I flew fr om USA to India via Abu dhabhi on 13th Jan..I have not received both my checking bags.( AMD9W20432 ).I been calling etihad since last three days and they yet not locate my bags..now they told me that my bags were not loaded from JFK airport and they don't know wh ere my bags are. ...what kind of customer service etihad has. . it took them three days to give me this answer.and still my bags are missing..horrible horrible service I ever experience.. I flew first time from etihad and this would be my last time..I don't understand how they are still in business ..

Travelling fr om Detorit to Abu Dhabi thru Chicago, I lost my two bags, I complained, filled the form, and now, three days. no status change, yet, no one answers the tle. no. they gave ( 02-5998485) !!! just no one answers !! I tried sooooo many times!!! wh ere are my bags !!!

We travelled on Etihad flight from London Heathrow to Cochin, India and ended up loosing valuables stolen from our checked in luggage. I know what Eithad would say that you should not carry it in the checked in luggage, the dispute is not here. The dispute is that, Etihad not willing to register the complaint and give me a Reference number so I can pursue it with my travel insurance. Its been 3 long months, and I have written to the Etihad Security office in Cochin airport, their India head, Regional head but such callous response (rather No response) you can only expect from irresponsible leadership who allow such a culture. Because of them not giving me a Complaint reference my claim is stuck in no mans land, the Insurance company wont process it any further untill this happens, and Etihad wont even bother to respond to any of my phone calls emails or postal correspondence. Good luck to anyone travelling by this callous airline company, when things go wrong they will happily turn their backs onto you. Good luck traveller.

They immediately said we didn't found while I am 100% sure my phone was in seat pocket. I have experienced many issues in my trip with Etihad Airways on the 8th of December 2016 one of which relates to lost baggage. Upon arriving to Lebanon on the 9nth of December 2016, I found that the bag which had all my kids cloth got lost. This ended up costing me over $1000 and as of today, 30 days after the reported loss, Etihad did not finalise my claim and are asking me to refill all the information from scratch. This is simply very poor service.

Hi again, I now have my daughters tracking number for her bags lost in florence FLRAZ 16219. I am extremely upset at the service she was provided. She was told they have no idea where her bag is. She now has to start uni tomorrow with no clothing and no toiletries and it is night time in Italy. I hope this can be rectified ASSP. Concerned mum

Hi. My daughter has just arrived in Florence fr om Australia for study fir a month. What was an exciting time has turned into a disaster due to her suitcase being lost.in a freezing foreign country without a change of clothes she is in tears. The people at the lost baggage desk were no help at all. Even though she has her luggage tracking number they said they have no idea wh ere it is but it will eventually turn up. Not happy with the service fir a visibly upset young girl

I have just arrived in London fr om Abudhabi on buisness class and my bags did not arrive with me. I have spent the past hour trying to speak to a human voice in london and Abu Dhabi, but no luck. This is very frustrating. The cobalt ground solutions just have a continuous answering service, and no one picks up the phone in Abu Dhabi. Despite being an etihaad guset member, there are no privileges or help extended to the members. As a customer i need to know where my bags are. If i try and trace them it says "still tracing". Honestly, this is my second time flying etihaad and now definetly my last. If someone is out there reading this, i would sincerely appreciate some feedback on my luggage, or a number to call wh ere a human voice actually picks the phone up. Hi there, I was travelling from Cairo (CAI) to Jakarta (CGK) via Abu Dhabi (AUH) and arrived at CGK at 2 January 2017. Since I was travelling in a group with my family, I was shocked that I cannot find one of my luggage at Jakarta. After filing a baggage lost report to Local Airport's Lost & Found Desk through Etihad's ground staff helps, the file reference number EY00640. Another unfortunate thing happened was the local Etihad's ground staff took both of my luggage tag on my boarding pass. Since I was in a rush to catch my domestic connecting flights, I was not aware of it. The local Lost & Found staff promised to contact me in 3 days. However, there is no information from them until now. I was trying to locate my missing bag using the World Trace by inputting my another luggage tag number to the system, but it cannot find any related information. I was travelling with 2 kids. I could reach the destination after 4 days from the Ahmedabad. On top of that Airlines have misplaced my luggage. It has been three days now since I have arrived in Los Angeles, they have not given me any status of my luggage, neither I can trace it with the file number LAXEY11679 in the wtrweb.worldtracer.aero There are examples when airlines go beyond the call of duty for their customer, and in my situation a women with two small kids was left to the indifferent attitude of airline. Travelling with kids in etihad airways turned out to be my worst nightmare. 4 days lost,5 luggage lost, missed important family gathering on new year. Please help at least return my luggage. I had 2 transit flights kuwait to abudhabi (EY308) and from abudhabi to dublin (EY45) and from dublin to aberdeen. When I reached aberdeen my 2 baggages were missing, then as instructed I gave a complaint form about my missing baggages to the aberdeen airport. I had 2 big suitcases, one is in black colour VIP brand suitcase and another one is blue and yellow colour, I have also attached the photo of same.In both I have lots of expensive sarees,salwars, jeans and tops, watches and some jewellerys, expensive perfumes shoes and brand new clothes suitable for aberdeen weather. Since I am coming as a student for the very first time ,most of my cloths were new and all important things needed for me for next 3 years.Aberdeen airport baggage claim said that they will deliver my 2 bags the very next day ,But now they couldn't trace my baggages and it shows some error in the website. Not sure wh ere was it missed in Abu Dhabi or in Dublin. This is my first time in my life travelling to uk and I don't know anyone here to help me. I am suffering a lot since I don't have any dresses to change and I can't go out because my jacket stucked in the suitcase. The carelessness of your service have cost me a lot. I am in a terrible situation to start my new career. This was the worst flight service I have ever gone through. I have waited long and soo frustrated in this new environment. The flight from Kochi was a codeshare with Jetairways.The flight was 2 hours late and hence I missed my flight from Abhu Dhabi(EY454).I got a new boarding pass from Abhu Dhabi for EY450 on 01/Jan /2017 morning 9:25 am.The flight arrived in Sydney on 02-Jan.My baggage hasn't arrived.I complained at Sydney airport yesterday and they are still not able to track the bags - 3 bags worth valuable items.Please help. Thank you *Sky Arpita : Hi there, My bag mishandled and got exchanged at Abu Dhabi airport on 24th dec 2016 and that bag was with a guy in Lebanon, he sent that bag from Beirut to Abu Dhabi and from Abu Dhabi to Ahmedabad, India. Now Beirut airport says they have sent the bag already but Ahmedabad airport hasent received it yet. I have sent several emails to Etihad abu dhabi baggage services already not no body replies. I am trying to call them since Friday but to my surprize, no one ans the calls which is ridiculous and very much unprofessional. Can anyone help? My current whats app number +9174036086723. My name is Wajahat Arif. I live in Italy and I went to Pakistan for vacations. I took Etihad Airlines for travel and while coming to Pakistan, my baggage has been delayed and till now I have not found any information regarding my luggage even after I fly back to Italy on 31 Dec, 2016. I filled up the complaint form and following are the details regarding my luggage. Hi I traveled from Ahmedabad to New York via Abu dhabi on 31st Dec 2016. My flight detail is from Ahmedabad to Abu dhabi (EY 227 / 31 DEC ) and from Aby dhabi to New York is (EY 103 / 01 JAN). My one bag was delayed and its tab number is EY367381. Can you please let me know the status.

Hi, I travelled from London (LHR) to Goa, India via Abu Dhabi and Mumbai, India on the 2nd of January 2017. I checked-in 2 bags, of which 1 bags hasn't arrived. The baggage number is 0607EY668442. I have also complained at the Etihad desk at the Mumbai, India airport. Please may I request for your assistance and indication the next steps to have the bags delivered? Hi, I travelled from Kochi India to Sydney(Australia) on 31-Dec in Etihad airways. The flight from Kochi was a codeshare with Jetairways.The flight was 2 hours late and hence I missed my flight from Abhu Dhabi(EY454).I got a new boarding pass from Abhu Dhabi for EY450 on 01/Jan /2017 morning 9:25 am.The flight arrived in Sydney on 02-Jan.My baggage hasn't arrived.I complained at Sydney airport yesterday and they are still not able to track the bags - 3 bags worth valuable items.Please help. Hi there, My bag mishandled and got exchanged at Abu Dhabi airport on 24th dec 2016 and that bag was with a guy in Lebanon, he sent that bag from Beirut to Abu Dhabi and from Abu Dhabi to Ahmedabad, India. Now Beirut airport says they have sent the bag already but Ahmedabad airport hasent received it yet. I have sent several emails to Etihad abu dhabi baggage services already not no body replies. I am trying to call them since Friday but to my surprize, no one ans the calls which is ridiculous and very much unprofessional. Can anyone help? My current whats app number +9174036086723. hi, i was travelling from melbourne tullamarine to islamabad pakistan via abudhabi through etihad on 27th of december, and unfortunately after landing i have found that my luggage has been missing, they were two bags, since then i have also contact with Etihad airport services (baggage department) and emailed them my luggage tag numbers, can anybody please help me, as i contained mosr of the stuff for my engagement ceremony, your response would be much appreciated. Hi there, please send us your PIR number so we can check for you. *Sky Guest : Hi, I travelled fr om Sydney to Milan on the 24th of december, and the two bags i checked in did't get loaded on the plane i was on. After one day in Milan i was able to retrieve one of the bags, which was sent to Milan on the 26th, but still don't have my other bag with all my clothes and personal belongings. It has now been 5 days and no one is able to tell me when the tagged will arrive, or wh ere it is for that matter. It seems really difficult to actually speak to someone about this and find out what happened, everything has to be done online and i want answers. I have been on holiday with no clothes. Am i entitled to any compensation?

Hi Jeremy, could you please share your case number with us so we can have a look? *Sky Jeremy : Attached is my claim with photographic proof. Please let me know if there is any more information you need. Upon landing on my flight from Abu Dhabi to Bangkok Airport on November 12th (Etihad Airways EY408 ), I noticed that the lock I had on my luggage had been opened and tampered with. (the red TSA key hole has been popped open). I opened my bag and saw my entire camera case (Gopro 4 silver with extra 2 extra sd cards and flex mount) and my sunglasses ( maui jim manu sunglasses) were stolen from my checked luggage. I tried to tell baggage claims in Bangkok but they told me i had to call Etihad, I called Etihad and they told me to call Bangkok again, I spent days using costly international minutes calling around the world until someone told me to email baggageclaims@Etihad.ae and they have been useless, taking weeks to respond and ignoring my emails. I feel helpless. After 2 and a half weeks of the airline giving my the run around, ignoring my claims and trying to sweep this under the table, they finally started to respond after I posted what happen on social media. They tried to deny accountability saying they are not responsible for personal items or valuables in a checked bag. I even have photographic proof that i had the items with me in abu dhabi which i will attatch as well . Valuables are jewelry, wallet, money, cell phones, passport, personal camera, not a pocket action camera or sunglasses. there's is no sign at the airport or their website that says do not put your go pro or sunglasses in your checked bag because our employee might steal it. They did not specify, and aside from that my go pro was in a secure case and they took the entire case. These are also items that you have no need for on an airplane, and technically every single item in my luggage is a personal item so they should update there contract on the website if they want to pull this nonsense I would like my items back, and if that's not possible then i want them replaced or a check for the total amount, i have already sent Etihad receipt for everything like they had asked and there still playing games. it seems like they are covering up corrupting ring at their company
