me they dont know, dont care, go to someone else because I wont help you. One lady threw papers at me and others were playing on their phones. All I saw these people do in response to other people with problems is find a way to deny them and blame the customer. This company makes spirit airlines look like emirates. I need a refund and I hope this company does not last much longer, for the sake of others lured in by cheap prices, only to get robbed in the end.

Ive the same problem, I booked tickets from British airways in mid dec last year, eventually it was cancelled by airline due to COVID. I did a claim online and asked to refund to my debit card, they did reply to say that the refund is underway. Until today, almost 3 months, I didnt see anything. What can I do.

This morning I left Oujda to Casablanca and I had checked one piece of luggage and a carry-on when I got to the gate the agent said that the plane was full and that I needed to check my carry-on because it might not fit in the overhead and he offered to check it for me for free which I said yes to. On adding the extra claim check onto my boarding pass I never noticed that the agent put someone elses name on my luggage tag. When arriving in Casablanca the second piece never arrived so I went to the baggage claim. That is where it was noticed that the claim check they attached to my boarding pass was with someone elses name and that piece of luggage went all the way to Madrid. It was at that point that refused to speak to me further stating that it was forbidden and I needed to contact that passenger!! They also would not allow me to make a claim. I do not know what direction to go in at this moment. There is a lot of valuable possessions in that bag. I am attaching the tags and boarding pass. Please help me to retrieve my bag, please. This was not my fault. My final flight destination is Houston, Tx. Thank you

Stupid and abusive. - What is the meaning of checking the corona tests at the KLM checkin desk rather than at the gate as it was before, disabling online checkin. None other than creating complications (the typical KLM twisted thinking). What is the purpose of limiting the checkin time to 40 min. None, if the passenger makes it is his problem especially since the company leaves often late. For these 2 reasons together I lost a flight on the edge while being in time at the airport. - What is the meaning of structural overbooking when systematically up to 30 passengers are overbooked. - Is it correct they cancel a return flight booking after loosing the frist one by canceling a ticket you paid for, without reimbursement.

In an Emirates flight a passenger (already in the aircraft) has been offloaded before departure. There was no security protocol to check all his cabin baggage has been removed ("Positive Passenger Baggage Matching" only for checked in baggage). Is this normal? What if the guy had left a bag in cabin? Is there any specific and mandatory security protocol to be followed by airlines?

I am trying to book online in Malaysian Airlines for the route Dhaka - Sydney. I completed up to stage 3 (services) without problem. At stage 4 (payment), I am facing problem. When I click "continue" after giving all details related to my credit card, nothing happens at all (as if I did click anything!). It doesn't say about any problem with the card. Nothing!! Any idea what is happening?

my flight was cancelled, and did not get any notification or email (FYI Ticket was booked using there official website) and they told me that I will get refund within a month, it has been more than 2 months and I havent received the money yet. They are not replying on email. Worst customer service ever. Travel date was April 2020, flights got cancelled due to covid, refund notification was sometime in August

My flight from Denpasar to jakarta has been change and they offering a refund and I need to do in on their website. I have a simple question to them as its one booking code with two passenger do I need to make it twice and I dont have KTP shall I fill in my passport number. Simple question no one can answer and they closed my chatt again and again and I try is to call and they makes me waiting for more than 30 minutes which cost me money as I am calling from Europe. Send an email got no response. So disappointed and never ever wanna try to use this airlines . They are suck for the service. No professional service you can get.

I flew to Trinidad on Feb 3rd 2020 and was unable to return to Canada on the arranged date April 4th 2020 due to Covid-19.I paid an additional $ 94.00 on my return fare which I couldnt use because of the Airport closeure. I am in Canada now and asking for a reimbursement of the fees paid.
