Hello, I left a bag on the seats 26B,26C on flight EY 7603 on March 21 at 7 am at the Abu Dhabi international airport.It was a black bag containing 5D mark iii camera along with 3 lenses and a flash.When we were being transported to a different terminal , I realised that I had left the bag on the seat and I informed the authorities, no one was able to help me with urgency.Instead they told me to just complain at the LA office , that if I file a claim there, I would miss my flight.Therefore, I have no file reference number. Upon landing in Los Angeles, I spoke to an officer near the baggage claim area and he said he wrote my complain but he did not give me a reference number either, I even filed a baggage claim online but I have not heard back from anyone.Since then I have been constantly calling etihad offices in Abu dhabi, and majority of the times my calls don't go through or the person on the other end does not seem willing to help.I am very frustrated as the contents of this bag are expensive and necessary for my business. PLEASE TELL ME HOW I CAN BEST RESOLVE THIS. eticket number: 6077687922361

on 22-Apr i was scheduled for Phx-La-Auh-Mum flight. PHX-LA was AA. After that EY. I could not board PHX-LA flight because of delay but my 2 bags were checked in. AA says the bags were unloaded in LA, but they dont have any information after that. I canceled 22-apr flight fr om LA -Mum and reissued same itinerary for LA-AUH for 23-Apr. I want to know wh ere bags are now? And what is the procedure to collect them? I am right now flying to LA from PHX.

Dear ETIHAD, I left behind a Black Leather Jacket, Armani Jeans-Brand,inside the loungewear of my 4A apartment, Flight EY20, departure from London 18 April 15hrs, arriving at Abu Dhabi International 01:20hrs. 19April. The jacket was kept in the jacket compartment of the seat 4A Apartment -flight EY20. Please May I know how to track it? I have filled a form at the Abu Dhabi Intl airport on the 19April, they promised to call me back as soon as they get it but nobody has contacted me yet, i have been calling whole day to their lost property but nobody has answer the number that Etihad operator has provided. The Etihad staff here are very diligent in reply to queries. Anilkumar : Dear Etihad, My claim for damaged baggage (RQID:407760) is pending since 6 Dec 2015. Inspite of several follow up over phone with the Etihad Abu Dhabi office and emails, no resolution is provided by the Airline. I had provided all the required documents at the time of raising the claim through website. However, the airline has now asked for the same details though a physical form. I have filled up the same and sent to the concerned person last week. Its really frustating as its taken more than 4 months now without any feedback/update. I have noticed that your partner Air Serbia flies direct from London LHR to Belgrade and that these flights are Etihad codeshares. Quick questions before I book: 1. Does this mean I check at the Etihad desks at LHR? Or are there separate Air Serbia desks? 2. How long in advance of the flight departure do the check-in desks open? 3. We would certainly like to further investigate this for you. Do you have the PIR number? (this will look similar to LHREY12345) if not, please don't worry, send us your bag tag number and we'll review this with our teams *GW Guest : Today, April 7th, I arrived on the etihad flight fr om Abu Dhabi to london EY 0017. My flight originated in Lagos, Nigeria on April 6th. Before I boarded the flight to London from Abu Dhabi I asked one of the people ( * man) at the desk before boarding to ensure my bags were checked all the way through, he confirmed - MISTAKE ONE. I land in london and see signs for a MR.COKER -MISTAKE TWO. Considering I am not a mr. And Coker is a very common name, I proceed to baggage claim to be greeted by a blonde woman who didn't seem to know anything at all, at least she was polite. she explained that ONE of my TWO bags had not been loaded on the plane - MISTAKE THREE. She then told me that they spotted it and sent it on another flight and then presented me with a metallic blue suitcase that has the baggage tag name - COCKER not COKER (my last name)- MISTAKE FOUR. One would think that after not loading the bag the first time, common sense would dictate to check if the names actually match and the baggage number. Unfortunately, common sense or Job knowledge is not a common trend on your line. After the two airline representatives look dumbfounded and confused and start trying to figure out what happens, I'm brought over to an Even less competent staff member who was not only lacking common sense but was also rise, a nigeria girl that sits wh ere you fill forms for lost baggage. She then told me she "believes" the right bag is on the plane now, that there are "too many bags" for this to be confirmed - MISTAKE FIVE. I can confidently say I travel a minimum of 10 times/year and I have never encountered such poor customer service with an Arline. I typically only fly Virgin, BA, and Emirates and this is why. I also work with several travel agents in Nigeria and will be likely forced to report this and have them stop offering etihad airlines as a reliable flying partner. I expect to be fully compensated for my stress, poor customer service, discomfort and disrespect. I also expect to be reimbursed my taxi fees as it was increased due to waiting time while your incompetent staff twiddled their thumbs trying to figure out what exactly happened. We're sorry for any inconvenience caused *GW Rose : Hi, All of our checked baggages got delayed for close almost 3 weeks in a foreign nation, and we are yet to receive any kind of compensation from Etihad, despite all our reminder emails. At this point, we are more taken aback at the lethargy of Etihad airways. The only email that we would receive is "Thank you very much for your patience, we will get back to you ASAP"...and nothing more than that ! Remember this baggage delay issue was during our summer 2015 travel ! And it is almost the summer of 2016 now !! Awaiting Etihad airlines response !!!

So where is the update?? This is what I mean by the shocking customer service provided by Etihad. If the bag tag has come off in transit I believe it can only be in 1 of 3 places...... Brisbane, Sydney or Abu Dhabi!! The bag is white so I think it should be easy to narrow the search down straight away. And the description of the contents we have provided should make it pretty easy to identify. And yet after 1 whole week there has been nothing to suggest you know where it is. Hi, I traveled with my family from CPH/DUS/AUH/AMD on 4th of March. I was traveling (AB8041) with my 2 month baby and requested for bassinet throughout the journey but unfortunately Air Berlin (Sister partner) denied saying that they doesn't have bassinet facility in their flight. I was like what????????? and I was caring my 2 month baby on arms and she was uncomfortable in arms for lng time. but my pain was not ended here -- I had problem with my last flight (9W519). I couldn't see that flight suits for international journey. that aircraft was so noisy and due to ths my 2 month baby was crying for 4 hours and not even for baby other traveler were uncomfortable due to that aircraft noise. To be honest -- I paid money only because of Etihad, not for Jet Airway, Air Berlin... If any customer is paying money t Etihad then it is Etihad responsibility to pass our feedback to partner and provide the proper services. At the end... while returning to Denmark, I didn't received my language on time (FILE Number - CPHJU10115) and i received my language after 30-40 hours latter. do you think it was great experience with me with so many surprises. Only because of your poor services throughout my journey == I am again travelling back to my country on 23rd April to bring my family back. because I have seen your services and m sure traveler should be ready to surprises and I dont want see my wife should face this kind of situation alone with my young baby. I hope you can understand my situation and pain.. only because of your poor services.. I have to traveled back to my country to bring my family back..

They are not even able to trace the baggage. How the hell we will travel next time. Completely dissatisfied with this travel. I travelled from Louisville to India yesterday. One of my baggage is missing. I tried reaching etihad helpline. They are still tracing. Having claim number everything. Raised pir. Really dont know what they are tracing still though thy have claim number . they are not at all having responsibility. Am calling multiple times but still they are not picking up. They are not even able to trace the baggage. How the hell we will travel next time. Completely dissatisfied with this travel.
