Always was able to book my flights on my iPad but now I can't even get to see available dates. Tried chrome and safari browsers but still the same. Impossible to even try and book flights. Spoke with live chat advisor who said the website was not designed for mobile devices!!! At this rate I will have to book with another airline as I really need to get my flights sorted. Come on Ryanair just sort this out.

Guest : Trying to check-in using Ryan Air's online 'Check-In' feature but having absolutely no luck. Every time i enter the my reservation number & e-mail address i just the same message "We're sorry. We could not find your booking" although i know this is my reservation number as i had already logged in using this info a week ago (typical the time i need to print it doesn't work!). I will warn everyone to be very careful of this and if you have no luck tomorrow and you are flying this week then attempt to call customer service as they have charged me £74 in the past for not having a printed boarding pass when checking in at the airport, regardless of any IT issues they may of had. Do not think you will just be able to do this at the airport as you cannot (not for free anyway!). I will keep trying and reply to this post with my resolution, i fly Thursday so i am eager! I needed to have entered an email supplied to me via email after booking rather than my own email address...DUH! This is for people who have booked the flight through a third party company.

I have resolved this issue by entering an email address supplied by the company i purchased the flights from as they give this via email and you are not required to enter your own email. S Warner : I am deliberately NOT making any more bookings with Ryanair until they sort out the web site....it is AWFUL. Fed up with everything defaulting to Dublin etc etc. SAME PROBLEM .tonight for myself and my wife....AWFUL

Shocking! New website is a joke. Checked in allright a few days ago and now it wont let me log back in to reprint the boarding passes. Even when I select information like the date of departure or reservation number it does not acknowledge it. Had to revert to the old site to print them off. Guaranteed some people who wouldn't have been able to find the old site will be charged at the airport to have their boarding passes printed and check in, even though its ryanairs fault. This is the last time I will fly with them.

Trying to check in online 6 days before we go, enter all passenger details etc but because I won't select seats it wont go nay further. Just a blue box with a yellow bar. Grrrr so frustrating. And what is the point of waiting another 4 days to check in for the return. Surely anyone who wants to buy a seat will have done that at the booking stahe. EasyJet is much more customer friendyt all around.

Took ages logging in for a flight to Poland and printing off tickets. New web site is absolutely awful! Couldn't even speak to an advisor as wouldn't let me. Not looking forward to booking in for return leg. Ryanair, PLEASE sort this mess out.

[QOU What has happened to the Ryanair website? Impossible to get concise and instant information on flights ,prices , dates. So complicated now, hope you will see all the messages of dissatisfaction and revert to the old system.

Just tried to print off boarding pass for my 76 yr old father in law as he finds it too confusing , took me hours and hours, the website doesn't work it won't let you add the info you need for the boarding pass eventually downloaded the app and did it thro that but then wouldn't print a boarding card! It come up on the screen with all the info,then prints blank. The solution? Don't bother with the live chat they say there is nothing wrong with their website, Ha! Go to the old Ryan air website classic,Ryanair.com printed it there with no probs so what should have been a 60 second job took hours. This may be a budget airline but did they have to pay peanuts to the IT guys who have obviously sabotaged the website as a result! Wake up Ryanair and stop saying there's nothing wrong with it!!!!!!!!!!?

just booked 4 flights using debit card and they charged a payment fee on them all as if i payed by credit card,you only spot it if you go into manage my booking and check the details.it took me two attempts to get a refund via live chat.they also charged me for a 20 kilo bag instead of a 15 kilo but only on one return flight,and they wont refund for their error.just wonder how many people have been charged this without realising.i urge everone to check their payment details

How do Ryanair expect you to: 1 - book flights - it took me nearly 2 hours to book my flights on 28th October - problems with page loading, picking airports, picking dates 2 - check in online - the page loaded with no writing, just 3 blue dots and some blank boxes. I did best guess and filled in reservation number and email address - it said booking does not exit - logged out of browser and back in a couple of times and eventually page loaded. Tried using date of travel but calendar does not work - copied and pasted reservation number, typed email address and this bought up my reservation 3 - print boarding cards - I have 4 to print and they look OK on screen but when I try to print or download they are blank apart from some pictures. I tried live chat and was told to delete cookies & internet history - this didn't work. Told "using Google Chrome in incognito mode is worth a try, you can access it with Ctrl + Shift + N" I use iMac so made sure Java scrip was enabled and it is. I've now downloaded Ryanair app to my iPhone and this works. I have got mobile passes now Have feedback to Ryan air complaints via their website as am an eternal optimist that someone might actually read it. If I knew this was going to be so painful I would have booked with someone else.

Am going crazy firstly trying to add luggage and then an allocated seat for early check-in. Had to ask my husband in Italy and although he managed to do both eventually, even he is stumped when it comes to printing the boarding pass He also thinks that I have been charged again for my original 19.99 euro fare. Have been on chat and they are as much use as a chocolate teapot. Apparently it is the responsibility of the passenger to print their boarding pass but not the responsibility of Ryanair to sort out their website. I can't even find my flight from Stansted on Dec 2nd as their website only gives flights from Luton. I haven't got an iphone and only have a laptop. My friend usually prints my boarding pass for me but that won't be possible this time. I have wasted hours on the computer and after years of defending Ryanair am ready to defect to Easyjet. To add insult to injury the Ryanair website welcomes me backevery time and suggests I grab extra luggage, as if I hadn't been trying for three hours.

can get on website but when I go to log in to myRyanair it does nothing, what a * of time adding all my details to my account had to use my mobile app, as trying to get checked in on website impossible could not enter dates etc

What has happened to the Ryanair website. It is difficult to select an airport, even more difficult to select a date. The last time I flew was when this new site had just been launched. I could not book in. Their I.T. developers are destroying their business.

OMG what have you done with your new website. Its taken us over 30mins to try and print the boarding pass. It won't print from a mac computer so tried a pc and it wouldn't print the barcode from internet explorer so had to download google chrome and it worked this way but what about all the mac users who want to bring their boarding pass.. Get on top of it Ryanair! I n this day and age,this is a disgrace

Guest : This is what I asked live chat Message: I am trying to print my boarding pass and the format is different to what I have seen in the past. Instead of the flight info occupying most of the page, it now only takes up the top right quarter with advice on how to fold the sheet in four. Can you confirm that this is the new style of boarding pass and that it will be accepted at the boarding gate? They replied Hi Andrew, We have a new styled, foldable boarding pass, which has 4 parts. I anm flying from cork to stanstead on friday and then on to Trieste Ryanair sent me reminder for both flights. I have checked in online for the cork stanstead but it wil notl let me check in for the stanstead to trieste. Keeps telling me I have the wrong email.

It has taken us one hour to get boarding passes. First it wold not give Me passes 10 days before despite having paid for a seat. Got two passes But would only print off first one. Managed in the end b going back. This is Not progress and we are seriously considering not going with Ryanair anymore.

I am having the same problem. I travelled with them so many times and this had never happend. The new site is awful- not working at all. You need to sort the new website out ASAP. I have flown with Ryanair 100's of times ... for years but this new website is forcing me to go with other airlines. The amount of complaints you have had must A&E you realise how it is unusable and is costing you millions. I'm taking my business elsewhere until its sorted.

Just had live chat with Ryanair regarding my premium seating priority boarding pass, which read other q. They fixed it by reverting to the old style boarding pass then told me to reprint. All this from my hotel room in Madrid, who needs it. They call it progress!!!Used hotel printer now ok.New site obviously disfunctional. Get it fixed Mr OLeary or sack your IT Manager...

I can't print out the bar codes on the new boarding pass layout for Ryanair. All other aspects, including the ads are printing perfectly but no bar code!! Any suggestions? Help!

Arrived at the boarding gate at Stansted to Madrid flight on Sunday having purchased seats in row 1 to be informed by the checkin staff that the system had changed and that purchasing a seat no longer gave you priority boarding, this is an additional cost. We were requested to move to the other queue, I dident notice on the boarding pass it read other queue as we have always purchase a seat which came with priority, we are now faced with the same scenario on our return journey, as our purchase seat boarding pass is saying other queue. I have since looked on the Ryan air website and it reads clearly purchase seats have priority boarding. It appears since Ryan air have changed their website it is a complete mess, and their staff are misinformed.

Booked three flights with Ryanair recently, paid for allocated seating with Priority Boarding. Yet when looking at the boarding cards they all said Other Queue. On each occasion had to contact Ryanair to correct the boarding cards to show what we had actually booked and paid for. This has only happened since the new Ryanair website was introduced. Other than a software configuration problem perhaps it's an attempt by Ryanair to reduce the Priority Biarding Queue? Anyone else experienced this?
