Dont ever go with this airline if you care for you luggage.. god knows about where the f does so much luggage dissapear...I arrived in Kiev fr om sharjah and and found that one of my bag and many more of another 40 pax (all students) had not arrived, the lost and found department told that even on the previous day 60 pax dint receive their luggage! there is no one representing the airline at the airport and we are clueless wh ere our luggage is and how to get it !! ...THIEVES!

travel bag will never reach on time - air arabia airlines This a horrible airline, your travel bag will never reach on time. My wife and kid travel on 22/06/2014 in G9517 flight, they did not get baggage. I called their help line several times nobody pick up the call. More than 85 passengers did not receive their baggage. We had frozen baby food on the baggage. During the baggage drop, we asked will it reach on the same time, they promised but they did not keep their promise. I think it is useless airlines.

I travelled by Airarabia flight from Coimbatore to Nairobi on 7th Match via Sharjah. Both the flights got delayed and I reached atc3.30 pm on Friday , about three hours late. My luggage didn' t reach Nairobi. I was promised that the same will be received the next day. I hafe not received the same till now. The ref. No. given was AHLNBOG9120558. Can some one assist. While flying on G9137 from Doha to Sharjah to connect to Coimbatore, I arrived at the airplane to find that my pre-booked seat has already been taken by another passenger. I calmly asked her if that was her seat and showed her my boarding pass. The passenger wouldn't move from her seat. A cabin crew nearby noticed the problem and offered me a similar seat in the back. I explained to him that this was a pre-booked (and of course a prepaid seat) and wanted that seat because I booked the same seat through all my flights to avoid being relocated around flights. The passenger still wouldn't move. Seeing the insistent attitude she had, I agreed out of my self respect to move to the back row, only to find that the cabin crew has already assigned that seat to someone else who also didn't agree to move. Finally another flight attendant, who was a bit more courteous, came and offered me a seat in the front rows to which I moved to avoid further disputes. Needless to say that this is NOT acceptable in any way due to the fact that the airline is charging different prices for each of the seats in its business model which doesn't make them interchangeable. Furthermore, flight attendants cannot randomly assign passengers with new seats without verifying whether the newly allotted spaces have been previously booked. With little more vigilance, training and control at the level of the cabin crew, I could have easily avoided embarrassment and unnecessary arguments with other passengers. An airline such as Air Arabia with allegedly 18 million passengers to date is certainly a cost leader and an economic carrier but this doesn't have to be at the expense of a suffering service and travel experience. I still have three more flights with Air Arabia and I am hoping that I or other passengers will not be confronted with similar situations.

I was disappointed to hear from the crew that the airline did not supply them with any copies of the on board sky café menu or food menu. The only thing we've been offered to buy or eat was a choice of disgusting chicken or cheese sandwiches! During our return and only 20 minutes before landing that my daughter found a copy of the menu under her seat full of delicious hot and cold meals, snacks, pastries, candies and drinks that were all available but hidden from passengers! How do you explain that and why?

Last 10th january 14, I have come dhaka fr om sharjah.Its been six days but i didnt get my luggage still now.There is no any customercare for the passenger from wh ere we can get information about my luggage. Dear Sir, Last three years I was preferring to travel by Air Arabia. But this year I traveled twice Dammam to Coimbatore with disappointment. Normally we carry the hand bag weighing 10 Kgs or less as we know it is permitted to carry only 10 Kgs. At Shariah airport we purchase 2 ltrs. of liquor from duty free shop and it becomes an additional baggage and it is being caught by your staff at the time boarding and collecting SAR. 105.00 as penalty for these duty free items. This practice is seen only at Sharjah airport. It had happened twice with me. First in the month of Feb, 2013 I took two bottles of CHIVAS REGAL liquor and for that I was offered a free trolley bag at duty free shop and I was fined SAR 105.00 at the time of boarding as I am carrying additional bag. Second time in Oct, 2013 I took same two bottles with sealed carry bag and again i was penalized. By this your act do you discourage the passengers not to purchase anything from duty free shop? I tried to book online and their website at www.airarabia.com didn't process my payment saying that you bank issuer has declined to pay for the ticket. I want to another website and I did manage to pay and it went perfectly well. The funny thing that they tell you that the problem is with your card. They accept what they want and then tell you that it is bank's fault. That sucks!

I had travelled with them a couple of times. I would prefer not to fly with them but the are convenient as they operate in Sharjah and I live in it. The first time I was treated badly with the ground service personal. First, she asked me to get new box (one week before I travelled and it was ok to travel without it) (changed their policy without notice) and then when I went outside and bought a new one, she asked me to pay for extra weight. She was unpleasant. The second time I booked online with a master card and I went to the airport and discovered that my flight was cancelled because they cancelled the credit card although it went through the online system) but they never emailed, sms or called although they request all this kind of information when you register. I called the service centre and they apologized but they didn’t do anything. when you travel with them, be prepared to deal with be prepared.

This is Joni Naik. We have booked many Air Ticket from our Company via Air Arabia Agent from India to Middle East Now, one of Employee has resign and not able to fly. Our Agent saying that Name of the Ticket can not be change only they can extend the ticket for till one year but only same Employee can fly. that mean, I can say, Air Arabia is not suitable for Company's Employee Booking? This is not good. Company can not control the Employees movements so, in such a case, Air Arabia shoud have facility to transfer the credit again and give freedom to book ticket for any other Employee. I traveled from Nairobi to Kochi via Sharjah. on reaching to Kochi on 12 Feb. 2013, I could not be allowed in india because of a wrong visa I had, I was told to hand over all my travel documents plus boarding pass with baggage tag. The documents were handed over to airarabia crew to deport me back to Nairobi. when reaching Sharjah i was given back my passport plus new boarding pass to Nairobi and told my baggage is save and i was to get it on arrival to Nairobi but up to now I have not received it or any communication. My reference number given is AHLNBOG9085740. My bag is a brown color soft bag, with zipper, wheels weighing 22kgs only and it had a bad lock . I have not received my baggage in Mumbai on my travel from Sharjah to Mumbai on 26thNov2012 File number given to me is BOMG9079186 Tag Number of Bag - G9933145 Travelled - Sharjah-Mumbai on 26thNov G90407. I traveled from Istanbul to Ahmedabad via Sharjah on 28th/29th June 2012, and they "lost" my bag -- when they found it and returned it after 3 days (they sent it by a private bus carrier and I had to go to their office to claim my bag, but the Cambata Aviation people gave me the locket/docket number only after 3 phone calls) all wrapped up in plastic, I opened it only to find the following items missing: * a 8 GB flash drive with all the most recent files I had been working on for months before and during my conference in Istanbul, which was given to me by my son as a birthday gift (how the hell am I going to recover or replace these files?!); * 3 cans of Turkish and Russian beer (out of 5 cans which I had bought for an old pre-diabetic uncle of mine who loves these exotic beer cans I bring back when I visit India -- he is allowed to cheat on his strict diet only when I visit once a year or so); and * about 5-10 USD in loose change in tenge, lira, etc. The Cambata Aviation ground staff in Ahmedabad are very lax, incompetent and complacent and downright rude when asked for information or to act. While I am not 100% sure that they stole stuff from my bag, I have no other explanation forthcoming from them, besides the utter rot that they trot out. For instance, they tell me I cannot bring beer into Gujarat because it is a "dry state" (nonsense -- I am in transit and due to leave for Bangalore 3-4 days after my arrival and the beer is not meant for consumption in Gujarat). Who in Air Arabia cares enough to act on this and the above complaints remains to be seen. Till then I will pursue every channel or option open to me as an aggrieved and really aggravated passenger.
