Hey all, Yeah their site sucks big time and it is pretty outdated I think and all that, that's the reason of all this issues. Anyway, to workaround this problem and to successfully check-in and print your boarding tickets you need to use Internet Explorer 11 or even and older version could to the trick. When it stops loading the page at some point through the steps of confirmation and it gives you the "internal server error" and so on, you need to clear your "cookies and website data", or even better, delete everything just to make sure. To do this you must go to Internet Options > Browsing History > Delete > Select everything > Click Delete again > Exit the browser and try again to check in. Eventually it will work. I tried like 6 times and finally with success. For me this was the only option, hope it works for the rest of you. Good luck.

Online checkin DOES NOT WORK and reports a runtime error in "/" Online check in has been tested on 4 PCs and 3 browsers on each PC. The booking is also not good. I would imagine that blueair need to address this issue and sack off the current webdesigners. I have never had issues with EasyJet and Ryanair and the frustration of now having to wait 20 mins for an unhelpful telephone call is not good and would deter me from using again. Hopefully the flight will be better

The website is full of bugs. It refused to accept my nieces Uk mobile number, but mine was OK? You just need to use your imagination. I now can’t check in - it throws a runtime server error!

Hi, I am unable to pay for a booking online - the site does not redirect to payment page and remains stuck on the same page. I sent an email to Blue Air support but did not receive a response yet. I see there are other people having the same issue. Has anyone managed to find a workaround for this? Thank you, Anca

Blue air... Flying from Birmingham on 24/2/18. On the monitor says "Check in open 08-10." You turn up and NONE is there! Shall i repeat? NONE is there! Tried to check in online the day before (16hrs prior departure) and the system is down. On the line (020 7037 2687) for 30+ minutes to speak to Blue Air...none is there. You manage to fly aircrafts but cannot solve the basics. I lost my flight because of you. Email me please: ykallika@yahoo.com

After selecting the seat the data remains there, so technically the checkin is down, i just have to print the boarding pass at the airport

Anything I do to online check-in I receive this message. I used Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Chrome, Opera. The same message is coming all the time. Please fix the site or just announce that online check-in NOT AVAILABLE! Server Error in '/' Application. Runtime Error Description: An exception occurred while processing your request. Additionally, another exception occurred while executing the custom error page for the first exception. The request has been terminated.

I fixed the check in page by doing the following 2 things: -make sure that you insert the proper name when asked for name and code -disable adblock, it seems to interfere with the blue air service Hope that this helps.

Tried for 3 days to do a check in and every time it died when I picked a seat. Today I said screw the seat I'll just sit in the cargo hold but I want to add a bag with me. Well too bad because when you click on Pay Now the site refreshes and nothing happens. At least close the site down and say you don't do online check in as this is just a * * of time for all the people trying to use it.

Siddharth Garg : Hi, I would like to bring to blue air management notice about the most traumatic experience whole boarding the flight from London Luton to Bucharest OTP (booking ref I9GU9Q). I was denied to board the flight today by a boarding attendant Agnes who claimed my sochengen visa was not enough to travel to Bucharest. After repeatedly telling her to kindly check as I am a regular traveler to Romania (business trip) she simply said that she’s pregnant and I should not stress her more. There were still 40 mins for the flight to take off and several passengers kept boarding after me however the lady paid no attention to me and left me completely stranded suggesting she will not allow me to travel. The boarding pass was attested by Rubana Hasan at the Luton airport however Agnes suggested that it would be a mistake (cant be true 4 times)!. Eventually she closed the gates I front of eyes and left me completely stranded asking for help and completely agonised. To make matters worse there was no single blue air management to handle any further and I was completely left to myself to find out about my luggage and next steps. I managed to call 5554 and get help and gentleman Guiardo helped me. He saw my visa and clearly stated that Agnes had made mistake. From thereon I had to book another flight with Wizzair, pay again (infact triple the cost) as i had to be in Romania for my meetings and couldn’t have afforded not being there. Blue air representative wasn’t present and therefore i now request a formal complaint against Agnes and also a full compensation for flights, lodging along with mental agony. I would like the blue air management to acknowledge the receipt if this and personally reach out to me on my correspondence details aas soon as possible. Whilst I have nothing against Agnes she should be barred on disciplinary grounds and May be a racial discrimination as she handled other passengers very differently. Blue Air should compensate me adequately for the agonising episode. Being a frequent traveller I am now completely shattered and request the management to address the issue asap. Happy to provide all the necessary evidence in form of visa etc... but I need this take up really seriously and a settlement done. Appreciate a response. Since yesterday I try to book a flight but once I reach the payment methods it doesn't work. ANd yesterday the proce of the flight was less than today. How is it possible? I called the free line and they told me to call the paid service and while I was waiting for the employee to answer I run out of money. Thisi is incredible, I pay even if I don't have a service!!!

Thank you , Elena please help me solve this tooI cleared the options and was able to continue and print my boarding pass but no seat allocation/number on it. I dont want to pay extra for a seat as I am travelling alone so don't mind where I sit. I'm a bit concerned I might not have a seat if they over book but I'm going to take that chance.

Managed to checkin and assign seat but only after they had me clear cache [CTRL+SHFT+R] and re-load page !!!! Then I tried to re-enter to print boarding pass, as instructed by them only to find it repeatedly asks me to check the flight I want to select...refreshes page with the same option !!!!!!! NOT good !
