We tried this evening to do on line check-in, but it wasn't possible to get free seats;only seats for additional costs were available. Eventually we could print the boadings, but without the seats's number! My question is:when/how we can get and print on line tickets with the allocation number of seats, without an additional payment.Thanks for your reply. They sent me an e mail asking for the various information on the luggage, flight etc but they also asked for a copy of a bank statement with my bank account number, sort code and a copy of my passport. I obviously not going to send them this information but I wondered has anyone else lost luggage or been asked for this information? Dawn You case is not conncted with other cases. The baggage is conisdered to lost, if it s not delivered in 21 day after the trp. You need to have a copy of the baggege check, which had been issued by the air carrier, as a prof. The bank account, sorting code requred for the claing money transfer by the air carrier. You need to apply with the claim againt air carrier to the court or to the CAA, if you are in UK.

First I couldn't book online (flight to Larnaca) and had to make the booking through a travel agent and now I am trying for days to check-in but it doesn't work. I'm beginning to wonder if the flight is even going to take place!
I wanted to book flights on your website blueairweb.com but it doesn't work properly. You can't continue once you have selected flights which is of no use to you or me. Also I note that there is a second website www.blueair-italia.it which does work but given it is not your official website and points towards a different company. I won't use. Shame, I wanted to give you business but I will now have to pay more to use a different airline to fly to the UK.

Hi! I received an e-mail yesterday that my parents flight from Dublin to Bucharest on 23rd of November is cancelled. I completed an e-mail form, asking them to reschedule the flight. I called Dublin office they told me they can't help so she gave me the Call Centre number. Spending hours since yesterday for somebody to answer on call centre (I even don't mention the cost of phone), nothing. It's just impossible to contact anybody. I tried calling Bucharest office and the Brussel one, as I had the payment through them. No one answering the phone. Funny thing is that you can still book a flight online for that day as a low price... Any suggestion how can I contact them? Thanks! Daniela

Not great website and still waiting for answer from customer service. Used my surname and flight confirmations number to check in and just get taken to an Application Error technical Page BUT if you put in your EMAIL address and the flight confirmation number that DOES take you to the right area. Might help someon

The website is not working at all. Very bad website design! Distracting adds in the background and no clear path for booking. May be you should verify the booking app before publishing it on line!
Very bad service and they have a lot of problems with their website. The only airline company I had trouble when doing the check in. They don't respect flight schedules I missed my train late at night and had to wait until the morning in the station because of them. I do not recommend flying with this company!
A very bad company! Don't buy ticket from them. If you don't receive confirmation, you need to contact them but they don't solve the problem.

Flight OB2932Y ,10:40am from Luton to bacau We done the check in and been send down the stairs ,":once down we find ourself in front of double doors going towards aircraft,but the door were locked ... After 30 minutes minutes!!!!!!!!!!! someone shout to go back upstairs,aparantly the aircraft was still waiting for a fuel delivery,.... We end up standing for 30 very long minutes in a confined space without any fresh air with children's screaming and lot of anxiety How it is possible to treat your coustumers in this way ???? It is illegal even to keep an animal in a close space without any fresh air nevertheless a person!!! Should I remind you that in London the temperature was 23 degrees at 10am!!!! Can you imagine how hot was on the stairs with 50-60 people ??? Did occurred you( ,,you,, as a company ) that some people suffer in thouse situations ??? Been unable to breath and very high level of anxiety,are few symptoms that people suffer when are forced to stay in a small enclosed space without any fresh air!!!! Totally not acceptable !!!! Once upstairs ive asked who's decision was to send as down the stairs and been told the ,,Capitan,, !!! Threw double doors downstairs we did had a look at the crew having they ,,selfies,, done on the airplane stairs,they were to busy to even consider all thouse people waiting few meters away!!!,without any air to breath!!!!! I understand some things are not going to plan sometimes but I believe if any of them would have come and open those double doors and stand there would have made more bearable for all of as!!!!! This is not the way a respectable company treats his coustumers!!!!!!

After flying from London Luton on Sunday 11th 2016 on a direct flight to Iassi, i am disabled and Bluair do not help Disabled or people bad on there feet the only long leg room are over the wings and you cannot sit in these as they are for able people so i sat for 3 hours plus in a seat with my knees bent and no room for stretching I return this Sunday 2nd October, I cannot travel with this airline again, even if the read this they will not do anything as it is so money motivated

Having booked a flight to Iasi fr om Luton I was looking forward to attending my friends wedding upon boarding the aircraft the interior is dirty drap and very outdated the aircraft they use have an average age of 23.5 years old to make things worse the seat in front of me for the entire flight was broken but was still occupied by a passenger the seat wasn't fastened to frame securely meaning the seat slides on the frame which take away lot of the already limited leg room not to mention if we had a crash landing or even rough landing the seat could have easily fallen and crushed my legs the seat tray table wouldn't stay upright as the latch wasn't fitted correctly had no seat pocket as it was torn off meaning no safety card not to mention my seatbelt was installed so the buckle was the wrong was meaning I had to twist and manipulate a critical safety device to comply with safety rules the cabin crew assume all passengers are Romanian and having lim ited Romanian vocabulary made me feel unwelcome announcements were translated but so poorly they didn't make sense overall it's a terrible airline and would avoid it at all costs
Hello, i want to complaing for something.. 20th july I bhought round trip tickets to Bucharest and riturn to Milano Linate. When i finish to pay , i checked my email for reservation tickets, but there is no. So i tried to conect with call center. He told me he will sending a Email . But he didn't gave me a reservation tickets. Until now!! Fortunately yesterday i did "check in" but for tomorrow (return to milan ticket) i am very worry about that. Also i am not sure the time . During my travel, i was so stressful because of this . Until today i tried to connect call center but nobody recive my call. Please improve this situation. Thanks.
Awful! That's all I can say. The lowest rating I could give was 1, and I feel this is too high. Seriously, I would score 0 if there was an option. My 18 year old son became violently ill during our flight from Bucharest to Liverpool. The flight attendants were so horrible & nasty. Humiliating him in front of all passengers. Making him clean up his vomit with paper towels (he'd rushed to the loo but it was engaged and the sick bag was full). Basically the flight attendants were bitchy, horrible & offered not a scrap of help or compassion. Turns out my step-son has a serious case of food poisoning. flight with Blue air for 1st time fr om Larnaca to Athens and back (flight no OB562) and I was very * with the crew of flight OB562, specifically with a blond air hostess who was extremely impolite which is unacceptable for an airline and my plan is Not to fly ever again with this airline! Specifically I asked her to take the cup with the copy and her answer was: wh ere? As she was holding 2 more cups. This is unacceptable as this was very impolite and heronical. Also when flying from Larnaca to Athens the pilot was not flying the aircraft correctly and the flight was extremely bad!! She should find her way to help and she did not even come back to take it. I am very pissed off with this! Do not flight with this airline, it is awful.

So I rang customer services in the Uk to arrange this cancellation But I also wanted to know the terms & conditions for this, the staff member told me that they could refund me the airport taxes & look into getting me a voucher for the flight amount. But a few days passed & I received my refund for the taxes but nothing was mentioned for the voucher. So I range them again where they denied any knowledge of this conversation saying it's not there policy to give vouchers. They owe me£660.....if they would of explained to me in the first instance that their policy wasn't to give vouchers I would of change the flight details for a future flight. I will be contacting Trading standards!

It's time for this airline to go out of business. I honestly can't imagine that they ever have any returning customers. After the way we were scammed and robbed by this airline we will be telling everyone to stay far away, and we will surely never be giving them any more business.

Yesterday (4 November) , I was treated in a very rude way by a certain Ms. Catana, a staff on the ground in Bucarest. I was expressing my concern re. what I had been told in Rome concerning the 40 Euros I had to pay to have my luggage checked in : the Italian Blue air employee in Rome had told me that I wouldn't have to pay in Bucarest...he was wrong, but besides the fact to pay EUROS 84 for a luggage (even if it is indicated on your web site) is a true racket, is it normal your staff answers to a customer ït's your problem"? Same scenario later, involving two Italian passengers. They were told by another young staff member of your "lovely company"that's your problem!. Is that a new slogan? I am working in the UN and I will alert all my relatives, colleagues etc...not to travel with your company anymore
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Very but very bad services. Impertinent employees when you show proves of their bad services. The baggage are broken during transport and the Blue Air personnel is ignoring the reclamations. They never admit their fault or the fact that the baggage are broken (zipper, lock, missing items). They just take your money for the trip and that;s it. No returns, no sorry no nothing. IF YOU ASK THEM TO EXPLAIN WHAT HAPPEN WITH YOUR BROKEN LUGGAGE THEY'LL JUST IGNORE YOU. I will never but tickets from Blue Air.
Bad services and disrespect shown by the cabin crew. They've changed the aircraft and never told us. Having purchased extra leg room they never placed us on such seats and never refund the money. Lucky for Blue Air is that there is only one competitor and most of the time this is a bit more expensive. I can't wait till Easy Jet will take over.
