Hi, I am unable to use my credit account from AirAsia.. It either reflects 0 amount or throws an error stating I don't have internet. Is there any solution to this? None of the emails are being responded to and to top it off i am unable to reach the customer AT ALL

Winda : My credit account worth 700USD IS DISAPPEAR PLEASE I AM SO MAD AND I CAN NOT FIND THE CONTACT PERSON OR A PLACE TO COMPLAINT. Mine too abt 125 usd air asia made a fool of us. When trx to open credit acct balance they say you not connected with internet. AVA computer chat, cant find your booking.

i wanna make payment using my credit account balance, but i can't see the balance anymore. when i clicked credit account, i got directed to the chatroom with ava. i just wanna know my credit account balance. please fix this.

Iam in the same situation. Received credit last year, however credit does not show in acc and no credit option when booking. Long story short, received a lengthy response from airasia, stating all credits/refunds etc.are on hold due to application to high court. Basically we are creditors until they resolve their financial position.

Stepheny : I don't see any credit account in my account anymore.. which means my credit is all gone ????? Mine too! My credit account worth 2.4k pesos was gone when I was about to check out. There was an error. Then when it refreshed my credit account was gone.

Tried to proceed to payment page and the credit appeared. Always had a hard time dealing with this website and the CS.

Guest : testing to make a booking once payment section will show your credit account balance I cant check my credit balance. Air Asia credit account will work if you log in directly to the "local" website but some local destinations are not available from that website. Like Manila to Siargao its not available. But if you go to the main website it is available but it will take you to kiwi.com and that is a separate website and you can't use your credit account!

Me too, I have the same problem like all the below mentioned. I remembered I have about $800 Australia Dollar in my Credit Account. For Dec 2020 I should have another $1000 Australia Dollar to be applied as Credit Account, but they are not allow me to apply? The Air Asia customer service associator said I can't apply for it, because Air Asia is Lodge financial rearrangement to a Party of XXX. (Maybe will bankrupt!) What the hell? I just want all my money back or shows in the system. Pls don't always Pop Out AVA !!! That is not human reply, Useless, helpless!!!

Got your booking now A MYR 60.17 has been credited to the BIG member account as stated on your credit account request. but i couldn't use this amount. how to use. even in login page & at payment page, credit account option is not available

My boss angrily feedback ask me to ask "the person" ...I'm like all other airline got human contact except this AirAsia. It's Covidd19 and Airasia and the staff who want to go back home country but now it seems like it became my fault because I cant claim the money back.. Anyone knows how to check or any updates, kindly feedback ya. Appreciate it very much. Thank You I'm in the same situation, i'm not ready to use the credit yet but just checking to see if it is still there, and i got the same problem. it is the chat box poped out instead of display the amount, and Airasia's stupid system cant validate my ID even i entered every details correctly. The other option is you can logged in as Big Member, and go to chat with AVA, and choose ' credit account', it will display as chat message.

Hi guys, I thought the same thing at first, but as long as you are logged in, you have the option to view and use the credit points in the last step of payment on the right, then click on Purchase and that's it. But it took two attempts until the system accepted it and the booking went through

I also can't see my credit account, which is a substantial amount. I log in from Google as instructed by AVA and not from my phone airasia app. When I click on credit account, it goes to AVA and it gives you the merry go round. Last year I could still see my credit balance, but now it's blank. How can we make a complaint?

Air Asia cheating now everybody. I have a big amount in ny credit account. Now even air asia sites all changed. If in india, airasia.com become airasia.co.in. if try to login with old userid, telling its wrong. And there is no any international flights to book or no site for that. Means all our hard earned money air asia loot? Will wait little more time and will proceed to consumer affairs complaint.

I also face the same problem. When I chat with the Ava, said "unable to check credit account". Air Asia must improve service by initiating human contact. This system is useless without speaking to a human.
