I've tried so many times to book my flight tickets but everytime "payment validation failed" wth i called the bank they said there was no problem with their system. Airasia pls fix this asap! So frustrating urghhh
AIRASIA have been trying to make a flight booking for the past 23 hours! All websites to book with airasia also are not working when it comes to payment.... Sort your * out!!! No wonder people don't like flying with you

Very unhappy with the system. I made a booking yesterday Payment has been done. I received on my mailbox the booking confirmation with all the details. Now I want to change the time of the flight since one one hour, but my mail address is "unknown" so no way to go further... It is very, very irritating... !!! What am I supposed to do ?? What's the point to do advertising to bring customers if you cannot proper care of them... I forgot to say that I did my booking from Europe.

AirAsia website and booking sucks big time.. really irritating to book as it contains too many bugs and unable to complete the booking.. i tried in multiple latest browsers and unable to get thru. Get the UAT right before updating in production environment. you should fire the UAT and IT delivery team..

Booking online on AirAsia had always been a breeze, fuss-free, smooth & convenient experienced untill January 2016! Spent 5-6 times anxious, frustrated & panicky moments since 8th Jan & again 13th Jan 2016 to book as husband needed to travel urgently to/fro Bandung/Singapore. Everything seemed normal till last step i.e. "Payment Page". After the "Pay" selection, page kept going back to the "Payment Page" instead of the "Confirmation Page - Booking is Successful" Kept checking for hours till days later for any flight confirmation/itinerary in email/inbox BUT received none. Called banking company however no deduction/payment made from AirAsia for those multiple payment attempts. Nevertheless, ended up with a successful booking of AirAsia flight BUT made possible via "TRAVELOKA" apps which can be downloaded easily.

I had many problems again and again last year trying to make bookings on AirAsia website. I sent email complaint but never got reply. A few weeks later when I again had problems I called the call center to make a booking; I happened to mention my email complaint and they looked it up - they said it was 'closed out'. It does seem that AirAsia really do not care at all. Today I made a successful booking, but now cannot check in online - website seems to be down......here we go again ! Last year I was given an 'alternative website for bookings' (booking2.airasia.com), and it worked well. I was told that it was 'more stable', it still seems to be operational today - unlike main site, but I recommend checking with call center that it is still recommended for use. In difficulties I have made telephone bookings and have found the (thai) call center helpful and efficient. Not really a solution, but it is actually much faster and less stressful when the website is not working right. Because of the website problems, I now use Thai Lion Air whenever I can - only a limited number of routes, but I have found bookings very easy (mobile too) and all other aspects of service as good, or better, than Air Asia. They include some free checked baggage, which I think AirAsia does not. I hope this might help others a little.

Am trying to change my premium Flexi flight date online and also by phone via Jakarta Air aAsia - flight is now changed but website is demanding full fare not the price difference. Air Asia 5 day turn around email contact not good enough. Online live chat busy all day and not useable.

hello everyone, I have a problem and I need advice/solution. On 6th Jan I did web check in for one flight - I input passport details, and finished it without problems. Today on 10th Jan I did web check in for other flight but it did not asked me about my passport details so I thought it will be get from previous check in. I checked boarding pass that they sent me to my email and on the boarding pass there are NO passport details. Do I need to have passport details on boarding pass to fly? If so - how can I add this passport details? I checked Manage my booking site but there were no such option.

AirAsia should really look into the website and mobile app. It take thousands time to refresh and reload in order to complete 1 booking. Tried with several computer and web browser did not work. For the mobile app, when booking premium flex, the free meal and baggage still consider charges when added up at final total. How can the airline just ignore all these trouble for so long, I found this started 2 months ago.
Have tried repeatedly to book a flight from Australia in May 2016 and the web and app show no flights for days either side available, there is obviously a big problem

Air asia mobile app not allow me to make registration. Error occured while making new sign up. I tried password many times to create sign up but every time showing error. I tried Welcomee1 password but showing error.
I have 6 flights coming up plus 10 flight sectors for my family And the Air Asia App now says I have no flights coming up or any In the past...5 in the last 2 months... Was not like that a week or so ago!!!

Very poor standard from a business that has used online bookings for a number of years now and still cannot get it right. When I spoke with customer service, they were oblivious to any problems. AirAsia internet site not working - not active. Is anyone else experiencing the same problem, have you used different browsers same problem. Can you confirm when your site will be up and running.

We had double payment problem so we looked to the live chat for a solution, they gave us the e-form, which we promptly filled out. When we clicked the submit button, it refused to send! Then we tried on another computer and the form won't even open. Do they want us to live chat again to tell them their e-forms aren't working?
Got right to the point where it was supposed to process my payment, and it crashed with an error message that looked like it had been concocted by a child. If there is a point in the booking process where you really want to p*** people off, it would have to be the part where your debit/credit card is charged. Unlike some, I've had a pretty good experience with AirAsia over the years - my guess is that they simply arent coping with the massive increase in budget travellers from India and China. Given that these are the folks who dont believe in paying for their 20kg (right ..) bags, I guess I'll just have to go back to Jetstar. I hope AA gets their act together soon.
