stole my $227 dollars for double booking. Customer service is a joke, no frills, no service, no refund Airlines Choose another carrier these guys are the worst of them all. Check there reviews they are at the top with Airline complaints.GOOD LUCK IF YOUR BOOKED WITH THIS SUBSTANDARD AIRLINE

Booking online on AirAsia had always been a breeze, fuss-free, smooth & convenient experienced untill January 2016! Spent 5-6 times anxious, frustrated & panicky moments since 8th Jan & again 13th Jan 2016 to book as husband need to travel urgently to/fro Bandung/Singapore. Everything seemed normal till last step i.e. "Payment Page". After the "Pay" selection, page kept going back to the "Payment Page" instead of the "Confirmation Page - Booking is Successful" Kept checking for hours till days later for any flight confirmation/itinerary in email/inbox BUT received none. Called banking company however no deduction/payment made from AirAsia for those multiple payment attempts. Nevertheless, ended up with a successful booking of AirAsia flight BUT made possible via "TRAVELOKA" apps which can be downloaded easily.

I booked two round trip ticket from jakrta to bali date on 12 augest and return 19 augest.i booked and pay through Internet. I got only a conformation while I booked the ticket. They told they will send the tickets through email.but I don't get any detailed ticket yet. I try to contact with them but failed.st last I send a e mail and I received a auto generated email from them and they said with in five working days they will contact.
