Hallo Airlines-Inform, ich want to ask you all about the pillow of the First Class at Ethiad. It is really amazing pillow!!! It is like rainbow-color. As I want to get it I asked the customer service - but I got a stupid answer! So, I try my other way: here. I am deaf and I can not call to the call center to ask about the pillow. Do you know maybe where I could buy that at shop in Berlin? Or I can not get that? Thanks much, Regards Kevin

March 17, i call her to ask what is the update to my problem... Then she tell me better to bring back here my t.v...march 20, 2016 12:35 am date and time of my departure via EY421 bound to abu dhabi i ask to information where the office of etihad airways they ask me what is the problem then i speak about my damage product,. She told me there to transfer desk... I go there and the man i talk to there he told me possible he can change the item but he need the visa in abu dhabi.. So itell him im connecting flight to doha... Then he speak me better i go to etihad office in hamad international airport... I went there but nothings happen...please understand my problem because, blood and sweat i invest to buy this t.v, gift for my family... My work here is only installer...thanks and godbless all...

Thank you *GW thierry Martin : Nous avons voyagé à 4 sur ETHIAD, Paris/ Abu Dhabi/ Kochi , les vols se sont très bien passés A signaler toutefois 2 bagages non transférés à l’aller, reçus à Kochi après 24h, et de nombreux appels. Sans informations précises sur la livraison, nous avons dû engager des dépenses (vêtements adaptés au climat, vêtement de nuit, médicaments). We travelled with ETHIAD Paris/ Abu Dhabi/ Kochi ,and had 2 lost luggage (out f 4). it took us more than 24h to get them,a lot of calls, things to buy .. medicine .. we are still waiting for the legal compensation. (we are in touch with a woman who is completely helpless) any help ? thank you

Though I was carrying a business cabin bag (troley) I was forced to checked-in as the flight was over booked. To meet business needs I carry some cash along with computer/ projector etc. When i reached Heathrow, found my bag lock broken. I reported to the authorites at Heathrow and reported lost of £4000 from the bag. the file refernce number is LHREY10633/02MAR16/1840GMT. FLIGHT /DATE: EY229/02MAR/EY17/02MAR. ROUTING DEL/AUH/LHR. BAGGAGE CHECKIN BAR CODE: 4607EY240309. Please help. the insurance do not cover cash money. but for business needs I do need to travel frequently and have to carry cash and credit card. I didnot expect the bag lock to be broken and money stolen. this had never happened before. if a email address is provided I can send photos of the broken bag, opened envelop and boarding passes.

Unfortunately it seems that the policy at Etihad is never to offer any meaningful compensation up front, even when the passenger is clearly entitled to it. The strategy is very simple. By Etihad ignoring its responsiblities and failing to pay, many passengers will just give up. Only those who push the issue get the compensation they're entitled to. Means a big saving for the airline, but is a pretty shameful business practice.

We hope to hear form you soon to help accordingly *GW Vinay Vaidya : At the outset, I will strongly recommend NOT to travel by Etihad Airways. They say that a person's character is tested in adverse times. The same must be true for Organizations. Etihad failed terribly as far as I am concerned. Never in my 20 years of flying globally I had felt motivated to write a negative review of an Airline and I have had my share of experiences. I had the misfortune to travel by Etihad Airlines recently, the first time I have traveled with them. On January 23rd New York was hit by a snow storm and I was on 24th Jan flight. There were 3 things that I see as problem areas. 1. Training of staff, transparency and standing by commitments made: I had been contacting Etihad about the flight situation out of New York since I had to drive from Boston. Other airlines had offered customers a reschedule due to the risk, New York Mayor had advised citizens not to venture out. In fact a vehicle ban was imposed on 23rd. At one time, Etihad offered rescheduling without any charge but then went back on it. I reminded them of the commitment earlier made and to review the conversations, they did not respond for 5-6 weeks and then refused to review. This is first count of breach of trust. Secondly, at the time I rescheduled, they already had the incoming flight delayed and information that my flight will also be delayed, however Etihad kept this information hidden and instead kept saying that the flight was on-time for a long time. This was a bad case of fleecing customers when Etihad should have been helping customer avoid risk. 2. Horrible on ground Handling and logistics support: I had rescheduled to fly on 26th Jan. This flight was also delayed and I ended up missing my connection to Mumbai from Abu Dhabi. Etihad scheduled me another flight which had 12 hr layover. I was assured in New York that Etihad will arrange hotel accommodation at Abu Dhabi for this extra-ordinary long layover. I resigned to the fate and but was hoping to get some rest after being almost 20 hours in car/flight. However, when I reached Abu Dhabi, to my utter disbelief, Etihad again went back on their promise and I was supposed to roam around the terminal for the 10-12 hours till my next flight. After standing in various customer support queues for another 2 hours and pleading and negotiating with Etihad staff on this inhuman treatment, I was finally given a booking on an earlier flight which was still 4-5 hours later. And they figured out a way to keep my luggage wrongly booked in spite of my specifically checking with the staff that the luggage was also rescheduled (which I was assured, in fact the person looked at me like I was mad asking this question). When the baggage was finally delivered it was broken, Etihad has not responded to this complaint in more than 6 weeks. 3. Extremely poor grievance handling: Having faced this terrible service, I logged grievances. My impression is that the email address given for this purpose is practically a black hole and Etihad has no intent of responding. It was only after 3-5 reminders and when they realized that I was persistent, I was contacted but nothing other than wishy-washy answers and apologies without any backing action resulted out of it. To placate me they offered some miles, but I have no intent of flying Etihad. The other 2 grievances are still pending resolution after 6 weeks.

Immidiately, I reported to your lost & found office and they provided me a receipt and suggested to wait to come. I contineously followed up with your representative (009779851104813) over 100 times by call and in person every day but unable to receive my luggage. They suggested me to wait for 21 days to issue a baggage claim process and they provided me a PIR which I already been submitted all the required documents on Feb. 02.2016 to your Baggage Claim Department via email but now its already been 2 months without any solutions. Nobody call or mail me with the detail investigation from Etihad Airways until now. Thus, I realize Etihad is not serious for the customer service issues. So, if you can, please kindly inform me what's going on? or, provide me the investigation dept. supervisor contact details as soon as possible without any delays. I can not wait furthermore as its been long time without any reimbursement or solutions which is a huge frustration to me to your service. You/your department can check my details emails submitted manytimes for the claims. Can you tell me who is responsible for this??? or the lost claims???? Thanks.

Guest : twice now on flight from Abu Dhabi to Moscow my luggage was lost, this is my advice/solution. When I am in Abu Dhabi airport I need to be able to confirm that my luggage has been stored correctly and ready to be loaded on outgoing flight. You need to give me the contact details or location of luggage department so I can confirm my luggage has not been misplaced, I need to do this while I am in layover. twice now on flight from Abu Dhabi to Moscow my luggage was lost, this is my advice/solution. When I am in Abu Dhabi airport I need to be able to confirm that my luggage has been stored correctly and ready to be loaded on outgoing flight. You need to give me the contact details or location of luggage department so I can confirm my luggage has not been misplaced, I need to do this while I am in layover. Hi my luggage is still with eithad airways but they are not giving it to me its been 2 days they are just saying we will deliver it tomorrow and admitting that it was thier mistake which caused this delay yet they havent compensated me yet i have 7 bags which they have kept from me and i am in abu dhabi without any luggage i have no clothes to wear to my first job at office and have to go through this nightmare can any one guide how can i seek legal help. I travelled from Pune to London last month. When I reached Heathrow London airport. My Luggage got delayed & I have not having any compensation for this . This is first time when I traveled to UK & in the officials at Etihad Airport office did not gave any compensation for the delayed luggage. Can anyone please let me know how can I get it.

Avnish Shrivastav : I am enquiring about my 4 missing luggages .we boarded our flight fr om lax to Mumbai and 4 of our suitcases dos not make it. We are stranded in India with nothing and are both disabled .etihaad in India says they don't know wh ere the suit cases are and are not helping us in any way.
