My Etihad quest number is 500000635223 and i came from JFK to HYD on 1/6 th and my baggage got missed. when i came to know that baggage are not in HYd then we raised a complaint on early hours of 1/7. Till today no updates on my baggage. Every time i called them and getting same answer that they are tracing. Not sure when can i get my Baggage

the flights I took: 7 Jan EY234 ISB to AUH, 8 Jan EY103 AUH to JFK, 8 Jan VX1027 JFK to SFO, 9 Jan UA205 SFO to PDX. Both of my bags never arrived. No one seems to know where they are, I filed missing baggage claim with United Airlines because that's the last airline Etihad airways, can you please help out here? Bag tags are: EY189374 and EY189375 .

I arrive I contacted you with your contact information, but I can not send it to the Japanese office (+81332984719). I do not have a file reference number. So I could not apply for the damage claim that I received on the homepage. So I called Etihad and the agent told me to contact baggageclaims@etihad.ae. I found out after I left the airport that my bag was broken. The wheel did not turn and the bottom of the body was damaged. As soon as I arrived in Narita, I checked my bag status and immediately called the Etihad call center, but until today, the Japanese branch was not connected. And I know that the reward of the bag is only possible within 7 days. So, I sent email to connect with Etihad(baggageclaims@etihad.ae). However, there is no reply from Etihad yet. So, I leave an inquiry here. I arrived in Narita on January 3, 2018 and it is the 7th day as today. Despite having put in the inquiry, I am very anxious about the situation that I cannot answer even after seven days. Am travelling from Chicago to Mumbai after several hours of delay and finally reached Mumbai but my bags didn't reach the destination.Baggage service people of Etihad in Mumbai airport said ill get my bags in two days will be mailed directly to my place in India. after receiving my bag they have stolen 3 expensive items HP spectre Laptop (1399$), MK handbag (340$) and iPhone ($700). And also customer service people in Mumbai near baggage allowance are very rude, impolite and haven't seen such a customer service in my life. I have al documented proof of items and that was crystal clear Mumbai Etihad baggage people had stolen my Laptop and other items and when I called up they aborting my call after speak out my details about lost items in baggage.

I was on flight EY 101 on Jan 4th fr om AUH to JFK that got diverted to Washington Dulles. Since my final destinations was Syracruse, i was not allowed to board the same flight to JFK the next day, even though i was informed that my bags would go to JFK on the same flight. I have called the Etihad Dulles Baggage office, the general number and Eithad JFK Baggage office with my baggage tag numbers - EY165870, EY165869 repeatedly an no-one seems to know where my bags are. I called united airlines (where Eithad had rebooked me and they said for their scans Etihad has not sent them my bags yet). I am not sure if i need to file lost baggage at this point and what my case number would be for this? Obviously i have a lot of items in my bag that i am having to live without while Etihad figures out wh ere my bags and i would like to file for compensation if the bags are lost. Saritha Ravi : Worst airlines that I travelled in my life.we flew from Hyderabad to Chicago. After reaching chicago we waited at baggage claim for more than 2 hours with a sick daughter . Finally Etihad people came and told that remaining bags are missed and need to file a claim. So, we waited in a line to fill the cls form. We told all our 8 checked bags were missed. She mentioned in the claim form with tag details and description of bags. After coming home we checked the claim status and they mentioned only 7 suitcases. How come the person will be so irresponsible while entering the claim online. We started calling etihad office in USA and the only answer we get from them is call to Abudhabi office, we dont know the status. Its been 48 hours since we missed our luggage and no one contacted from Etihad. Their customer service is worst. Vijay Agarwal : no compensation for delayed luggage The air carrier has max 30 days to respond. You can bring an action against the air carrier due to the delay before the court of your city in India, or in UAE, or in Canada.

Prajwal : missing baggage: File No: JEDEY25664 Keep (1) your baggage check which contains flight date and number, weight , issued at Bangalore airport (2) date and copy of File No: JEDEY25664 with Etihad . The air carrier has 30 days to return your luggage . Failure to do so can bring your own suit case against air carrier either before the court in any Indian city or elsewhere.
