Esther3 : Trying to check in countless time. But half way error message 'error #777' Please advice. Very frustrated!!! Same here! I get a "3013 AuthorizationSSRNotAllowed Agent is not authorized to sell SSR WBCI." when i get to the "safety" step. The worst website ever!

My cruise starting from sydney is cancelled due to corvid 19, to prevent spread. Trying to cancel my flight for refund with an official cancellation letter from cruise agent. Called hotline twice and on both occasions kept me waiting for more than half an hour. I have used the contact online form to request but will get to know their reply only after 10 days. I am heading nowhere with the flight is scheduled to depart on 29/2/20 @ 02.10 am. Hope to hear some good news soon.

I used their mobile app to book my flight and it was shown payment declined, then I went into their desktop website to do my booking and payment was confirmed. However, when I checked my bank statement today, I found out I was being charged twice. One via the app, one via desktop. Now I have 2 same flight dates, time and location. And the funniest thing? I emailed them and ask for a refund because clearly this was not my fault, and they replied me that they will refund as travel voucher WITH AN EXPIRATION DATE of 12 months! Seriously this is ridiculous. I don't even know if I'm able to travel in the next 12months! It's as though I bought myself a flight ticket in advance when "only God knows when" I'm even able to travel the next time. Dear scoot, I seriously would not accept this refund offer. You better refund me back into my credit card account.

I have just spent hours trying to figure out the * scoot website. I wanted to pay using my Krisflyer miles but they wouldn't let me. LIKE WHAT. They say that it's only possible if we pay fully using miles and you cannot combine by cash. So i changed it and try to buy it one way. But still its not possible
