I was scheduled to catch a 1355 flight to daegu upon checking in they informed me that the flight was delayed due to snow in daegu which I knew for fact was a lie it was not snowing at all. Do not appreciate being lied to. So it was delayed 5 hours . While waiting they pushed it to 2010.... they offer no explanation and only a 8 dollar voucher for food for the inconvience meanwhile I have sat in the airport for nine hours..... this is completely unacceptable and unprofessional this was on the 12 th of January

Low cost is not the only fact ...the important is the people..i apply for an assessment for pilot position and really surprise because in my pilot background history of 35 years in aviation i never saw the low and poor quality staff without any respect and consideration for the people that as me believes we are going to something better ..was inexperience aviation personnel who lobby you for nothing ...really understand the cause pakistani are not highly qualified people.. non experts in the field..really a fake imagen ..dont trust...dont lose your time and money .. Icarus : I discovered Easyjet had cancelled a reservation (long in advance of the flight) - by finding a credit card refund on my statement. I called up Customer Services - obviously no reply - so did a live chat, Eventually chiselled out of the girl that there was some "security issue" with the credit card, but she was allowed to tell me no more. This was an odd sort of security issue with the card, obviously, as they'd successfully taken the money off the credit card, and then successfully credited it back a bit later. And it's a card that has never had a problem with anybody else. The credit card company said it was unaware of any security issue, and I continue to use the card. On a whim, I checked my only other Easyjet booking. They'd cancelled that too. Without telling me. So I wrote a email to customer services seeking an explanation. After a month they emailed back with some requests for routine information - all of which was already in my email. So were they stalling or just stupid ? I pointed out where to find all the info they wanted was in the original email. Silence for another month. And today they're back with another pile of routine questions, all of which are totally irrelevant. So it has to be stalling. But what are they up to ? They can't seriously think theres a security problem with the card, because the credit card company disagrees with them. And even if they really did think that they've got several months to arrange for Plod to be waiting for me at check in. I saw suggestions elsewhere that might be a scam to make me buy a cash ticket at a huge price when I turn up at the airport and find I have no booking - but it's not worth the effort to make themselves a hundred quid or so. And why are they so reluctant to produce an answer to what they're doing ? All very mysterious. Irritating too. How to win friends etc. Same thing happened to me very recently. Booking successful and paid for only to log back in and find that the booking details have disappeared and the flight has been cancelled. On speaking to the customer services the reason given was "technical issue" and that "no further comment" would be provided. I was advised to "go to the airport and buy the ticket in cash". Initially I accepted the explanation, so tried to use a different card and the same thing happened again. This time within 45 minutes of getting my confirmation email the booking had been cancelled. No doubt they would give the same kind of reason and advice again. It would seem that there is some kind of strategy of denying passengers a booking so they are forced to go and buy a ticket on the day in cash at probably double the price of the original ticket. Always thought that easyjet were amongst the more ethical of the low cost airlines but based on this experience and given it has happened to someone else also very recently, it would appear this is a scam that is applied for reasons known to themselves. The fact they won't comment on why flights are cancelled in this way is extremely shifty and pathetic and the people employed in the customer services who are not able to comment on it are either in on it or totally inept. I WILL NOT BOOK WITH THESE COWBOYS EVER AGAIN.

Hello, I am not satisfied with the service given by Lion airline. We often faced with delayed flight and this is very unacceptable. Just today (10/1/18) on my way back from Medan (Kuala Namu) to Penang with the flight of JT 013*, we should be on flight at 16:00 WIB but you guys delayed it to 18:00. My nephyew was waiting for us there and he was not free because he had a meeting later. Not just that, they didn't inform about changing the room number which caused everyone were rushing. As a passenger of Lion Airline. I do hope that you can change YOUR ATTITUDE in caring your passenger. IF YOU SAY ABOUT ANY OPERATION PROBLEM, then tell me why must be every single time when I am using your airline service? Don't make it into a trend thank you so much. If you want to misery yourself, go with this airline. I dare say it's the worst airline in the world. They provide you with Ridiculous service. You will be Suffering during the whole trip. Even worse, Never take responsibility when they lose you baggage. Avoid this airline wherever you travel. Not worth to consider even if they let you fly for free.

My flying experience with Scoot is very bad . I only fly twice with them and they have failed tremendously . My son connecting flight was cancel without prior notice and food book was told not book . I will never encourage any of my relative or friends to fly this carrier . The price for budget airline is not cheap . I discuss about my refund regarding cancellation , the airline is not interested and this shows the airline is not bother about customer satisfaction . i got a round trip plane ticket from jeju air (Manila/Incheon/Manila) because it was on sale. now, I got a much better one way plane ticket to Incheon (Davao-Cebu-Incheon). I'm not planning ln getting another Incheon/PH flight because I already purchased the round trip ticket in Jeju Air. I'm planning to board the Davao/Cebu/Incheon flight, and the Jeju Air Incheon/Manila on my way back. Can I just web check-in my Manila/Incheon flight so that Jeju Air won't revoke my Incheon/Manila flight? Possessing a Mobile Boarding Pass means that the passenger has flown, right? Btw, i won't be having any checked-in baggage so there's no need to go to the counter for bag drop.

To all those put complaints below, I say Bloody-Hell. This is a forest of complaints neither the employees or and the chairman of Atlasglobe would be interested in resolving. Your experience is nothing for them. I would suggest you all forget it.... as customers walk away and wright off your loss. More than 3 years, my wife and I periodically use the services of KLM. Now there was a problem. On January 4, we arrived at Madrid airport to fly through Amsterdam to Kiev But they got an unexpected answer: there were no seats. And they offered us an uncomfortable flight to Prague. Flew with difficulty and additional problems. In Prague, the plane was detained for 40 minutes ... and one of my suitcases in Kiev was never delivered. Compiled at the airport an act with a seal Who will answer for everything and compensate me for the damage?
