My flight from London to Instanbul got cancel. I want a rebook from a different departure airport but Turkish airlines is saying they can't intervene because I bought the tickets through a travel agency (mytrip). Mytrip has not been responding to my calls since July 22, 2021 and my flight leaves on the 18th of August. Please intervene... My booking number is HFOEXF.

Kay : I will not beg for my refund!! DESPITE MANY ATTEMPTS TO GET a resolution from Turkish tripe thieves airline and money grabbers!!! Pathetic law and pathetic practices and rude customer service and rubbish policies!! To be honest, it has caused me some emotional torture trying to get a refund from turkish airline. I am never going near this airline again in my lifetime. The office in lagos and Istanbul keep pushing me to each other. Terrible refund process.

Know the compensation policy of Turkish Airlines for cancelled flights? Unfortunately, it happens sometimes that Turkish Airlines cancels a flight on which you are supposed to travel at the last moment. In that condition, it becomes the responsibility of the airline to compensate the passenger for the unnecessary trouble they have to face due to a flight cancellation without prior notice within a specified time limit. Therefore, to acknowledge the compensation policy of Turkish Airlines for cancelled flights, read the pints given below. • Turkish Airlines provide 600 Euros compensation to each passengers whose flight is cancelled less than 14 days before the scheduled departure • If possible Turkish Airlines provides a seat to the passenger whose flight is cancelled in an alternative flight for same destination • Turkish Airlines don’t need to pay 600 Euros compensation to the passengers when the alternative flight reach their destination in the similar time to their original flight • If Turkish Airlines is not able to offer an alternative flight to the passengers then they have to give the full refund of the cancelled flight that is paid by the passengers during original purchase • Apart from this, Turkish Airlines also be exempt from paying the 600 Euros compensation fee to the passenger when they are bound to cancel a flight due to extraordinary circumstances beyond control such as bad weather, medical emergency etc These are the rules for receiving compensation for a cancelled Turkish Airlines Reservations without prior notification. visit www.vsupportservices.com/turkish-airline...

My flight got canceled on the 8th of July from LAX-PRN. I'm trying to reach the Turkish Airlines customer service but the phone seems to be disconnected. My concern is that on my refund I'm missing over $500. i suppose to get the full refund since the airline canceled on me and NOT me on the airline. Hi, I booked turkish airlines flight from sabia airport to Antalya but few days ago when i checked i got message your flight has changed and you a can cancel or change your flight. While i was doing that i accidentally cancelled one of my flight from sabia to antalya. I spoke to them on phone and she said write to us on feedback page all this and some one will contact you. Today i did that. Is this happened to someone else and if yes then what they did. Will they re arrange my flight or i have to re book it again. Thanks

Original flight from Casablanca to Tel Aviv for April 5 cancelled by airline, changed to April 17, then again cancelled by airline, changed to May 3, cancelled by airline, changed to May 23, cancelled by airline which 2 weeks ago told me to call to request refund after the 28th of May when they expect travel restrictions to be lifted. When I asked what travel restrictions, they described 14 quarantine but when I called the airport was told only Turkish citizens and residents can enter Turkey until further notice. I have not given up on refund but hope to get evacuation flight instead, at least they are not cancelled.

Turkish airlines has changed my connecting flight. Do you know if they have to provide me with a hotel as the connection is now over 24 hours and also will there be any issues caused when I try to board at Gatwick or Istanbul? I will have the Turkish visa sorted.

Due to the widely publicized general strike in Argentina on 26/6, where numerous flights were canceled, our flight from Sao Paulo (Brazil) to Istanbul-Athens by Turkish Airlines was DELAYED For 7 hours and 30 minutes, as shown in the document issued by Turkish Airways and the tickets. With the delay we lost our flight (connection) from Athens to Santorini by Aegean (ticket SJ4JBK). Regrettably, my 15-year-old daughter and I were IGNORED and HUMILIATED by Turkish Airlaines staff at Athens airport counter, even after we submitted the justification for the late flight from Sao Paulo to Istanbul. However, on the contrary, the service was terrible and they did not even give me any option or assistance. I have kindly requested for some help from Turkish Airlines’ ground personnel in order to assist us with additional documents and / or intervene with Aegean Airlines but simply refused to do so. I was obliged to buy new tickets for me and my daughter at the cost of EUR 397.88 plus EUR 70.00 for the luggage, otherwise I could loose my hotel reservation, airport transfer, jeopardizing all the schedule of my daughter's long dream vacation to the Greek Islands. I therefore ask you to formally apologize to me, as well as compensation for the moral liability my daughter and I have been through by this company negligence at Athens airport. Otherwisen, I will make public this regrettable event / occurrence, in all the existing means of communication (newspapers, television, websites), including taking the legal measures. Such comments are not fair and useless. In order to get the correct reply, kindly attach the reservation / booking number and produce the adte / fllight number / airports. Requests on refund must produce full name, reservation / eticket and email address in attachment. The reply can be handlled within 2-5 days by free staff in English. Dear Sir or Madam. I am writing this review to let you know that my experience booking my flight to England with Turkish airlines has been very poor. Living in South Africa we couldn't even find our currency which I am amazed at. We booked our flight with you found your website very misleading and when we booked our flight and seats we didn't get the tickets for the flight nor the booking for the seats. When we tried to ring your offices in Cape Town with 5 different nos. no one answered the phones. We were forced to go to Cape Town airport which is very time consuming and costly. The young lady who dealt with us was quite helpful, she says she knows they have a communication problem, sadly that was no help to us. She managed to run off our tickets so at least we got them but the inconvenience you put us to I think is very poor and if I had realised I would not have been booking with Turkish airlines as it has been the worst experience of any airline we have booked with so far and I hope that you will reply to these comments with an explanation of the poor experience we have had. We fly out of Cape Town on 9th May so with a bit of luck you should find time to reply. I met every requirement to board turkish airline from johannesburg to havana on 12th december 2017. if i did not, immigration in Johannesburg airport will not ever allow me to fly. if turkish air is saying its not their responsibility to check passenger's documents, so how come turkish air start to check documents at istanbul and not johannesborg in the first place ? even the consul of cuba in south africa confirmed me, even the ambassador of cuba in tuirkey confirmed with a letter to board me,the consul of cuba in south africa was on telephone asking to speak to officials of turkish air but none of turkish air staff wanted to speak to cuba consul on phone or even to contact the embassy of cuba directly to confirm my document. Me what i saw was racism on part of turkish air at istanbul airport,yet other passengers were boarded. Before my departure at Johannesburg airport, turkish air checked my documents and confirmed and allowed me to fly, only to keep my stranded at istanbul refusing to board me on my business class ticket. why did turkish air board me from johannesburg if they were not satisfied with my documents ...passport and visa which they confirmed before boading me from johannesburg airport. Please sir i want you to kindly assist me to get my business class ticket from turkish air and also to compensate me according as i missed other connecting flights also ...Please sir i want justice ,please help me.

Unbelievable bad service from a 5 star airways company. Its our first time we travel with you.We are live in Thessaloniki Greece and we know already that this airport had issues with radar system the last month and more.How its possible a big and serious company like Turkish airlines to risk and booked flights from this airport when already know that 80% cancel cause mist fog that a bad excuse from Turkish sale manager imagine that in England must no flight never cause mist weather.After the cancellation we must take bus travel 7 hours to Athens instead there is another closer airport Kavala town only 2 hours away. Our Odyssey don't finished wait another 2 ours delayed at Venizelos airport in Athens to take the plane of Turkish air lines to Istanbul.Another 2 hours delayed to Bangkok airport run like crazy exhausted with luggage to catch plane to Krabi and missed it 2 hours for the next flight. Good morning Sir/Madam I'm an always business class client of Turkish airlines, i was really surprised with the experience that i had with my trip from Bangkok to Bamako and my trip back to bangkok. Ticket number : 235 5979 364617 I had a business class ticket but it seems like economy the experience. The seat from Istanbul to Bamako they were not comfortable at all as if it's economy and the service was not the level of business that im used on it at turkish airlines and other airlines. And on the way back the experience was worse than the going. From Istanbul back to bangkok the hostess came to me and asking me to change my seat and give it to another person, i don't think this is the way to be treated in business class. She embarrassed me infront of the other passengers because the other seat by my side was empty and she wanted to give the 2 seats for the couples that they were newly married . This is not her job, she moved to a seat near a person all the way drinking alcohol and i was not comfortable at all. This bad experience that i had with turkish airlines it will made me not repeat travelling with them anymore. Best regards Mohamed El Amine

I’m very disappointed with the service at the airport and the airlines as well. I mean, if the flight has been delayed, why don’t infrorm thru the text or email notification? What for customers filled in the form and information but you didn’t let us know in advance? One more thing, the airport is okay for me. But if you have long transit and wait more that 2 hours, you will be stressful and easily get mad with everything around you. The worst part, I want to highlight over here, the wifi only provided free for 2 HOURS only! What happens if my flight will be delayed more than 2 hours?! No wifi?! How to get the work and get through all the rough time? You don’t know the wifi is the only thing to comfort customer! Yeah, maybe you say we could go to hotel in airport! But I’m concern about the other customers who cannot afford it! What you would do for family with kids? Not everyone has money like those in business class. Btw, I always travel to Ercan for work, if only there’s another airlines that Turkish Airlines, I would choose the other one. Sometimes, there are workers who can’t even speak English, I know English isn’t your essential language to learn, but as foreigner customers, we feel offended with your arrogant attitude when Turkish workers rolling their eyes toward us. Where’s the manner? Feeling so disappointed, sometimes it is hard to deal with other people but as an outsider who is not coming from here, I have to be rational and not to make a problem. Please fix the wifi extension and please use your notification system for customers! Please give extra English lesson. Just simple English is enough to comfort us!
