Due to a 3 or more hours delay on flight Air Antilles S3 103, from Dominica to San Juan via st. Maarten, Friday May 31, 2019, I missed my flight to Miami and eventually to Mexico City. The flight locator AA RYIFZO.
It meant that I had to overnight unscheduled in Miami at Miami Airport Hilton Hotel, Blue Lagoon.
I request a refund of USD157.02 as your airline was responsible for that misfortune and cost. Please acknowledge receipt of this report and kindly respond to me by email: email@example.com. I intend to send my bank details and itinerary for that event. Many thanks.
Please advise how to pay for confirmed flight reservation made through travel agency in NYC. I am on Anguilla. Agency put in my Visa credit card but 3S said it was "unauthorized." My reservation must be purchased by April 20th
I need to know what would be the cheapest ariilne choice to fly to India, especially what's the best baggage price deal in the light of the present baggage rules with only 1 baggage & high baggage fees for extra bag/weight. If there is a 2-baggage allowance like before that would be best. Please help. Someone with recent experience/knowledge is preferred.
I attempted to make a reservation on the website. At the end when trying to submit credit card, it would not complete. As directed I completed the email contact form. No response for 2 days. Finally found a phone number in St. Lucia. The phone is answered with "Hello". No identifying that you have called Air Antilles or any business.
I am told I must send scanned copies of the credit card, complete a credit card authorization form and submit. Seems risky as I have no way of knowing I am talking to Air Antilles. I do so. Nothing. Finally call again and eventually get a confirmation /email. I ask for a manager . Am told it is "Gladys" in Gaudalupe. Ask for a phone number- it is no good.
I can only hope there is a flight or even a plane. Hace tried again twice to contact the airline on THEIR email contact form. No response.
Tried to book online. Wouldn't complete booking. Sent email to "contact us" . No Reply for 3 days
Called St Lucia "office" Told due to fake credit cards had to complete verification form sent by email. Want copies of the card etc.
Seems very unusual. Any one know anything about this airline?
