Please easyjet stop changing the website. In fact please go back to the one before the last website... they're gone from having an excellent website to an average. Why keep changing a good thing.

And later on in booking process, everything stops at the hotels page. Tried to call, but lot of noise and finally a woman who seemed to do this first time - had no clue. Frustrating. In the browser address bar replace buy/hotels with buy/payment - this shortcut works fr om many points once you have the flights. In short, this is not working for me. It is the "payment" click wh ere it fails. It fails almost immediately, which suggests that EJ are not even connecting to any sort of payment service and that their external link seems to be not working. I am going to give it another 12 hours and then will need to book something else. Oh, and agree with Captcha comment from bellow. P.

After some discussions with EasyJet and some searching I found your thread. I get all the way to the "pay" button at which point it fails almost immediately. Having spent some minutes with their Service Line it turns our the payment service is currently off line. It has been like this for me all day, Tues' 16 May. I will try again this evening however as one or two of you below have been trying for "days" I am not hopeful this will work. P.

@easyJet Great Mobility policy. Needlessly made dad buy three seats for his mildly fractured knee on his 70th birthday trip (extra £400; he had no cast but presumably they imagined he'd stretch out across three seats; there was no need to have leg elevated). Allocated seats across another passenger and with the aisle in between. Duh! The cabin crew utterly bemsed at both ends. They have promised to get back to me no less than 5 times now, and I've waited for over 2 hours of listening to "Are we Human or are we dancers?" on hold. Do not use Easyjet unless you have exhausted all other options (including a canoe).

I am having the same problem with the three week view. If I click on "see 3 week view" I get asked again for travel dates and the page just reverts to the 3 day view. Can't think why on earth Ejet has done it - or is it a fault? Guest : The new booking web site is absolutely dreadful, cannot see the old `3 week view` to easily compare prices and the latest site has a BLACK format. Anyone having issues booking flights using easyJet plus? We have recently joined easyJet plus but have not been able to book a flight as we keep getting a message "Invalid card number". We contacted customer services who helped to complete the initial bookings but they maintain the problems are not related to their system and insist that the problem is related to our computer. We have tried 5 different computers on 4 different internet connections but get the same message. Has anyone else experienced these issues ? (We are beginning to regret joining now). Liz

I flew Bristol to Paris in Sept 2016 and seats flights and service was fantastic (very excited even got to meet one of the stars of the easyjet show I watched religiously at home in Australia) Only problem I had was that Bristol to Paris hand luggage I had was allowed - cabin bag/hand bag/laptop but Paris to Luton had to only allowed cabin bag (lap top in cabin bag) and had to pay 60 Euro for my handbag at boarding gate. (as travelling from Aus - had already paid extra for hold luggage which was fair and happy to do) but the girl was not very nice about it either. Even so I would still recommend Easyjet 100%. In fact I wanted to fly with EasyJet again in July 2017 from Bristol to Paris but seems only 1 flight a day to Paris late afternoon and I'd prefer to arrive in Paris earlier in day to allow easy of getting to accommodation. Seems the am flight doesn't run any more when I go on line to book.(although flight tracker shows there is a 10.35 am flight but not available in July. Such a shame because I'd rather go Easyjet.

On Feb21 I have been Trying to book with 3 different cards (2 VISA and 1 Mastercard) and none of them worked. Problem was always on Cards expiration date.

I have been trying to book a flight with EasyJet for the last three days, but it's not "EASY" It will not let me pay with my valid card as the "server is unsecure". I have tried two different computers on two different internet suppliers, using both Wi-Fi through a router and both hard wired. I have also tried with credit and debit cards both with 18 months validity. How can we book a flight ? It would be easier drive through Spain, catch a ferry and drive to London than make a booking on EASYJET.

I've tried three different credit cards and three debit cards yesterday and toady and they are rejecting the card expiry date on all of them. And I can't get through to them on the phone - announcement tells me long waiting time of up to three hours. Can anyone help?

I have tried to book a flight online, but when I get to the final step to confirm payment I get the following message: "Access Denied You don't have permission to access "www.easyjet.com/EN/secure/Booking.mvc/Su... on this server" Has anyone else encountered this?

Easyjet plus website has been down for a week for planned maintenance. Meant to be back up Thurs 8 Dec, then Fri 9th, then Mon 12th - now says Tues 13th. Nobody at Easyjet can help in any way - apparently there is no way for anybody to contact anybody (even easyjet staff) at Easyjet plus .......... Absolutely useless the lot of them

Shocking, I keep emailing and getting fobbed off. Currently being kept imprisoned in Milan Malpensa by easy jet. Waited an hour to have our cancelled flight rearranged and now 4 hours so far waiting for bus to hotel. They will not tell us the hotel so we cannot get a taxi. What's going on here? Is this even legal to imprison us in this way?

Our son booked to fly out to visit us in Greece August 2016. He underwent small but tricky surgery two weeks before. Called back into hospital with extreme pain and complications two/three days before his flight, and forbidden to fly. Customer Services (a total misnomer), assured us we should complete contact form on the website before the flight and attach relevant documentation from the hospital to get a refund voucher. I did this twice, as the website didn't give report or audit trail. 7 days later, still no contact. I phoned for 3rd time to be told 'heavy volume of correspondence ". Eventually, told we will get the airport tax back. 'Serious Illness" is only death or dying. Finance make the decisions. Total * of time applying unless you are definitely dead or soon to be.

I like flying with Easyjet, but I may not do so in the future. The website, which used to be "easy", is now dreadful. For the second time this year, I have found it impossible to check in, I have wasted hours going round in circles getting nowhere.Whoever designed their new website should be fired!

Just investigating this more, there was a press release on 17th July informing about the strike. Completely unfair to leave us until midnight before our 23rd July flight to tell us we were cancelled. I'm taking this further. Guest : Think we may have been on the same flight. We got a text at midnight telling us that our flight was cancelled due to industrial action (so no claims of course) then 20 mins later we were told the action was called off but it was too late to get the slot back so we were still cancelled. Infuriating and very fishy to boot

I sent an email to EasyJet on July 11 after my flight on the night before from London to Inverness was cancelled. Since then I have been fobbed off by the so called 'customer service person' - I lost a full day and incurred out of pocket expenses of 43.75GBP and they do not want to pay that. I shall never fly EasyJet again and will tell all around me that they are compromising safety in a big way.

I am having a nightmare at the moment with Easyjet. My baby's carseat was smashed on our return flight to the extent it was unusable. We had to buy an emergency seat for my older child to go in so the baby could temporarily use hers (cost >£200) and the cost of replacement of ours is £370 and that is before any level of compensation for leaving us stranded at the airport whilst my husband had to go and sort all of this. I am being fobbed off by process at the moment and do not seem to be able to get someone who understands how to correct this? Help??

I am trying to reserve flights through EasyJet for the month of September 2016 but the booking section of the web-site only allow flight bookings and prices through August 30 2016. I am wondering if the particular route (Orly Paris to Dubrovnok) will be discontinued after August or do they not book that far in advance? Any insight would be appreciated.

hi, me nad my family had to go to Edinburgh by easyjet, we checked in and we were not aloowed to board as we were only 3 mins late. Begged them and requested as my son was looking forward to this trip, but i was told by ground staff that the pilot said no. Need help, i was told that if i want another flight i need to pay them 80 pounds per person. Iwas told by someone at the airport that i can claim the airport tax. Need help.

EASYJET charges 55 for hold luggage, but I have hold luggage on the RETURN ONLY. I see no path on their site to choose/modify to sae money. They charge you 20 cents a min to wait forever and ask a question, or as their auto reply to my email querry said they have 7 days to get back to me. Does anyone have a good idea to solve this challenge?
