Guest : For those of your getting "reservation number is not exist" or "reservation code does not exist" when trying to find your flight booking with the reservation code and your name, try this. For the "reservation code" field, use the reservation code with all caps and no # at the start. For the "family name" field, use your FIRST name, ie. "John" in the name "John Smith". For the "middle and given name" field, use your MIDDLE and LAST names with a space in between, ie. "Middle Smith" in "John Middle Smith". Hope this helps. I've tried but still failed

Due to delayed flights my baggage did not arrive at the destination. Was asked to file a claim as all my stuff was in the baggage. I brought essentials the next day and filed a claim. Now Vietjet is not responding to my emails. It has been over a month despite sending them reminder emails. What should I do?

Eve Cook : I have 5 passengers booked and everyone’s birthday shows a day earlier then what I entered , how do you fix this with out being charged? Enter a day after your birthday and it goes backwards to the correct day.

Same happened to me i ended up Booking with trip.com and less than an hour i got My PNR code with flight information and i checked Vietjet website and was showing paid and ok.

I booked a flight from COK - SGN for 21st June 2024 and received booking confirmation and even able to find my booking status on Vietjet website. But when I checked for flights today, it shows there is no flight scheduled for 21st June 2024. I already booked and I received no update or communication regarding reschedule or cancelling of the flight. Anyone faced similar issue? or is this a website glitch that its not showing any flight on that day?

Why won't payment page recognise Queensland as the state . It says oops fill all required fields and you can see that the state has disappeared

Guest : Even after prefixing MR before my name, the app says “booking not found”. I am not sure if this problem is a technical problem from the back end or anything else. Did you ever get an answer? I got the same error

I had booking with ViewJet and it's reference no is HYG9JY. I am not finding this anymore and don't know the reason.

This worked thanks Guest : So everyone getting error of reservation code must try with writing mr / mrs with first name on page 1 and on next page remove mr or mrs as name is required as per passport, also while filling details please do not convert the same to your language, fill all details in vietnamese only by using google translate

Advise please. I only put my first name and surname in the booking whereas I have a middle name on my passport. How can I correct this? I don’t want to do a credit shell cancellation as many reviews say these take a long time. We don’t want want to be hit with a double payment as this is a one off trip to Vietnam.

You need to put your middle name too if that's what you put in the ticket. But I think that if you fly to Vietnam and needs a visa, it will not let you check in online.

Hi, i tried to put my booking details to check my booking int he vietjet website but its really not working :(( I tried also in firefox but same thing and i cant get any customer support because im not from VT

So I noticed that since I got my flight with VietJet that someone has been withdrawing money from an ATM in Ha Noi. I called my debit card fraud number but they said it's not a debit card transaction, that it is from my bank account directly. Overall upset I didn't notice sooner. Has anyone experienced this before?

For those of you that have problem getting into the 'My Booking', I had issue getting in and kept getting a message that the reservation info is incorrect. After reading the messages below, I got in by : - Use Microsoft Edge instead of Crome - After your first name add 'Ms/ Mr/ Mrs' as it appear on your booking confirmation.

I am coming back to let others know that the issue was I was using Chrome. Try using Microsoft Edge - it worked for me. Good luck.

Vietjet sent us the wrong flight time for a delayed flight. Instead of 9:00 in the morning they Said it’s 21:00. So now we missed the flight who else got that email?

We're having problems with Vietjet - they have moved us to an earlier flight (which we cannot make as our international flight will not have landed). We are trying to contact them but they keep saying we are using the wrong email address. They have created a new email address and attached it to the booking - but we have no access to this. Has anyone else had this - what did you do?

has VietJetAir been hacked? I cannot get access to my account Profile. "Log In Successful" but "failed to Fetch My Profile". (see attached) What is going on? i need to book flights.

I can't pay by credit card in the Vietjet Air website when I book. I alway get a error message "Confirmation Failed". Finally, I knew the reason after many tries. Only some "State/Province" on the "Card owner's informtion" dialog can be accepted when you pay via credit card. For example, if I choose "Taiwan" in the "Country" field, then there are 4 choices in the "State/Province" field. But only first one "Taipei" be selected can successfully pay. All other will get the error message "Confirmation Failed". So try to select another "State/Province" if you got the same problem.

Vietjet plays same song on repeat before take off and after landing. After two flights this week with them I am about to loose my mind. I have heard this horrible song “one day I will touch your soul” for probably 1,5 hours total. A small thing, but really ruins it for me. I will not fly with them if I can help it again. It’s probably suppose to be calming, but so annoying

These bastards charged me 1017 baht to check a regular bag weighing 12kg when the ticket costed 1900. It’s a complete scam they’re running, as they didn’t offer any alternatives and the 7kg stipulation was basically fine print. I don’t know how they settled on 1017 baht. I lined the pockets of some board members and stock holders today. Don’t be a sucker like me, fly Thai air or anyone else.

I felt so sad after I made some silly investment plans. I lost a huge amount to a trading company. I couldn’t even tell anyone about what happened to me because I was so ashamed of myself until Jim a recovery expert from the JimFunds team helped me recover all that was taken away from me and eventually exposed them to the authorities.
