year 2018 (all messages): This is not the Africa World carrier site here, but the discussions forum here. There is no flight information /e-ticket number / reservation on this air carrier in most comments. No one can reply without the correct and full data on the reservation or on the flight/destination. Such comments are not fair. In order to get the correct reply, kindly attach the reservation / booking number and produce date / fllight number / airports. Requests on refund must produce full name, reservation / eticket and email address in attachment. The reply can be handlled within 2-5 days by free staff in English. I had a situation in Accra last week as I transited from London to Kumasi. I travelled with my young family and made a reservation online for your local flight from Accra to Kumasi on a Value ticket and not promo. The only reason why I travelled with you was because it was clear on your website that with a value ticket, 2 checked luggage is allowed per passenger, we eventually arrived in Accra only to be told that we had to pay 231 GHC which was a total shock to me. The quite * lady was very horrible to us and I was been told that she had a track record of such attitude and made my first time experience to Ghana unpleasant. There were 2 other colleagues as well with similar attitude and their actions could only be described as criminally coordinated. They didn't seem to know what they were doing and they were so quick to wave some of the fare, if indeed we were overweight, why wave some of the baggage fare and at whose expense. I will be journeying back to Accra later this week with my family and wanted to know if it's worth flying with you again with an additional price tag and the unfriendly customer service Kindly confirm if indeed only one luggage is allowed to be checked in on a value fare so we know to seek an alternative means of travel. I'm afraid services like this are what puts foreigners and even Africans abroad from using our own services. If the charges were unfair, I would demand that a refund be done which is the moral thing to do. 231 GHS unfortunately would not make any man rich hence the reason for paying and I wanted to arrive at Kumasi for my long awaited family.
