Adding whizz priority is charging £19 each way. But when I go to pay the price is going from £190 total to £404.

Warst Airlines ewer. Went on holidays to Montenegro. Flight with wizzair from Gatwick to Podgorica departure over 2 hours late. Coming back 3 hours late I missed my flight to Dublin from Gatwick. Had to book next day flight to Dublin ˆ445. Thanks wizzair for great holidays. Never booking again with wizzair. Avoid this airline!!!!

I was booked on a wizz air flight to Portugal from Gatwick but couldn't check in at all online. The system said my flight had been changed and needed to rebook but lastminute.com advised that I can check in at the desk. Arrived at the airport and nearly all passengers had been unable to check in online so we paid extra and advised to claim back. Wizzair.com has refused to refund £140 without a screenshot despite me sending a photo of the screen. What a rubbish airline! Their contact numbers are premium so calling them is not an option.

When I try to enter the expiry date for my child’s passport details, the scroll buttons don’t allow me to select the correct date. I can’t check my children in. I don’t know what to do about it. Can anyone advise me?

I also have the same problem. I received the email that says my flight has been re-booked and I have the option to log-in and accept the changes. When I log-in it says to check back soon to see the changes, and it shows there is no flight under my booked flights on the website. I am not in Europe so I have no way to call them, please someone update if this get this fixed or contact wizz air!

Yes, I had all three options, a large pink button "Accept Changes", and right next to it two pink links "Start Re-booking" and "Request Refund". However, if you want to re-book, the flight endpoints have to be airports that are in the vicinity of the original ones. If your flight route is no longer served and if there are no alternative airports near your original start point or destination, then I guess you cannot re-book. I have 2 flights that I've booked before the weekend and wizzair changed my flights with almost 2 days difference. I received emails about refund but wizzair page shows me "There is a change on your booking. We will inform you via e-mail soon. Please return back soon to see the changes." I see that it's not only my problem. Did someone managed to solve this?

What a joke wizzair is now. Third time they changed the flight date and time. E-mail says to log in and see the changes, but after I log in, I can not even view my flight as it says to come back soon. It is days now, last time it happened day before the flight! I am so fed up, their live chat is a joke, contacting them is impossible…. What a terrible company…

Wizz informed as by mail that our flight has been changed and we can get our money back or choose another flight. We can not change anything using their application and no one answers on the phone. Any idea anyone ?

@Mitja For how long have you had this message ? It has been 2 days for me and I have already got the email with the 3 options. But when I click any of the links in the email, it goes to the error message instead of proposing options ! If someone managed to contact WizzAir, please share your experience !!

We can't contact them at all because there is no answer. They have changed the date of the flight for me twice already. I tried to confirm the change of flight but it just doesn’t work.

Hi. I mistakenly booked flights for other passengers from my account in Wizz. I wonder if the passengers need to refund their tickets and later use the refund for booking other flights, will they be able to do so ? Or is it only the owner of the account who can use the wizz credit ? Thank you.

Skip using Wizzair till covid is off. Bought 3 flights with Wizz since Nov 2021 and ALL were cancelled. Whats the point in publishing timetable Wizz have no inteand on making it??? Flew with Ryanair 6 times since than - none were canclled! Before covid they were good but now it seems they cannot msnage it. As it takes ages to plan according to all the Covid rulls, use other lowcost which seems to be much better

Recently I had a flight planned to Kiev in the Ukraine and it got rescheduled by the flight company to another date in which I'm unable to attend. With this I'm entitled to a full refund but after filling my complaint and refund request, from the 789,91ˆ I only received 719,92ˆ. I want to know why I didn't get a full refund even though I followed all the steps provided in the restitution articles from wizzair.

Kat : I am having the same issue as someone below regarding that when I type in my (correct) password, it is stating it is wrong. The reset is not working, as I tried probably over 10 times and I did not receive a single email with the reset link. It is also not working from the App. Given that this seems to be an ongoing issue, why has it not been solved by the tech support?? I can't seem to find a way around it. Any tips?? Thanks Same issue here. Looks like fraud to me to make the customer use the callcenter (which again costs a fee).
