Could you please give me the email add of their customer service please. Thank you very much Raquel Raquel : i send an e-mail on their customer service and i received an answer that they will answer me within 7 days. I don't have idea if my flight is confirmed or what because the bank send a confirmation for the amount purchase but still no e-mail for itinerary tickets or any confirmation code.

Hi im from uae! I booked here in cebu pac and paid using credit card. And it says it will take 60 seconds for the confirmation of payment. I received a confirmation via text that they deduct the amount on my credit card but I didn't received and confirmation code or itinerary ticket. So I can't even retrieve it on any option in manage booking. Can somebody help us regarding this issue. Thanks

Did u received Travelsure insurance? if you received that in the upper has a confirmation number it composed of 6 digits a numbers and letters.. just copy that confirmation number then go to the cebupacific website then go to manage booking after that click the view itinerary then.. go to option 3.. just type the confirmation- your name and surname.. after that continue.. then you will see your itinerary receipt..

Hi everyone please help me (mainly everybody's concern here is to ask for help). I booked and payed for a ticket last month and everything was set to go. Only this morning I planned on rebooking so I rebooked online and I just have to pay an amount due sa Cebuana Lhuillier in 24 hours. My concern is what would happen if I still havent payed after 24 hours or If I rather have my old booking? (Paying again is too expensive).

I can't even open my itinerary thing thru Cebu Pacific's website because they need a confirmation number but I only got the Booking Reference Number. What should I do?

Click Manage Booking and the click View Itinerary. and retrieve your bookings by filling out one of the options there. I have tried it many times. =) . Hope this helps

What to do with duplicate booking? I paid online thru ATM, Land Bank, but I got no confirmation number and itinerary receipt. When I checked my savings account, I was charged twice! I was calling the CEBUPAC call centers but it was very inefficient. I sent an email, still got no answer.

i've booked my flight bound to Manila via online and pay it through debit card and it was superb, after 2 minutes I got my itinerary and the confirmation too. The only bad thing was when they changed my flight schedule to tacloban from Manila.. Really pissed me off as I wanted to be home soon. .

Hello Cebu Pacific Team, I'm here in Dubai, UAE and I booked online early this morning (1100H UAE time and 1500H Philippine time) for my flight ticket on 23-March-2015. I asked my Uncle in the Philippines to pay it through BDO. But as of now (1910H UAE time and 2310H Philippine time) I haven't received my itinerary receipt yet. if you booked a flight online and paid through bank deposit, it takes up to 12noon the next day before you can receive your confirmed itinerary to the email address you have provided in the online booking system. for ECPAY, it only took 3 hours from the time of payment to send the confirmed itinerary. i hope this helps.
