This is a serious problem AirAsia and you'll be in big trouble if you don't fix it soon. How do you think you can take away people's money (credit account) away from them and say their login and account is invalid.

You can use Ava to check credit account balance. The credit account page leads to bookings which doesn’t display your balance anymore for some reason. The credit is there. The bigger problem is how the hell do we use it now that it takes us to kiwi to make a booking/purchase?!

I got the same problem and I try to contact them but nothing accept the robot chatting. NO HELP AT ALL Guest SY : Did our credit account disappeared? Cannot retrieve the info. Why?? And then cannot check the past booking, the system said no booking had been made yet. AirAsia please don't play dirty cheat on this matter ya!

To all of you looking for your money in the Credit Account section: Start the process to Book a Flight (for example Bali to Kuala Lumpur) for somewhere in the future, for example June 2021. In the final stages, the Payment Stage, DO NOT complete the purchase. Only look below the total and you should find your available credit, as this is a payment option. It will tell you how much money you have available to use as a credit. You can then exit the screen so you don't mistakenly purchase a flight ☺️

I cant find my credit account too. So sad.. cant chat to real customer service, only robot (ava and tia). I tried to make dummy booking, but there's no option credit account as payment method. Can someone tell your experience success using the credit account? What shud we do?

I have the same problem, when I clicked ' my credit account', it doesn't show the credit account page, instead it auto. direct to the booking page!!!!!!

Hope this can help you all, regarding to the refund made during Covid-19 missing from the credit account, you can try to create a dummy booking and upon making payment for the dummy booking, you can see your refund value in your credit account as shown in the picture below. Even though you cannot see anything in your credit account after you log in but your refund is still there...Air asia has stated that there are some problem with the page they will fix it as fast as possible.
