Dear Etihad, My baggage has still not arrived to Berlin after 6 days of waiting. After making some phone calls it appears it has been sitting with the Etihad baggage team in Heathrow Airport and hasn't been passed along to British Airways to get sent to me. I don't understand how this could happen, I have been offered no apology or compensation and I am very frustrated by this whole issue. My Baggage information is TXLBA14783, please contact your Heathrow team and get them to prioritize giving it to British Airways, I leave Berlin in 3 days and don't want to have travel any further without clothing and footwear. I travelled from Jakarta to Berlin on 3rd September, and 1 baggage (tag number EY597375) is missing. I've reported to lost & found in Tegel airport and made a report to Etihad, but I haven't heard anything about it. It is such a disappointment.. Dear Etihad, I'm looking forward to your reply. HI, I have traveled from Belfast to Dammam on the 2nd Sep 2017 and my checked in baggage has not arrived? I was promised that it will be delivered next day but its been two days still no sign of my baggage. Calls to baggage service at Dammam airport - they say still not arrived? Ref: DMMEY23324 Online tracking returns "tracking continuous check back later" Appreciate your help in getting my bags back which has most important documents and certificates inside in additions books, cloths, shoes etc...

HI, I travelled from Delhi to Abu Dhabi on 02.09.2017. i couldn't get my baggage on my arrival at AUH and i logged complaint REF - AUH9W17869, the representative asked me to them this morning. despite of several hours of continuous calling i couldn't get any one answered for my call. it is mentioned in tracer that my baggage is located and confirmation pending. i request your immediate support as my baggage contains perishables . hoping a positive reply from your side.

Hi I flew from Ahmedabad to Manchester via Abu Dhabi on the 30th August 2017. One bag is missing and I reported it at Manchester Airport Global desk. They said it would be delivered the next day. It has been two days now and no phone call or delivery. The reference the lady gave me was EY315040 but when i try to see the progress of my luggage on etihad website it is asking for 10 characters so what is my correct reference. Really frustrated as that bag contains all our nightwear, towels and prayer items. My name is Dhanji Hirani.

I spent $2000 for an air-ticket, on top of that I have lost all my stuff of value greater $1500 even I am a frequent flyer of Etihad Airways and this is very painful for me. On the other hand, I did reach my home with empty hands because Etihad had lost my baggage. Do you think after all this I and my colleagues can still consider Etihad Airways for all of our business trips? If your answer is YES then justify your answer. Your baggage service is very poor, because of that I have lost one of our valuable bag (Barcode number 0607EY506337) which is of black colour, it is inside your size and weight allowance, it contains all our valuable items. When I calculated the value of items inside the baggage it is around 1000 Dollars. Please deliver the baggage to the following address Townsend hall 0313A, 918 W. Illinois st. Thank you for your understanding. *Ela Angie : Hello and HELP PLEASE - my daughters bag has been missing for almost a month. It was originally scheduled to be on an Aegean flight to Venice on Sunday 30 July but never made it to Venice, apparently it turned up a few days later and was put on Eithad flights back to Sydney as Aegean don't fly to Australia. After much detective work I have details om the 4 flights the bag has been on - the last flight was Abu Dhabi to Sydney on the co-share KLM flight - 3936 on 5 August. Using the file reference on the Eithad luggage site it still says that tracing is continuing and to look later but the Sydney baggage handling company that would receive it once it arrived in Sydney - Menzies Aviation - say the file is closed. As it turns out to make matters worse the baggage tag details on the file are incorrect - they are correct on the original paperwork issued out of Venice airport but somehow this is wrong on all subsequent paperwork. Menzies Aviation cannot amend the incorrect baggage tag details as they did not create the file so I have tried to email Aegean airlines luggage services but no response as yet. The reference number is VCEA310218. Any help appreciated - we are almost out of options and it is very upsetting.

And my reference number is BOMEY26437. It's been more than 5days they were unable to receive my baggage and it's really frustrating because of this inconvenience. Etihad service is very bad. Because of this delay my vacation trip with relatives is being postponed. Please help me out I wish nobody should face this type of agony.

We can see in World Tracer under your PIR file reference DMES757006 that your baggage arrived this afternoon with LH2528 in DME. *Ela MOHAMMAD KUWAIT : I was so disappointed with etihad! worst experience ever! My flight schedule was last August 20, 2017 at 11:00 in the evening from Kuwait to Moscow, unfortunately the flight was delayed for an hour but I patiently waited and hoping that we can reached abu dhabi immediately for 3: 00 early in the morning schedule of connecting flight to Moscow but everything turned out a big disaster. We did not reached the ertihad heading to moscow the airline gone flight no. EY65. What an inconvenience! I cant do something about it that time , now I am thinking of the meeting that I am going to missed in Moscow. I waited for several hours for etihad flight schedule and now heading to Munich Germany. From Germany now I already knew that my luggge was lost 7607EY728916 & 7607EY728917. From Germany I fly with S7 Airline arrange by etihad. Now i lost my luggage , i dont have something to wear, i lost all my appoinments .

We have heard so much good reviews of Etihad and that why we chose Etihad for our trip of our the lifetime to Toronto, We arrived Toronto on March 25 2017 but one of our four lugguages never arrived. It was freezing cold when we arrive and have to spend money to buy jackets etc . Etihad agreed to settle it on 6 May 2017 but as of today we never hear from them despite our repeated emails Please help us to speed the payment as soon as possible Irregularity Report YYZEY13150 [INTR:45836998]. I traveled from New Orleans to Hyderabad on Eithad airways on May 30th via Chicago. I am writing this as items from my luggage were missing when I reached Hyderabad and opened it the next day. It was so shocking to see my suitcase half empty... SERIOUSLY... I am not joking. I was so upset with this. Neither me or any of my family members had this kind of experience. I was so happy to go back to see my family after 4 years and bought gifts for them, it was so embarrassing to see those items missing. Funny thing was baby food and milk bottles were missing. Trust me never ever heard of anything so weird and this happened with your airline. I did make multiple calls to the customer care but no response. I think is is what true eithad airlines is about.

Hi.I arrived at jfk,ny yesterday but my baggages didn't come and I asked there from etihad agency I guess and they told me that they will come today and will be send to me.so they took my address and phone number in a form but it didn't have any refrence number and they didn't gave me any special number to track my baggages so how can I find this refrence number?!and how can I contact them?!cause nobody is answering the phone number they gave to me or the emails I sent to their email address!!

Hi Etihad, I Arrived LAX from AUH(EY11) via LHR on June 30, 2017. Final segment was with AA 109. Lost my luggage (tag # 0607EY115569). There was no Etihad service available at LAX and I did not get PIR. Unable to get hold of any Etihad services on phone. Please advise: contact: Fraja.mail@gmail.com

Prad : Hello ! We travelled from Nashville, TN to Hyderabad, India on 06/01/2017 and upon arrival on 06/02/2017 we were able to retrieve only two of the 6 bags that were checked in. After multiple calls we were informed that 2 of the 4 missing bags were located. American Airlines who was our domestic carrier to New York says that the bags were dropped off at JFK and it is ETIHAD's responsibility to load the missing bags to the final destination. I am trying to understand how difficult it really is just put the bags that are sitting in New York on one of the flights to Hyderabad. This is the worst kind of customer service I have received ever from any airline. I hope someone resolves it asap. Here is the file references number HYDEY19521 . Baggage tags missing are AA075981 and AA076026 How did you get file reference number ? same thing happened with me today 6/21

Worst experience ever!!!! My mother-in-law traveled through EY 183 last Monday through business class. She did not get one of her bag. We were given a document at the airport letting us know that PIR has been filed and a letter with a local contact number(650-821-2240). I have made several attempts to call that number and have left messages. No one ever answers that phone. I have tried Etihad Facebook page and facebook messages and have tried calling general number but we do not know yet what is the situation with her bag.Through various facebook messages, I finally got the PIR reference number but online status has been the same for last few days.

Hi, i arrived yesterday in Kathmandu and one of my two bags did not arrive. They told me it will arrive with the next flight same day, which didnt happen. I went to the airport office and filed a report, they made me fill out a form. The bag has still not arrived and in the copy of the form there is no tracking or reference number. How can i find out where my luggage is?

American Airlines who was our domestic carrier to New York says that the bags were dropped off at JFK and it is ETIHAD's responsibility to load the missing bags to the final destination. I am trying to understand how difficult it really is just put the bags that are sitting in New York on one of the flights to Hyderabad. This is the worst kind of customer service I have received ever from any airline. I hope someone resolves it asap. Here is the file references number HYDEY19521 . I have just landed in Vienna today by etihad airlines, my 2 luggages out of 3 are missing , I have no update from airlines regarding whether my baggages were traced. We are completely stranded in foreign land with a baby . My pnr number is DELD8L
