I flew from Barcelona to Naples on June 21st 2016 and still have not heard from vueling. My luggage was lost, I've emailed and called and nobody seems to know anything and won't compensate or contact me. It's unbelievably frustrating

DId anyone else try to travel with Vueling on flight VY 6404 fr om Barcelona to Venice on 3 July? Did you also lose your luggage? please tell me wh ere you found it eventually so we can fly there and look for it ourselves.

Guest : Our 7 suitcases were lost fr om Athens to Croatia via Barcelona on the 11 July I made over 20 phone calls and wh ere told our bags are most likely in Rome made calls to Rome lost and found they insisted that no bags were found on the 11 July so we decided that one of us will go to Rome and have a look when he got there he said there is a whole floor full with lost/found luggage, a helpful lady helped him find our cases in ten minutes by this time we had left Croatia and gone to Paris when he went to board the flight back with the 7 cases he was charged ˆ855 for over weight I rang vueling in Spain and they said the bags are no longer lost so it's not their responsibility to fly the bags to Paris as the passenger come to Rome and took the bags so not only did we have no clothes or essentials for 7 days we didn't even get our ˆ50 a day compensation we had to pay over ˆ400 to fly to Rome and back and ˆ855 to get our backs on the flight great airline So my guess is your luggage is sitting somewhere in Rome with the other hundreds of unclaimed luggage QOUTE] Guest : I am a cameraman. I recently flew from Marseilles to Rome to gatwick. They have lost all my gear! Over £20,000 worth of equipment! I reported it missing at gatwick and world tracker are trying to find it but they said this airline just doesn't get back to them. I have emailed countless times.... No reply. I have phoned.... On hold for an hour. I hung up in the end as I don't believe there was anyone there. I don't know how this airline can be aloud to operate! Is there someone we can contact as I can't make a wage right now as my tools of trade are hidden away in some airport or worse, someone's garage!! You inspired me with this story as first part of stor is identical to mine, just happened in Venice. Hundreds of suitcases in lost&found department...after 12 days and by reading this story I got my luggage!!! I am not sure what would happen otherwise...... Vueling actually sent it back to original airport, it was the airport who didn't act in time or even properly!!! So....might be helpful to someone else.....

A planesworth of luggage! Anyone on that flight? Have you had your baggage returned? Vueling, hang your head in shame! Very disgruntled I was on the same flight. The "strong winds" issue was clearly a lie as all other flights appeared to be taking off with passengers and luggage aboard. Could it have been an undeclared mechanical issue ? Nothing from Vueling so far, and as I booked via BA I have also complained to them. Will never use Vueling again, total disgrace and don't give a stuff about their customers. I was on the same flight. Absolutely zero information from Vueling so far. I booked via BA and have complained to them too. Clearly the "strong winds" excuse was incorrect as all other planes appeared to be taking off with passengers and luggage. Sounds like an undeclared mechanical issue. Will never use them again and have low expectations of seeing bags anytime soon.

Hi everyone! Really, what could we do? As my luggage is missing fr om 5th July and no news yet....I guess this is also the matter if airports, what do you think? As my suitcase was wrongly delivered to one Spanish town that wasn't in my plan, they found it in 4 days, send back to Venice via Barcelona and noone confirms wh ere it is now??? At Venice airport noone, really noone picks up the phone. Ia this normal? Is this a service?? So seriously, what shall we do?

This company is absolutely outrageous. We queued for over 1h30 at check-in and were then called for last minsute boarding and we therefore jumped the queue. They were totally understaffed and overloaded with flights and passengers. All of their flights that day were delayed including ours. We waited over an hour inside the plane and departed with a 2h delay. No reason whatsoever was given for this delay, no apology was made by the cabin crew and when we asked the reason for this delay they could not give us a clear answer. At arrival, we waited for 1h30 at the belt to wait until the end of baggage delivery. At this point, no sign of our luggages and the same happened to 25 other passengers fr om our same flight. 1h30 of queue at the lost and found, we made the report declaring the loss of luggage and all necessary numbers were indicated on this file. We were told to expect the luggage at our home within the next two days. One week later, no sign of our luggage, I have tried to contact Vueling EVERYDAY since, and it is IMPOSSIBLE to reach them. All numbers provided are either fake or ring occupied forever. It is unacceptable, frustrating and sad to be in this situation wh ere customer service is INEXISTANT and whatever price you put on your flights I will NEVER get on board of a VUELING flight and I will recommend to anyone NOT to use this shameful company.

American Airlines re-routed us through Barcelona using Vueling to Barcelona. We are on day 19 now and haven't received our bags.. went through Italy and now home a week without anything. Today I got a phone number for compensation from Vueling (you have to ask while on the phone) and IF IT'S FOUND IN MY FAVOR the recording states (sounds like Hunger Games), we will get reimbursed. From the hours of being on the phone INTERNALLY costs because there isn't a 1800#, I highly doubt reimbursement will indeed happen. Sad thing is that British Airways were the ones who never had the bags on the flight to Barcelona, but since Vueling was the last leg, they have to own this mess-up and I have to deal with them. I'm beyond frustrated and upset. Will NEVER fly American Airlines again... their attitude, stupid re-routing errors and now lost luggage because of their partner airlines.... I'm done. My 20th Anniversary in Italy with my husband has lots of unfavorable memories now thanks to this company and their affiliates.

Very disappointed with this company. I just lost my flight. I tried to do my check in online, as this is possible on 99% of the other flight companies, and couldn't do it for some reason that no ones explains. I faced a huge traffic to get to luton, straight from my work, to fly to amsterdam to check someone from my family which is sick. Because i arrived 3 minutes after the "expected time" (40 min before the flight) at the check in queue, i lost my flight. It happened also to 5 other people that were supposed to be on the same flight. The customer service doesn't exist at the airport. The only contact phone we got starts to operate after 9 am, which wouldn't help as everything happened at 7 am. The support from Vueling in this type of situation is zero. The company is obviously not focused on its cutsomers. Vueling will never see me again, and not any of my family/friends.

I traveled fr om Venice to Barcelona with Vueling. I choose optima fair, which is a bit more expencive, but you can choose your seat and have one suitcase with up to 23 kg of luggage with you. In Venice, I hardly cought the flight becouse Vueling system crushed. I did catch it in the end and traveled to Barcelona, but my luggage obviously did not. I declared the missing luggage at the airport and I was told it is in Venice and it will arive a day later. A day later I was calling Vueling for about an hour before I managed to talk to an operater, who told me, they have no idea wh ere my baggage is. I was tracing the luggage every day and it was lost, I wrote e-mails that nobody answered, I tryed calling again - no succes. I am in Barcelona 4 days now and my luggage still did't appear. I leave Spain tomorrow and as it seems I will do it without my baggage.

Lost luggage in flight from Athens to Madrid with connection in Barcelona. Apparently this always happens with Vueling. Someone should do something about their terrible bag management.

Lost luggage on a flight fr om Copenhaguen to Cluj, with a stop in Barcelona! I Working on a cruiseline and all my belongings where in that suitcase! I was thinking that we should start public trial against this company and also address it to Spanish authorities! It is unacceptable! I did experience delays with Lufthansa, but they knew exactly wh ere my luggage was at all times!

We flew from Stockholm to Rome via transfer in Barcelona on july 2. The first flight was delayed and our bagage never came to Rome. It is now SEVEN DAYS later and still nothing. NO CONTACT OR REPLY FROM VUELER STILL!!? When searching the bagage tracer, no information can be found at all. How is that possible? The bags must be in either Barcelona or Rome and I find it very strange that no information can be found in the system. We are frustrated and very upset since we are on holiday with two children and we have no clothes! The worse "service" i have ever experienced. Are they going bankrupt?! Or stealing our stuff?

I came to Barelona from Wien. I and my wife lost 2 baggabes. For these baggages, I paid extra money. Half of passengers lost baggages. Since 2nd July, I have nothing. I have health problem. So I begged to customer service to find mt baggages, till now no answer. I am spening extra money. But vueling shuted their mouth. ThIs is not a service. It is just a turturing for me. I hate Spain, I hate vueling air. I thing vueling airline have be closed. Still nobody is giving me about the situation and answer. Yes or no !!

BAD BAD BAD! Vueling Ruined our vacation! since the departure, we had delay in our flight and lost the internal one! in addition the internal flight was also delayed! once we arrived to Mallorca, our bags were lost. We were staying for two days therefore we had to buy swimming wear, clothes, underwear ... Going back to the airport to go back to Barcelona we re-checked the baggage claim department and they informed us that the bags were on their way to the hotel, noting that we already informed them that we are leaving on that day. Now, returning from Barcelona on the first of July, we arrived to the airport 4 hours before the departure. Waiting for a long time in the queue, they did our check in just when the boarding started! We had to run to the customs checkup and stay in the queue because everybody was late! the plane left without us and then discovered that almost 7 people had the same case. Again we were left without luggage and had to pay for our Hotel for two nights in addition to the other expenses as we had nothing... we spent the night standing in the queue waiting to present our claim but finally the crew member that dealt with us was awful and refused to give us hotel ticket. we slept in the airport that night waiting to get the aerobus and try to find a hotel! Very bad souvenir! we will never use this airline again!

I also flew fr om Amsterdam to Barcelona, in my case on June 23. I also had a delayed flight that I missed (after waiting 6 hours in airport). My luggage was left in Amsterdam too. I kept getting told my luggage would come on the next flight, but it supposedly kept getting bumped by luggage for current passengers. After 3 days of and calling them frequently and sticking close to rented apartment for fear of missing delivery, I thought to call American Express because that's how I charged my ticket. This seemed to help speed them up; at the very least I got concrete information. Vueling claimed they tried to deliver the luggage on the 3rd evening, but didn't let me know first. I had gone out for dinner and apparently couldn't get back in time. I too went to the airport on the 4th day and spent several hours waiting on quite a long line before finally getting luggage back. This consumed half my vacation in Barcelona. As Vueling was a partner with British Airways on my flight, I am going to complain to both. Guest Anthony : I flew with Vueling on July 1 . Hello guys don't you think we should start a petition to highlight this issue as this seems to be extremely prevalent with Vueling. My mums 3 suitcases have still not been found since Sunday. All the custom made family outfits for the Eid celebration and my brothers wedding, my mums medication e.t.c. Like others on this forum Vueling stonewalls you, long waits on premium numbers and cuts off the call. Worst customer service. They have been getting away with this for too long. I have seen numerous similar issues on other forums. Please someone with huge followers start a petition.

You think we will get it tomorrow? doubt it - i've been waiting for 3 days now without any news, they are not responding to emails, facebook post just gets a stock standard reply (to email or call CS) and their call centre charges ridiculous amounts for calling them and takes at least an hour to get through - and even then they tend to hang up on you without even talking to you. My mum travelled from Barcelona to London Gatwick on sunday the 3rd. All her three suitcases were left behind. We have been unable to get any proper information despite going to the airport and calling all available contact numbers. She has all our clothes for my brothers wedding and the Eid celebrations. Out of desperation I was just goggling this when I came across this forum. Can anyone who was on the same flight 9am from BCN to LGW on this forum in a similar situation please update me if you've received your luggages and contact no for Vueling that would be helpfull.

on July 1st, Vueling airline lost our 3 big rimowa suticases and child seat. That time, over 40 people in the line.but I thought they might deliver my luggages next day. but after that, they never contact me since 4 days. This is something strange, I think something crime operation under Iberia and Vuling airline contract. Why they hire such criminal employ all the time. I have read so many negative an acceptable revew for them. Goverment police have to solve this problem. this is not private problem, PUBLIC PROBLEM.

Vueling lost all 3 our luggage. They simply just left it at Barcelona! How is this possible??? Very bad client service and long que to file complaint. This already indicates a big problem. Saw at back of their office in Florence quite a lot of luggage that was just standing there. Why is it still there and not making its way to the anxious owners? Very bad admin and super poor client service. They are ruining our well planned holiday! This must stop! Not acceptable at all!

I'm so * with this company. First the flight was so delayed and they departed without anybody's luggage from Barcelona to Amsterdam on 29th and still not receiving my luggage. Seems like lost it and not really helping me. This is the worst airline company I have ever traveled with. They have to close their business. Never again and I just want them to bring my bag back!!

MY LUGGAGE IS STILL IN ROME WHILE I AM TRAVELLING IN DIFFERENT COUNTRIES AND CAN NOT GET ANY INFORMATION ON STATUS, NOR I CAN GET IN TOUCH VIA TELEPHONE TO GET ANY INFORMATION OF POSSIBLE ARRIVAL OF LUGGAGE. Ok this is the person who complained earlier about Vueling. I lost my bag in Barcelona, and it did come back to me, after almost TWO WEEKS. I was actually amazed that they returned my stuff, but the strange thing is all of my clothes inside my suitcase were wet and damp, and they definitely were not when I packed them. Strange. Anyways, ridiculous that they have such terrible service. Never again. Still waiting for my carry on to come back.

Terrible airline. Flight from PARIS to Rome cancelled with no explanation. Told to get on bus to CDG. Flight supposed to go out 6 hours later at Midnight. Took an hour to rebook but back to Orly! Hotel stay and $80 can ride, next flight delayed 4 hours. Hate this airline and haven't even made it to the plane yet!

It's been over 10 days and I still have not received my luggage. I called them and the maximum compensation is 500 euros, and you are compensated by weight, so most likely much less. Your bag is not considered lost until 21 days later. This is ridiculous. How is such an airline still in business. What they are doing is ILLEGAL.

I made reservations for my family to travel from Barcelona to Paris in September. They each got Optima fare tickets, I chose their seats and they received email confirmations with boarding passes. Then they got an email that said their flight was changed from a 12pm departure to a 7:20am departure. No boarding passes were included and no alternative flight times were offered. I remember that the 7:20 flight would have been cheaper than the one we chose, but that flight/time was unacceptable. Of course, like everyone else will find out, there is no customer service. There is no representative to speak to. I'm supposed to guess what number in Spain to call, because there is no US or 800 number, but no one answers anyway. No email address can be found on the site (for "changes") no matter how many times I follow the prompts for help and "contacts." My mom is going to have a very hard time making a 7:20am flight. All anyone has to do is take a look at this page and wish they'd never booked with this airline.

Your staff damage my new RIMOWA salsa sport in the last MCN( Munich of Germany) to ROM(Roma of Italy) trip. Please contact me and help me claim about that. Vueling lost my luggage from Naples to Barcelona on June 15th. Now I am back in the United States, and still it says tracing continues. This is beyond ridiculous. What's worse is that a few days before I flew from Lisbon to Positano, they did the exact same thing - lost my luggage, but at least it came back to me in 3 days. I don't know how they could have possibly lost luggage on a DIRECT flight. I'm pretty sure at this point they just steal from their passengers to make money.

Lost luggage. We just flew from Barcelona to Nice on June 19th for the Euro's. They lost my luggage with all my clothes in it for 10 days in France. It's been 3 days and all we get from them "Sorry no updates". They can't even tell us if it made it on our plane or not. So here I am in a small town in France with one pair of shorts, one shirt, and one pair of sandals. Thank you Vueling!!! Not!!!!
