Happened to me before. Online transaction time out. Called bank, the transaction was successful. Went to MAS office, they said the payment was "floating". I silently asked the personnel, he secretly answered that MAS was having problems with the internet payment. What you shall do, write an email to MAS reservation informing your problem. If you are lucky, after 3 days, the "floating" payment will be received by MAS and you will get your ticket. If unlucky; you will not getting your ticket, need to fill in a form for refund with your issuance bank, and worst, when you want to purchase on new ticket on the same date, you won't get the same price. I received an email reminding me to do a web checking as the flight is 48 hr. away. I tried not less than 50 times for 36 hrs, using booking reference number, ticket number, Enrich number all failed with a message " your booking is not found". If I did not book, how the hell did MAS get my booking and reminded me to check in? I booked directly on the MAS website! I think I will just go to airport early to check in. Useless airline, never fly it again!

I am finally safe now in the lounge in Bangalore airport. I am not only disappointed but also truly shocked about how i have just been treated! I was supposed to fly out of Bangalore tonight with Malaysia Airlines MH193 to Kuala Lumpur and transit further to Shanghai on MH388. There is a new law since January 30 which allows a visa free transit in Shanghai for six days (144 hours). This has been well defined with our travel agent Amex as well as our office C&a. The Malaysian airlines staff however does not seem to have the same information and refused to let me fly. As a consequence i am loosing all further travel arrangements and hotel reservations to shanghai, laos and hong kong. There has been NO HELP whatsoever, instead the staff of Malaysian airlines wanted to kick me out of the airport, a single female alone in the middle of the night? As i am sure you are aware there is no internet connection in your incoming hall. I have been lucky and able to arrange a ticket back home with Emirates. I find this treatment and behaviour shocking! Also i will require Malaysian airlines to pay for all lost reservation of my journey! I would not recommend Malaysian airlines to anybody, what a disaster!

Booked on MH 125 and MH 124 to Perth leaving klia on 7/04/16 and return 12/4/16 with my family. The return flight was cancelled to the next day. I miss my appointment and my kid miss their classes. Very * with MAS .....try calling them but only have to wait and wait. planing to take them to court. Never fly MAS again.

i travelled mh 602, singapore to KUL. on 15 apr 2016. The cabin crew named CHEONG served peanuts and the way he do it is horribly rude. He faced the cabin and looked at the back, stretched his arm of basket of peanuts in front of me and did not say anything. He didnt even look at me. What kind of service is this?

Guest : This airline is not getting better, it is getting worse. Christoph Mueller, as CEO, what are you actually doing in the way of customer service???? They should have brought back Idris Jala instead of appointing a foreigner like Mueller who does not understand Malaysian culture.........hospitality!

What is happening to Malaysia Airlines??? The website is slow and makes booking tickets online very frustrating. The contact centre is DEAD!!!!! I tried a whole day trying to contact them at 1300883000, but could not talk to any customer service officer. I was given the option to leave my contact number at their Call-back Assist, which I took, but no one returned my call! BUCK UP MALAYSIAN AIRLINES!!

Guest : hello. i stuck in pages "confirm payment". i have tried several time and the notification said i need to disable my pop blocker although i already disable mine. this is very frustrating because when using airasia website my pop blocker is not a problem. I actually got confused when it said DISABLE your 'pop-up BLOCKER'. notice the double negative? so I went and disable the pop up, when it meant to enable the pop up.

Dear Malaysia Airlines Please upgrade your website or system or your internal IT or whatever it is because your system is SUPER SLOW. I can't reach the payment stage. If you want your customer to be loyal, fix your services! especially your online services. Moving to Airasia, way more easier and faster.

Just want to know, why your system so lossy. Can reach at payment stage. Keep waiting until time out. Better others airline. Even though just low fare but their system running very well. If you can't make proper system, just make the price same with your web page if we need to walk in.

Malaysia airlines! A company who Honours incomplete credit card transactions. This is called cheating! Your whole entire service is terrible. Your website transaction can go through without completing the credit card secure OTP verification. This means that I can take anyone's credit card and book my air ticket... Cancel the secure OTP verification page... And the transaction will still go through and I will end up with a free tix and the poor fella will get charged with the amount? This is because the exact same thing happened to me! I was on MAS website trying to book a flight that was co-operated by firefly. After I keyed in the credit card info and click next.... The page shows me system error. I did not get to see the Mastercard secure OTP verification page... But however the transaction went through!!!!!!! Since I didn't know that your website is so horrible... And seeing that your website hanged on us twice while trying to book the flight... We went direct to firefly website (same flight we trying to get on MAS website) and the whole transaction went smoothly WITH the OTP VERIFICATION .... Imagine my horror when we checked the emails for the itinerary and saw that MAS senT one as well. this means that I have to go through the hassle of emailing and calling your cannot-make-it customer service. Customer service hotline: Firstly it was good to have that call back assist because the call queues is horrendous . However, your agents services are horrendous too! They called back on the call back assist... Put me on hold for about half an hr that makes me wonder if anyone remembers holding my call..... That makes me hang up and try again ( I think it is a tactic to get customers off the line and no need to entertain the problem) and the funny thing is... The call center agent who called me back and hold me for more than 30mins to check details never called me back after she put me on hold. Don't you guys have the decency to call back your customers who dropped the call halfway? Do not tell me you do not have my contact because it was a CALL BACK ASSIST!!!!! Besides this, I got moments when they immediate disconnect me or put me to a silent background when I AM TALKING HALFWAY! SO RUDE OF YOUR AGENTS!!!!!!!!!

THANK YOU I would like to extend a Thank You to MAS staff Mr Johan (maybe I got his name wrong; it's on Thurs 4 Feb 9pm KLIA Gate C) for waiting at my Singapore - KL flight MI 342 arrival gate at 9pm just now. I am flying code sharing flight from Singapore to Kuching via KLIA. As I didn't manage to check in my second sector KL - Kuching flight in the MAS counter at Singapore Changi Airport earlier, the Silkair counter staff asked me to pick up my boarding pass only when I reached KLIA. I was rather impressed that when I landed in KLIA just now, Mr Johan was waiting at the arrival gate with my second sector's KL - Kuching boarding pass. I didn't have to rush to the transit counter. Mr Johan also walked to the domestic check in gate A with me. Thank you MAS, and Mr Johan, for making home going trip less taxing. Cheers.
