Flew from Perth Western Australia to Heathrow with Etihad airlines on August 4/arriving August 5th with plans of travelling through the UK and Europe for two months. When I arrived at Heathrow I was informed that my luggage hadn't made the flight and that they'd try to get it to me asap. Unlucky for me Heathrow was just a stop over for the day and I had plans to fly from Gatwick to Barcelona that night. Three days later and still no luggage! Am actually so upset with their lack of communication. Any updates have had to be chased down by me and my last call with the airline ended with them saying; it's somewhere in Barcelona airport you'll have to call them because it's out of our hands. I did and they told me they had nothing on file matching my reference number. I've since had to get my mum in Australia involved because I have no way of calling them for the next three weeks and I cant find an email address that will guarantee a response. The scary thing is that the website offers for you to track your baggage, which I did for the first two days, but after updating my current address last night I'm suddenly no longer able to access my file. I understand these things happen but I find it so incredibly rude that a situation like this, something that would easily stress out a costumer, is being shrugged off and is: out of their hands. I'm honestly so frustrated! If anyone has an address I could email I'd be so thankful

I am glad I am not the only one who is completely frustrated by Etihad's lack of customer service (INTR: 26910980) My baggage was delayed on my honeymoon. I travelled to the Seychelles from London Heathrow via Abu Dhabi on 13 July. My bag was delayed in Abu Dhabi for 2 days. I completely appreciate that these problems happen but what I do not find acceptable is the fact that no one from Etihad has even had the courtesy to respond to my emails for 3 weeks! For some reason I have also been unable to complete the baggage claim form. When I complete the form and press submit an error screen appears. This seems to happen to other people based on the comments below. Based on the average service I received on board and Etihad's complete lack of response to my complaint, I will also never be using Etihad again!

Guest : NEVER EVER TRAVEL IN ETIHAD AIRWAYS. I traveled fr om Cork, Ireland to Chennai on 27th july 2015. As flight EY 20 London to Abu Dhabi delayed I couldn't catch my connection flight to chennai. So I traveled to Mumbai and then to chennai. In Mumbai Airport on 28th july (EY 212), I didnt Receive my both checked baggages. I filled PIR report there. They gave a contact number (022 61030140) which was never answered my calls for last 10 days. We called Ireland office got some other contact number for mumbai and called them, they asked me to contact chennai and gave chennai number. When I called to chennai they are asking me to contact mumbai where I flied report. I dont understand what the hell they are working.Today Mumbai guy attended and said your bag is still under tracing :( I called chennai, they are telling tags are missed so give your baggage description if we found similar one we will let you know. My file number BOMEY17492. The details updated was wrong. Even they put wrong bag tag number, Then how they will trace it. Two days back I mailed and msged them my correct name, Tag details . But still its not updated. I doubt "Do they really tracing the luggage?" Today I read in Forum (forum.airlines-inform.com/Etihad_Airways... wh ere I can see people haven't received their baggage even after months. Now I am worrying about my baggage. Its not a matter of money, Its about the important things and the precious time of mine wasted for contacting them continuously for nothing and getting stressed. Hi there! We travelled from Abu Dhabi to Hyderabad on 10/07/2015 by etihad airlines, EY 214, under with four baggages and lost one of the baggages with bag tag no. EY158336. We have filled PIR form in Hyderabad with file ref. no. HYDEY11140. We were told that the baggage has not been loaded from Abu Dhabi and it will arrive next day and we will be contacted after receiving the same. Mumbai Etihad contact no. was written on the PIR form. We waited for two days and tried to contact Mumbai no. but could not speak to anyone. After trying continously for two days we were able to speak to them who said it is not traced and once traced they will inform us. We also tried calling Hyderabad Etihad no. 040 66602710 more than 70 times but could not speak to anyone since nobody responds on that no. We called Etihad baggage dept in Abu Dhabi who told us to check with Hyderabad airport. We called Mumbai etihad everyday with same response that the baggage is under trace, give us 2 to 3 days and we will update you and that 2 to 3 days have not come till date. Again we called Etihad Abu Dhabi who informed us that our baggage was sent to Hyderabad on the same day, 10/07/2015 by flight EY 276 and they gave us the contact no. of Hyderabad, 040 66605801 on which we called and spoke to Ms. AnUsha, baggage supervisor who checked and confirmed that Hyderabad has not received our baggage and they will check with Abu Dhabi and update us in 2 days. With no response received after 2 days we called AnUsha again who told us that they did not receive any response from Abu Dhabi. Today, the 24th day after our travel we called Etihad Abu Dhabi again and they confirmed that our baggage has been sent on 10/07/15. We tried calling Hyderabad today but could not reach them. We have spent lot of time on following up during our vacation with no positive response from Etihad till date. We request Etihad airlines to search our baggage as soon as possible and update us.

I flew from Columbus to Hyderabad and i had 3 baggages checked in and when i reached hyderabad i havent recieved my baggage and when i contact them they are very irresponsible and no one cares about though i travelled in business class but it was really worst experience. They dodnt even had good hospitality in flight and my luggage i have all my official wear and evrything in my baggages i am Here to attend a cnference and i didnt get my luggage it really sucks as i dont have an option what to do i am trying to call etihad and hyd airport baggage people but none responses and says me to call after 48 hours. Never fly with etihad and never ever go in etihad

I flied with Etihad yesterday from Bangkok to Abu Dhabi to Zurich and my baggage was lost. The ground staff took me to a counter to file the report and CHF 35 was given to buy things I really need. Without my clothes, toiletries, adapter, digital camera's battery charger, I'm starting my 14-day trip in Switzerland. What can I possibly buy with CHF 35?? Etihad is a joke. Alison : This must be a record my sons luggage has now been missing for 24 days. He left Heathrow Airport on 28th June 2015 on Flight EY 0020/EY 0474 for Jakarta travelling via Abu Dhabi. The luggage never arrived! His final destination was a remote island off Indonesia. He funded the trip himself working evenings and weekends while also studying at University to further his career. Etihad Airways has completely spoilt a very expensive trip. I have constantly phoned and emailed to make enquires. It takes at least 20-30 mins for them to even answer your call and when you do eventually get through they are rude and unhelpful and have even put the phone down on me. How can they spend an absolute fortune on overpriced football players but can't be bothered to look for a passengers luggage. This incident has caused my son considerable distress. I would never ever recommend travelling with Etihad Airways. Customer Services is a joke!! WE WANT THIS BAG BACK NOW!!! File Reference CGKEY 22983. Did your son manage to get his luggage back? I've only been waiting for a few days but I've been really stressed out about my luggage.

Hi, I travelled from Newyork to chennai on 27th June and Had checked in two baggages which got lost. I was following with etihad airlines since June 27 and no bodu bothers to respond. I wen on official trip and all my documents were inside the checked in luggage. Because of this I was forced to postpone my trip and returned back on 21 st July. Etihad charged almost 600 $ for travel alteration fee. I requested to refund this amount in writings and also filed a claim form indicating all the materials I had inside my checked in baggage which includes iPad air2 Brand new worth 840 $ and iphone bought on Feb 2015 worth 700$ plus some dolls worth 300 $ the dolls and the ipad were purchased a day before I left Newyork. I had given the claim form for Rs 2336 US $ AND 600$ REFUND OF MY TRAVEL ALTERATION FEE. So far etihad had not responded . It is a very bad experience with flyong on Etihad and I will not recommend or Travel on Etihad airlines. Is there any way to take legal action against Etihad for claimming the damages and compensation?

All you have to see is that ethihad are useless at tracking luggage and making sure it stays with passengers, especially when connecting flights are in volved I know 10 people who had a problem with ethical in the past two days where luggage has missed the flight and delayed by two days or more. Compensation must be given. This airlin sucks

I have same experience. I just took flight today with Etihad from same route abu dhabi to ho chi minh city and they lost my checked luggage. The officers at the airport gave me a reference number for it and had no idea when my luggage will arrive. I am stressed out because my clothes were in the checked in luggage and i need it to catch another flight with my friend from ho chi minh city to another place. If I would have read this post before I would never fly with Etihad.

Meena Malik : REFERENCE NUMBER LAXEY 10497 I along with my family traveled from Bangkok to Los Angeles via Abu Dhabi on 25-Jun 2015. I was flying Business class and my bag was tagged to Economy (under my sons NAME , my son was travelling Economy) without informing me , though we had requested for all bags to be checked in under business class. On arrival at Los Angeles , my bag didn't arrive .This caused us a lot of inconvenience, stress, emotional disturbance and agony, besides having to rush to buy clothes , my entire clothing/toiletries was in the missing bag. Being in a foreign country and suddenly being stranded without a change of clothes on the day you arrive is not a pleasant experience and we hope that Etihad, being a premium airline, understands the situation very well. Its been 20 days since I have lost the bag , travel to US was for a holiday (relaxation) which turned into a nightmare with this incidence . I had to follow up on the status of bag everyday (from 25th June till 14th July) calling Etihad office in Los Angeles and Abu Dhabi, there was no response or email to inform us regularly on the status of the bag . I have filed a claim for my bag and belongings along with compensation request for all the inconvenience , agony and stress . The LA officer in charge has come back with an inconsiderate and unreasonable offer of $460, which doesn't even cover the cost of international calls I have made to follow up with Etihad (Abu Dhabi and Los Angeles) This is really unprofessional and the issue should be investigated and handled by Senior customer service representative. I am hoping that my missing baggage should be traced and return to me as soon as possible because the value of my belongings inside my luggage is costly Indian Silver Jewelry and certain other items inside which are completely irreplaceable. I request Etihad to please RETURN MY BAG as soon as possible , if the same cannot be found, compensate us for the loss, inconvenience, stress and agony. I have been asked by Etihad officer LA ,to provide more information for the Veracity of the claim . I had scanned copies of my recent replacement purchases at LA and mailed to BaggageServicesLAX@etihad.ae for records . He came back asking all previous receipts for the item inside my luggage. i except Etihad t be reasonable , who keeps receipts of purchases made in the last year of clothes , cosmetics and lingerie . This is questioning the integrity of the passenger . I just want my bag and belongings back. Its been over a week , I have written to social media of Etihad Airlines , I have not got any reply from them till date . "Worst airline, Never Fly Etihad Airways" worst ever experience of service .

Chutinatcha Vichajaroenkul : our luggage (3 Items) was lost after we landed in Abu Dhabi fr om flight EY 401 on the 14th June 2015, en route to Zurich, As of now, we still have not received word of wh ere our luggage is and when it will arrive at our residence in Thailand, despite the website claiming the "Delivery Process Initiated" status "shipping to permanent address" . We have contacted your baggageclaims email and and get no response , so we called inthe number call center given us they said our luggage are shipped to the hotel we had stayed in Switzerland and they dont know why this happened. My family is highly disappointed with your service. Suggest send an email to SocialMedia@etihad.ae with terse worded Subject header (like - I gave "Worst airline, Never Fly Etihad Airways" etc.). Then give as much info as possible. Check if you have the PIR or Lost Baggage Ref Id. I sent one last evening/night 24 hr ago exactly. Got them replying within 3 hours with my PIR which they didn't give me in Melbourne. Then, I got a call this morning. Delivery this night about an hour and a half ago.

Myself and my daugter flew EY20 from LHR to AUH on July 2015 wth a connection via DEL to SIN. LHR flight was late so we missed the connection to DEL. Ground staff were less than helpful to say the least to the point of being incompetent. Reluctantly, had to stay all day in AUH tpo catch a direct flight to SIN the following evening. Hence, we were in AUH for over 20 hours !! Arrived (eventually) at SIN and, lo and behold, 2 of 3 bags were missing. Reported this at the time at Changi and was given a PIR. 24 hours later and the luggage location is still unknown. (online tracker says "Tracing continues, please check back later") The missing luggage contains all my daughters clothes (she starts a new job in SIN this week) plus the usual toiletries and makeup. ETIHAD portray this image of being customer orientated but my experience of them is completely the opposite. I have now flown 4 flights with ETIHAD and 3 of them have been delayed + a lost baggage claim. Hardly inspiring is it !!!! I have flown overseas for over thirty years and NEVER had this overall lack of anything appraoching compassion or interest from any other airline. ETIHAD .... sort yourself out !!!!

PERSONALLY DISGUSTED WITH THIS AIRLINE My daughter, Madeleine Grace Storey and her friend Elisha Gormack travelled fr om Abu Dhabi to Ho chi minh city Vietnam on July 18th, 2015, on Etihad Flight number 441. Economy coach class, seats 24H and 24K. Upon arrival both girls (as well as some 40 other passengers) were informed their luggage had been lost. Upon enquiry at Hochmin city airport the girls were unable to obtain any information about the luggages whereabouts, compensation for temporary or permanent loss or the likelihood of retrieving their luggage. Both girls are young, inexperienced travellers volunteering their own time at 23/8 Hoang Viet, ward 4, Tan Binh, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Phone number +84(0) 122 8310910 and are there for two weeks. Both girls were distraught and my daughter Madeleine was unwell. To be suddenly stranded without luggage or any means of gaining information about its loss was extremely distressing. I am flabbergasted and horrified that an airline the size and international renown of Etihad treated these two young girls in such an appalling manner. They were given absolutely no information and had to rely on asking other passengers what the procedure might be in this kind of situation. They were supplied with two flimsy (see attached) property irregularity reports and that was it. The girls had no supplies, no toiletries and no clothes other than what they were wearing. They had to go out and purchase new clothes, toiletries and supplies fr om their own, very limited finances. They were stranded for over THREE days without their luggage and NO communication as to when it would be likely be returned. Finally it arrived early this morning, once again no communication and no avenue supplied for the very overdue compensation of its temporary loss. I would like to know what this airline intends to do in regard to compensating these two girls immediately for their loss. The fault lies with your airline. Luggage should NOT be lostand if, by some oversight on behalf of the airline it is, there should be systems in place to immediate compensate the victims and frequently communicate with them as to its possible wh ereabouts and retrieval time. One should not have to contact their mother back in Australia to source the appropriate complaint channel. I am also aghast that you have no direct phone communication for this type of situation. Upon enquiry to your airline this morning I was told the only way to address this issue was via email to etihad...where is the phone contact???? Other airlines, such as Emirates provide a standard $500 per day for each 24 hours of loss. These girls need to receive compensation immediately. They have lim ited finances and are already severely out of pocket because YOUR airline LOST their luggage for over THREE days. We look forward to your speedy response on this issue. I flew from Cochin to Edinburgh via Abu Dhabi on the 18th/19th of July and my baggage has gone missing.. I have been told that around 150 baggage a have gone missing. This must be a huge embarrassment for either and the luggage handling department of Abu Dhabi. What causes me more stress is that when I try tracking the baggage with the reference number provided at the Edinburgh airport, I am provided with an error stating 'no matching records found'. If only I knew that the airlines and the airport had a history based on the threads below I would have avoided Etihad. Please provide some information on the baggages lost on the EY27 flight from AUH to EDI on the 19th of July.

Being in a foreign country and suddenly being stranded without a change of clothes on the day you arrive is not a pleasant experience and we hope that Etihad, being a premium airline, understands the situation very well. Its been 20 days since I have lost the bag , travel to US was for a holiday (relaxation) which turned into a nightmare with this incidence . I had to follow up on the status of bag everyday (from 25th June till 14th July) calling Eithad office in Los Angeles and Abu Dhabi, there was no response or email to inform us regularly on the status of the bag . I have filed a claim for my bag and belongings along with compensation request for all the inconvenience , agony and stress . The LA officer incharge has come back with an inconsiderate and unreasonable offer of 460 USD , which doesnt even cover the cost of international calls I have made to follow up with Eithad (Abu dhabi and Los Angeles) This is really unprofessional and the issue should be investigated and handled by Senior customer service representative . I am hoping that my missing baggage should be traced and return to me as soon as possible because the value of my belongings inside my luggage is costly Indian Silver Jewellery and certain other items inside which are completely irreplaceable. I request Etihad to please RETURN MY BAG as soon as possible . if the same cannot be found, compensate us for the loss, inconvenience, stress and agony. Hi! My luggage was lost since June8,2015.. I went to Etihad main office in Philippines and in Etihad airport in NAIA Terminal1. Many emails to AbuDhabi Etihad and calls since june8. But No single answer. Very unprofessional. Why do I need to beg for my own things?? NO SETTLEMENT AND NO UPADTES FROM ETIHAD. This was my first time to fly in Etihad and I cannot imagine that this is the most unprofessional airline. I have sent emails and many çalls BUT NO SETTLEMENT AND ANSWER FROM ETIHAD. REFERENCE NUMBER LAXEY 10497 I along with my family traveled from Bangkok to Los Angeles via Abu Dhabi on 25-Jun 2015. I was flying Business class and my bag was tagged to Economy (under my sons NAME , my son was travelling Ecomony) without informing me , though we had requested for all bags to be checked in under business class. I have returned fr om Dammam, Saudi Arabia to Hyderabad, India via Abu Dhabi on flight (EY326) and (EY214) respectively, which arrived on 27th June, 2015 at 09:00am at Hyderabad. My luggage, which was supposed to be checked all the way through my final destination Hyderabad, baggage tag Number EY122965 has completely misplaced and possibly off-loaded and it was a worst experience which I have faced during my last 23-years travelling. I have reported to PIR for check baggage the staff number is 552293 and they informed me that they would be in touch within 24-hours and will deliver at my residence in Hyderabad. It has been almost 21-days now; I have called your local office several times to follow-up and fortunately not responsive and rude. However, few days back I have spoken to Ms. Anusha, Baggage Supervisor, and she has absolutely no information for me as to the wh ereabouts of my missing luggage with lot of excuses. This is really unprofessional and issue should be investigated thoroughly and culprit should be punished for negligence because most of Etihad passengers are complaining about baggage lost. I am hoping that my missing baggage should be traced and return to me as soon as possible because the value of my belongings inside my luggage is costly Indian traditional Sareees, new clothes for my eldest son, designer Ladies Bags, Sandals, etc. and certain other items inside which are completely irreplaceable. Hi, I am really surprised to have a worst experience in Ethihad airways. Their baggage handling is really a very bad service. Their servie in airline is also very bad. Totally I had a very bad experience travelling with Ethihad. I am sure that next time myself and my company will be not travel through Ethihad airways.

I flew from Dammam to Washington via Abudhabi with Ethi had Ey131 today. After nearly 18 hrs of journey, when we reached Washington, one of our bags are missing which contains mu sons dresses -from undergarment to pants/shorts/tshirts/board games etc. Now we are informed that they are not sure how long it will take for the bag to reach? Moreover, the lady at abudhabi airport (before preimmigration) had kept my boarding pasd witj her for nearly 1 hr. On asking her , she said it is a part of the procedure and once the bags are loaded on to the flight, she will hand it over to me. She handed it over just 20 mins before boarding the flight, saying the bags are loaded. NoW what happened toy bags. This was nit expected from Ethihad.

Hi, Can you tell me what's going on with my baggage please? when will it be delivered? I tried checking it online but it says 'access to your baggage is no longer available'. No one has contacted my hotel yet, my mobile isn't working here. Please respond to my email ASAP. I arrived in Abu Dhabi from London on flight EY18 yesterday (15th July 2015 at 6.35 AM) but you guys forgot to put my suitcase on the plain and left it in London. I was then told at the Etihad baggage claim desk that you will put the suitcase on the next flight out of London and get it delivered to me by the evening of 15th. I left my Abu Dhabi hotel address and my phone number with the baggage desk guy. Nothing was delivered to me yesterday. I called up twice on 025112170 today afternoon and on both occasion I held the line for 20 mins each listening to your recorded information. I am staying at the Ramada Downtown Abu Dhabi hotel and it charges 4AED per min to make local calls. Total cost to me has been AED160 for 40 mins call to you. I then took myself to Abu Dhabi airport at 5.30 PM today and spoke to your baggage desk. They told me that apparently the driver has delivered to baggage to some hotel in Dubai!. The lady at the baggage claim desk called up the driver, the driver accepted his mistake and I was told that the driver will pick my baggage up from whatever hotel he left it at and deliver to me by tonight. I was assured that I WILL receive my suitcase today. Again nothing has come yet and it's 11.40 PM. Your baggage counter lady also promised 300AED for the delayed compensation which she said she will sent it along with the baggage to my hotel tonight. As you are aware I am leaving on the 18th morning therefore you must ensure I receive my baggage by 17th of July. My hotel is Ramada Downtown, Room 710. Please call reception if you are dropping the luggage tonight. +97126597666 In addition to the compensation amount at the rate of AED150 per day you will also need to reimburse me for the phone call costs of AED160 and time and taxi cost to me for having to go to the airport and back at a reasonable amount of AED 62 for each journey. A total of AED124 taxi cost. Total amount chargeable to Etihad: AED 150 per day for baggage delay = AED450, Taxi AED124 and telephone AED160 = AED734 Please note that I will have no choice but to take Etihad to court if my baggage is lost due to the carelessness of your staff dropping my suitcase at a Dubai hotel. I had confirmed my hotel address with your desk staff on 15th morning upon arrival in Abu Dhabi from London at the time of making the claim. My suitcase contained valuable items such as my suit, shoes and toileteries amounting to GBP860. I look forward to hear from you as a matter of urgency. Until now I didn't get any information abought my bags.also this same happend when I went to Cochin from bahrain last month date on June 12, my bages got the next day.. Nothing went right with my recent travel from London to Chennai by Etihad airlines. Flight journey was good . But delayed connection. Waged 20 hrs for the journey from Abudhabi to Chennai. Un professional approach by ground staff. Baggage delay. Third day to day yet to receive my bag. No positive signs so for. Will never fly Etihad in the future

I travelled Ethihad from Frankfurt to Calicut via AUH. Journey was fine but I landed without the luggage n how this is handled is a bit strange n inefficient in Calicut..Ethihad airport staff gives u a yellow paper with some details and two phone numbers.. I made in last 36 hrs 15 calls but most times don't get the person on line or I receive a stock answer that they don't know and the staff don't appear trained to state what the passengers need to expect. I am visiting relatives and had no change clothes or even toothpaste ... Have been visiting shops to buy stuff etc.. Visited their office in city.. They promised to send a reminder .. Still waiting for the box.. But just sharing state of affairs.. Poor training and handling at Calicut and appears many have this issue especially if they are in transit at AUH .. Point to ponder

We are awaiting bags over 48 hours now and there is no easy way of contacting them or getting any information and no one knows where our bags are and no offer of compensation of the money we are out buying necessities as all we had was the clothes on our back. Total disgrace that the airline has handled things this way and clearly don't give a * about their customers.

I've been waiting for 5 days for baggage now - Etihad have proven next to useless so far - as a regular business traveler I will not be using the airline again and will be recommending that none of my contacts/colleagues/friends do.

EA professionalism is catastrophic! For two days i'm missing 2 suitcases, and their don't have any kind of information where is my bag and when it will arrive on destination! Secondly, the guy in Belgrade office told me there is no any chance to get any refund (i don't have any clothes for two days since i'm not living in Belgrade) because i'm citizen of Serbia?!?! If i'm American i would get 40 dollars daily as, otherwise this is not possible since this is the policy of the company! What kind of discrimination is this?? This won't finish good as i can see. Keep in mind these information when you consider EA next time.

Worst exprience i have ever had: Coming from a medium class Indian family, we had our dream Europe trip planned after saving our money for this trip for a very long time.. Little did we know with a 4 year old son that we will have a horrible exprience and thanks to Etihad airways for making sure this happens. Unfortunately we are not there elite high paying business class customers. We started our journey from Chennai to Rome witha stopover in Abu Dhabi. Our 4 year old son was diagonised with high fever and we had carried medicins prescribed by our doctor.. When we landed in Rome we waited for 2 hours and our bags did not arive.. we ended up in a long que and realised it was the state of many of the passengers however our son was really not able to move and dehydrated after 15 hrs of travel.. we waited patiently for our turn, ended up with a kind lady who took note and promised our bags will be delivered the same day.. so we did not panic.. the truma happened post the day 1, i called the contact center atleast 3 or 4 tims a day.. sometimes could not even connect and people who spoke banged the phone on us! Now this was our regular story, the drug store refuse to give medicin for our son without prescription and we had to locate a hospital for our son to be treated and that was a very long process. We got one bag after 5 days in Florence but still our main bag was missing! We decided not to call them again due to the rude service... but not even once did they call to update.. inspite of my request to tell them that im in a forigen location and each call is costing me a huge money. No response... we bought every day cloths thinking that the bag will arrive.. after 15 days of our vacation and one month of reaching back home.. till today we have not received a single call! We had an update stating that the ticket was closed and there is no action from them but we still dont have the bags.. we called the customer service numbers but after waiting for 30 mins with the message saying your call will be answered shortly (automated) and FINALLY SOMEONE ANSWERED TO SAY SO U CALLED FOR THE CLAIMS (call made on 6th July 2015 (5:24 PM bangkok time)... our file number FCOEY11021. We have still not come out of this Truma... waiting for our bag .. still how much we need to buy for each person and i have a 4 year old son who was sick and his medication was in the bag which was missing. We took him to the hospital and they refused to give us any advice since we were travellers. We had a very very bad time due to your ineffective process. I do not have my bills since we did not track it and when we returned i did not check in my bags and you can track that too fearing that we would miss the bags again. So we threw all the papers inorder not to add any junks to the bags.. if you had informed us in the first mail i would have keep the bills handy.. i had shopped around for 700 EUR for 3 people. and you are giving us only for 3 days . How is it your calculation is valid when i still have not received my bags.. I would expect your airline to show some empathy towards the incident and not just show us a closed door.. Look forward to your quick response on this.. If i do not get any favarouble response i would have to take serious actions and ill defenetly write to the social media and take legal action for having put my 4 year old son's health at risk. I have been very patient so long so please do recoginise this.

EY 183 is a shame. A delay of 24 hours on 3 July flight fr om Abu Dhabi to SFO. They inform and arrange a new flight called EY 2183. When as a relative of person travelling we tracked flight it does not show any upgraded status. Upon calling customer care; they had no idea about this flight. They responded saying " It might have left and should reach SFO" . I believe this is a cruel, non human and threatening experience. It generates several questions about integrity of Etihad airways. CEO or founder should step in as harassment this extreme is shameful. THIS FLIGHT SHOULD BE BANNED ON HUMANITARIAN BASIS. Shame on you Etihad.. Do not travel to this airline if you love your life as these people do not care wh ere your flight is..Again Shame.....
