Dear Sir, I travel on 15/jul-COK/AUH-Flt no283 and connection to med 16/JUL AUH/MED-Flt no-345/tkt no-607-1738374868.WHen i reached MED On 16/JULY SATURDAY.I lost my baggage..And i complained on counter of Etihad Airways..They give Give complain no--(medey11603)..But still not any progress in my case.slowly-Plz find my bag very important documents n files in my bag.And i want my documents at any cost...THANKS...

I arrived from Nairobi to Abu Dhabi on Etihad. I am silver member and my husband a gold . i was told i will be contacted within 24hrs to let ,me know the status of my luggage. I have NOT received a call Or a Message to update me. i have tried the number they gave me about a 100 times, none answers. i would have appreciated at least a call to let me know they were trying to locate it. I am travelling to Los Angeles in 2 days on Etihad, and am thinking of changing the airline. Etihad has been very unhelpful, a super disappointed .

I traveled by Etihad from Abu Dhabi to Mumbai on 2nd July only to find that my baggage was missing. I tried calling the contact number that was provided on the form and also emailed, but no human responded. Finally I received a call and I was told to collect my baggage from the railway station in Margao-Goa (my home address). It was delivered by a Mumbai to Goa train. I was glad to have received my baggage after 18 days. But when I opened it, it was a disappointment as some of the precious items were missing. The bag seal condition was intact and having the same seal number as provided on the delivery slip. My original baggage weighed 10.5 Kg but now i received only 7 Kg. It was easy to pin point the missing items as I still had the bill of those items the baggage contained. One box of chocolates was even tempered and half chocolates eaten away. My missing items valued to about 40 US$. The delivery boy was kind enough to provide me 2 Etihad numbers, actually and unusually manned by humans. (+91-2266859360 and +91-2266859361) When I called and explained the lady tried to justify saying "it could be that the chocolates were spoiled and so the handling department may have thrown them away". Made no sense. Who is Etihad to throw away my chocolates even if they were bad? Besides, those were recently purchased in Belgium (6th June, bill attached.) Is this normal practice in Etihad to rob people's goods? Yes, naturally, every time we take a bite we curse those hands and bellies involved in this theft, may not be verbally, but surely God searches the Spirits of all men. Definitely there is a God who watches and none are spared from His sight. I have with all honesty, attached the bill of the missing items with marked missing items. Hoping Etihad will kindly respond and receive blessings from the Almighty. Jesus is watching you ! Disappointed passenger, M Rodrigues

Alex : Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to you with regards to the lost luggage that I reported at Male Airport on July 1st, FILE REFERENCE MLEEY10125/01JUL16/1118GMT. Our team will be in contact with an update as soon as possible *Gill FAROOQUE RAZA : Hi, I went to Kolkata, India on a 10 days trip on June 30, 2016 and returned back to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia on July 10, 2016. While Travelling JED-AUH-CCU, I lost one baby stroller. I registered the missing baggage complaint at Kolkata Airport and they promised to trace the missing baggage and to be delivered to my temporary address in India. I have been calling Kolkata airport Etihad baggages services but the line was busy 24 hrs. It seems that the baggage services dept doesn't was to answer the passengers call. We travelled on a short leisure trip and really faced inconvenience without the baby stroller. The copy of the PIR provided to me does mention the PIR number. My PNR no is NPIWUB and the missing baggage tag no is EY219491. I've already returned back to my origin city on 10th July and I'm yet to get any communication on my complaint. This is very pathetic experience with Etihad which claims to be the best airline. This is so frustrating. Please update me on missing baggage on my email id FAROOQUERAZA@HOTMAIL.COM Is there any update on my missing luggage. Is there any cutoff time to get response from your baggage service dept. Hi, I had travelled from Kuwait to Jakarta via Abu Dhabi on 30th June 2016, Flight number EY310-EY474. My ticket number is 6072242498379, PIR ref CGKEY25210. My baggage has not been received until today. Baggage number EY072154 and EY072153. Had send complaint email to Etihad, with no response. No compensation to offer. Great way to ruin Eid holiday! Dear Concern, This is to inform you that I boarded a connecting flight from Jeddah-Abu dhabi-Mumbai on 10th July. Flight details XY517 Flynas - EY 204 Etihad Luggage ticket no details 1) XY991027 2) XY991028 3) XY991056 4) XY991063 5) XY991064 I have not received my 5 bags for which I have registered complaint on the Etihad service desk at Mumbai airport. Attached is the acknowledgement for the same. I was assured that we will get home delivery on the very next day or maximum by Tuesday 12th July. Its been 4 days now & I have still not received my luggage. I called multiple times at the number available on the receipt but only IVR of heavy call loads is answered even if the call is on hold for half an hour. After loads of busy tones finally I got connected with one of your executive on Tuesday & came to know that there is no updates available to them even after forwarding the complaint. Again luckily I got connected Today & the answer was the same that there is no updates available. It is quite surprising that passengers luggage is missing from the flight like Etihad & there is no positive sign or any updates available on the escalation for the passengers. There is no other SPOC apart from the helpline number which is mentioned on the receipt & that too not answerable or doesnt have any updates. Do I beleive that I have received just a piece of paper against my luggage?? Is this the service available by the International Organization like Etihad?? I need a commitment when will I get my luggage. I drafted a mail also on 14th July but no reply from them too. Hope this will get acknowledged by someone. Awaiting for the revert. EY171 AUH to LAX - DIRECT - BUSINESS - June 29th, 2016 Baggage Tag - EY377328 Ticket Number - 6072129481402 I am still waiting on my delayed baggage. I have spoken with handlers at LAX and they say they are not getting any response from Abu Dhabi. I had a friend go by the airport in Abu Dhabi to find my bag, and they provided phone numbers and emails, and would not let my friend look in the lost baggage room. I have called three different phone numbers (multiple times) for baggage handling in Abu Dhabi and no one answers the phone. I have emailed auhbaggageservies@etihad.ae and got no response. I have provided baggage details to LAX baggage handlers and they said they added them to my World Tracer profile. Please Advise, Please Help! thanks!

June 30, 2016 i travelled from Boston to New Delhi. Originally i got a slot of flight like: Boston (BOS) to New York (JFK) - EY3174 New York (JFK) to Abu Dhabi (AUH) - EY0102 Abu Dhabi (AUH) to New Delhi (DEL)- EY0224 However, only frist flight (BOS - JFK) was on time. Then, the flight from New York to Abu Dhabi got delayed by 8 hours. Firstly, this airlines (The Eithad - had goodwill in market) spoiled my day and makes my journey for long 36 hours. Then, i got new flight details:- New York (JFK) to Abu Dhabi (AUH) - EY0102 Abu Dhabi (AUH) to New Delhi (DEL)- EY0218 On arrival on flight EY0218/02nd July,16 (4:34 AM IST at New Delhi airport) i was not found my luggage,on reporting my missing of 2 luggage at Eithad counter I was provided with a copy of my PIR however there is no file reference number mentioned on that.When I eventually suceeded in making contact with the baggage handling agent , they were of no help. They had no information on my bag and did not provide me with any advice on what my next steps should be. I found the level of customer service zero.I were very concerned and disappointed. After Daily follow up with team after 9 days I got my luggage. I didn't get any compensation. One of the agent (Prakash Pandey @ delhi airport) told me that you are in your home country so you will not get any compensation for delay of luggage. I am very disappointment for service provided by the etihad and suggest every one not to travel with this airlines. Can someone let me know how can I will get compensation for delay of luggagge.

But when i reached Manchester we have been waiting for a long time for the luggage with our baby. but the luggage has not yet came. when the luggage delivery completed we went to the baggage delivery office and complained about the 5 baggage's out of 6 is not received. they told they found that it is not yet send to Manchester from Abu Dhabi and it will reach to Manchester tomorrow morning and i will be probably receiving the baggage by next day evening. But by next day i have received 3 baggage's in one courier delivery and when i asked about the other bags they told they don't know and they are in rush. But 1 hour later one another person delivered the next bag. Still another one is missing.When we called up the number(04-07-2016) given at the airport they told they are mishandled more than 300 baggage's and it will take more than 2 days to trace the baggage. But 0n 07-07-2016 i got an call from Ethihad airways saying that the baggage handling team(Not from Ethihad directly) send a mail to me asking some identification about the bag. I told them i have already informed them it is a black American Tourister suit case with number lock. but they told me to reply with some items inside the bag so that they can identify the bag. I told them i have not revived any mail, if i receive the mail i can send the photo of the baggage and the number code i locked with it so it is easy to find the luggage. But they told they need the color of at least one dress by replay to mail. But i have not recived any mail. When i called up the number given at the airport they told they have not yet traced the baggage and in their record they know it is a black -American tourister suit case and when i told them about the call and they told about a mail, they informed me i can give the information over phone, when i told them i have got costly designer ladies churidar in it, with mens formals and casual wares with color, they told anything other than dresses. As i told 1 to 2 items they need more list. I told i need to check it. I really suspect this company is trying to find what is inside the bag and need to value it and pay peanuts for me instead of bothering to find my baggage. It is now 8 days and they feel it silly to find my valuable baggage. I have used so many airline services and this is a strange experience for me .I never missed any luggage. I am not checking in my valuable baggage for peanuts compensation. I am not expecting this kind of service from a service called as best. Looking forward to find my luggage instead of any more .Or i am looking to forward this issue to UK Civil Aviation Authority. I have already communicated to so many, already traveled with Ethihad they all face d similar problem , but they revived the baggage within 4 days unhappy, so we are taking this issue to higher level if i don't have any reply, other than finding my baggage. I registered the missing baggage complaint at Kolkata Airport and they promised to trace the missing baggage and to be delivered to my temporary address in India. I have been calling Kolkata airport Etihad baggages services but the line was busy 24 hrs. It seems that the baggage services dept doesn't was to answer the passengers call. We travelled on a short leisure trip and really faced inconvenience without the baby stroller. The copy of the PIR provided to me does mention the PIR number. My PNR no is NPIWUB and the missing baggage tag no is EY219491. I've already returned back to my origin city on 10th July and I'm yet to get any communication on my complaint. This is very pathetic experience with Etihad which claims to be the best airline. This is so frustrating. Please update me on missing baggage on my email id FAROOQUERAZA@HOTMAIL.COM

I havent received both my check-in baggages on arrival at Phoenix ,Arizona from Calicut via Abu dhabi and then New York on 11th July . However I have placed a complaint at the JetBlue Airlines Baggage services at Phoenix ( Travelled from New York to PHoenix via Jet Blue - Also sold as Ey8310 ) . At this point they are not able to track the luggage at all. At this point I am not sure if it has made out of Calicut or Abu Dhabi at all. The reference bag tags are EY843793 and EY843794. I have lost my baggage while travelling from Hyderabad to Toronto on 29th June 2016 EY277(Hyd-Abudhabi) EY57(Abudhabhi-Brussels) and SN551 booked as EY7204 (Brussels-Toronto) on 30th 2016 . I haven't received my Bag and has reported to Swissport which deals with Brussels Airlines as I have travelled ON SN551. I have all my medicines in my Bag. Ever since I have tried to reach Swissport many a times and after many efforts on trying to reach them it was said today that the Bag was at Abudhabi and Eithad hasn't responded to their request as yet. It has been 10 days and all my Medicines that I have to take daily are in the bag. No body cares to bother and escpecially Eithad is not bothering to respond any of the mails. I couldn't get their contact number either

But when i reached Manchester we have been waiting for a long time for the luggage with our baby. but the luggage has not yet came. when the luggage delivery completed we went to the baggage delivery office and complained about the 5 baggage's out of 6 is not received. they told they found that it is not yet send to Manchester from Abu Dhabi and it will reach to Manchester tomorrow morning and i will be probably receiving the baggage by next day evening. But by next day i have received 3 baggage's in one courier delivery and when i asked about the other bags they told they don't know and they are in rush. But 1 hour later one another person delivered the next bag. Still another one is missing.When we called up the number(04-07-2016) given at the airport they told they are mishandled more than 300 baggage's and it will take more than 2 days to trace the baggage. But 0n 07-07-2016 i got an call from Ethihad airways saying that the baggage handling team(Not from Ethihad directly) send a mail to me asking some identification about the bag. I told them i have already informed them it is a black American Tourister suit case with number lock. but they told me to reply with some items inside the bag so that they can identify the bag. I told them i have not revived any mail, if i receive the mail i can send the photo of the baggage and the number code i locked with it so it is easy to find the luggage. But they told they need the color of at least one dress by replay to mail. But i have not recived any mail. When i called up the number given at the airport they told they have not yet traced the baggage and in their record they know it is a black -American tourister suit case and when i told them about the call and they told about a mail, they informed me i can give the information over phone, when i told them i have got costly designer ladies churidar in it, with mens formals and casual wares with color, they told anything other than dresses. As i told 1 to 2 items they need more list. I told i need to check it. I really suspect this company is trying to find what is inside the bag and need to value it and pay peanuts for me instead of bothering to find my baggage. It is now 8 days and they feel it silly to find my valuable baggage. I have used so many airline services and this is a strange experience for me .I never missed any luggage. I am not checking in my valuable baggage for peanuts compensation. I am not expecting this kind of service from a service called as best. Looking forward to find my luggage instead of any more .Or i am looking to forward this issue to UK Civil Aviation Authority. I have already communicated to so many, already traveled with Ethihad they all face d similar problem , but they revived the baggage within 4 days unhappy, so we are taking this issue to higher level if i don't have any reply, other than finding my baggage. Looking forward a world class service from you!!!. I cant tolerate any kind of mis management and if you think it is just one baggage and you dont think so much about this i will ensure that this will be discussed in public and how irresponsible your company is in it and will put the feed back together to the next level. Don't believe if they said their team will update you on the matter. They just want you to wait and wait without even giving feedback. I will wait for another few days before buying new baggage and items since I need to go back to Abu Dhabi.. Worst experience with Etihad and my short vacation was spoiled.
