I had the same experience with one of the guest who left comment on their refund procedure. After they changed the flight timing by cancelling the flight and rescheduling it to another day, I had to cancel and rebook my flight with another carrier. For that, they promised that they will refund my full fare. After 3months of following up on emails, it is still in progress. For each query I sent, it took them a week to respond without any concrete results. This will be my last booking with Garuda for their incompetence. Please be careful when you booked with Garuda.

My mum recently travelled from Africa to Europe and I bought her ticket with my credit card (paid in euros). The ticket caused 1164 euros but instead 1194 euros was taken from my account and I have contacted air France in the concerned African country but they are not able to give me any valuable explanation. On the time of purchase there was no credit card fee or any thing like that. They claim that its the exchange rate even though the price is euros was based on their own conversion. Have they resorted to stealing from customers? Is this what they do hoping people wouldn't notice? This is unacceptable. Something has to be done about this.

Customer service is terrible. I had a flight from Santiago to Lima at 5am. I started queuing to drop my suitcase at 3:!0. The queue was extremely liong (I took photos luckily!) and I didnt get to the front until 4:35. around 4:20 I ran up to the one guy who was walking around putting people in queues and showed him my ticket and that it left at 5am. He looked, walked away and never got back to me. I waved him over because I didn't want to lose my place in the long queue, he ignored me. I explained the situation to the young check-in guy, who referred me to his supervisor. What a terrible woman to have in that role! She literally shrugged and told me I was too late. I explained to her that the reason I was too late was because I had been queuing for 1.5hrs (never left the queue in that time) She claimed tht the guy had called people for the Lima flight. However I have video evidence that he did not walk around the entire queue, and I must have either been on the other side of the queue or I did not undrestand the instructions in Spanish as I do not speak Spanish. I got another shrug and she told me that Spanish and English aren't that different and repeated the phrase in Spanish. I looked at her gobsmacked. At this point I was calm and said, well as we all know it was the fault of Sky Airline which flight were they going to put me on. She laughed in my face and said I had to find my own way to Lima, that they were taking no responsibility. I asked her if she saw the length of the queue, and that there is CCTV footage of me queuing for 2 hrs. AAnother shrug. They refused to help me. AAbsolutely horrible treatment of their customers. I took down names and took photos and videos of conversations to back myself up. It should never be this way. DO NOT FLY WITH THEM!

To Manager Airport I was on flight from Paris (CDG) to Detroit (DTW) US on July, 04 Flight AF 561 The Air France agent at the gate L 42 treated me very bad. She refuse to gave me her name as this the rules of Air France not to give the agent name to the customer. She look that she is from Asia she was very rude with no respect to me at all I ask her for the counter manager she said why you need the manager he/she not her I'm the only only wearing no name tag refuse to give her name treated me like an animal and not like a human. Thank You,

Terrible flight experience. Flight delayed 2 hours, missed connecting flight, spending night in San Francisco airport, no hotel, UA stated it was Air Traffic Control's fault. Customer service was rude and cold. Can't believe the treatment. We are military and travel a lot. This was one of the worst. Thank God for USO. I will do my best to aboid United Airlines.

I've traveled extensively and have to say this was the worst experience ever. The terminal is run down, antiquated horrific. Upon arrival myself and many others I noticed, we're harassed to bribe officials so as to expedite the process or they simply stall until you relent. Much of the same during departure, constantly pressing you for money like irritating gnats buzzing in your ears. I will never visit again and will discourage anyone I encounter who plans to visit. This behavior of harassing customers for bribe any where else is a huge red flag but not liberia.

I am so disappointed with Air Canada. I wanted to book a vacation for me and my family of 30 including kids and was not able to get the price advertised. They say there was a glitch in the computer and therefore, they cannot honour the price. It was also on Exitnow.ca. This is very misleading and they should take responsiblitily. It has been a week and I did not receive a call. I spoke to someone in customer service and they were the ones to tell me it was a glitch and there is nothing they can do. They also told me there is no other person I can speak to. I can't believe that! I hope someone reads this and calls me to discuss this matter. West Jet made a mistake and they honoured the price and hotel listed without hesitation for my daughter. You can reach me at 647 390-5330.

Is there an email that I can write to regarding my damaged luggage - handle spoilt when my friend's daughter reached Incheon Airport on 1 July 2017 and after checking out, then she realized that it was spoilt? I called Singapore Asiana office at 65 62253866 - Alicia and she told me to call 82 327442135 during office hour which is not possible as my friend's daughter is having class at that time and that's why we need an email address to make a report and will attached a photo/video on the spoilt luggage handle. The worst customer service I have ever experienced! No one returns my calls ! My luggage and my husbands is missing now for two days and no one has contacted me! I guess getting a lawyer or contacting every media outlet is the way I will have to go at this point

Guest : Air Italy operates under the name of Meridiana. Recently I purchased three tickets with Meridiana to travel to Italy. Once I arrived at the airport I discovered that the flight was delayed by 4 hrs. Later on, I also discovered that we were traveling on Air Italy. This was the first time I heard of Airt Italy. Both trips to Italy and from Italy, Meridiana used Air Italy to transport passengers from NY to Naples and viceversa. On both occasions, the aircraft was very old, small, warn out and dirty. When I boarded the plane I felt if i went back to the 70s. Worn out leather seats, no entertainment system , no air condition controllers, old and discusting bathrooms, cramped seats, narrow corridors and to top it all off grumpy and indifferent staff. I have flown all over the world and this is the worst experience and airline. They should be ashame to use the Italian flag as their logo! I will never use Meridiana or Air Italy ( spin offs of the infamous Eurofly) ever ever again. In my oppinion, this is the worst european airline! Furthermore, during this last trip 4 passengers became ill due to poor air circulation. Good luck to you if you will consider using this airline. I saw Air Italy has direct flights from JFK to Palermo and Naples. Thanks for the thorough explanation of the service you received. I'll go ahead with one of the other airlines.

hello, here i am requesting to follow some suggestions. 1. during day flight please provide food twise.beacause brussels to mumbai 9 hour flight and plus time diffrance.so kids and people are getting hungry.and that time you just give one friut or small food is not ok. 2.mumbai brussles if you provide one time food instade of twise that is ok.bcas most of the people finished thair dinner at that time. 3.please donot charge in flight for use of empty seats and baby seats.this is complitly not good for flight reputation. 4.please upgrade your entertaintment as regularly as possibal. 5.please do not look forwaed for small small waights while check in.like pruse,or kids purse ext. 6. please try to be on time for the flights.it is always late from brussels and early to brussels. 7. please take care of vegitatrian foor speciaaly for food cantains. it shoud be without eggs and meats and fish. i am sending this messege as a friend on behalf of all the diamond community in antwerp.who are the meimmum trawellers from and for india. thank you

Nothing more and nothing less than FRAUDULENT !!! IS LATAM AIRLINES ENGAGED IN CRIMINAL FRAUD ? How many other FREQUENT FLYERS ARE BEING CHEATED ???? LATAM changed its points accumulation rules for 2017 for tickets purchased in 2017. Those of us who purchased tickets in 2016 for 2017 flights should earn points on those flights according to the 2016 rules AS LATAM PROMISED. In my case, LATAM arbitrarily changed my Etkt number for a June 2017 flight purchased in December 2016. I made no change to this reservation of any kind. I just consulted my LATAM Multiplus account and was shocked to see that instead of accumulating the expected 11,414 points TOTAL : 1,414 points for the ASU to GRU segment and 10,000 points for the GRU to MIA segment. Instead, only 444 points and 1,539 points show. These point(s) accumulations do not match any accumulation rules; old or new. LATAM has cheated me out of 9,431 points. ** If anyone else has been cheated, please contact me. I would like to initiate a class-action civil suit and file Criminal Fraud Charges if this can be established to be a common practice of LATAM Airlines. No doubt the doings of highly disreputable LAN personnel - but none-the-less LATAM, now. ALSO if there are other LATAM Fidelidade Gold and Platinum Level frequent flyers who have been abused at the Miami Airport, I would like to hear fr om you. I have routinely been subjected top attempts to EXTORT MONEY from me as LAN personnel pretend they do not know what the weight lim its are for baggage for tickets purchased in 2016 and/or pretend they do not know that Fidelidade PLATINUM clients get 2 extra bags on international flights thru Brazil.
