A friend of my parents booked a flight for them going to Dumaguete. He gave me the booking reference number and have me checked the ticket and print it. I went to www.cebupacificair.com then clicked on View Itinerary under Manage bookings. It gave me four (options), I chose Option 4 since it asked for the confirmation number, the first name and the surname of the one on the ticket. I tried it and it says that "The information submitted does not match any itinerary. Please verify the information is correct and try again." I tried both my parents' names bit nothing happened. Can you help me? That friend insisted that I do it again and check. But the same thing happens. Can you please help me?
Cebu Pacific have one of the worst records for being late. We flew from Cebu to Manila 8th Jan. 2015 2 hours late. We then flew them Manila to KL Jan 10th we were just messed about in the airport with scant information and was 2+ hours late and only got our next connection by seconds after running round KLIA2. NEVER AGAIN THEIR MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS ARE A MESS

Came with my family today to Manila airport for flying to Legaspi. We all had tickets with seatreservation. Total chaos at checkin and after waiting for 2 hours we got the message that the flight was overbooked. We have lost a day of our holiday, an accomodation, money, and we do not know how to get the destination. This is just the most inkompetent airline company I gave ever experienced....

I tried to book a flight today using my BDO credit card but it asked for a pin and when I clicked on proceeding without a pin, it just redirected me to an error page. This being Ceb Pac, I wonder if it will reflect on my bill?I have read a lot of disappointed stories about this issue and it's making me paranoid because I have tried to pay twice and was unsuccessful.
