I would like to write about my experience with Airserbia. On 11 sept 2017 my flight was delayed from Beirut tp Paris for more than 1 hour, I have lost my connection to Paris in Belgrade.
However, I have been transferred to Slovenia with more than 6 hours of delay. I have also lost my train in Paris, and had to pay for another ticket.
My baggage were also delayed and they arrived after 4 day to me. The surprise I got ws that my baggage was also damaged.
I asked the company for a refund of my ticket of my flight and I also asked for an attestation from the company for the delay of the flight and the damage of the my bagages. Till now the company did not even answer.
However, during the flight, if you ask for a pillow or a blanket, you will get an aggressive answer from the personal telling you that it is only for the business class. When the person beside me asked for a cup of water, he also was answered by an aggressive way telling him that they need first to serve the business class and come back to him.
This is the last time I take this flight and I never recommend.

Since 3 months I'm claiming to get reimbursement for damaged luggage. They reply twice that its in progress but nothing is happening since such long time.
There is no telephone number to call and ask about status - simply they are avoiding responsibilities. This was my first and last flight with them.
I thank the Danica Jovanovic,Silvana Dokic,Sasa Jovanovic,Ivana Sretenovic and Marina Despotovic you were wonderful and I will remember their trip thanks to you and your kindness very long. You've traveler further Zorica Sarcineli.
I was flying Air Serbia twice this year. I am very satisfied with the service of the company. The service is excellent the cabin staff professional, but have yet to solve the problems of lost baggage of transit passengers. My experience was great and again I will fly this company.
I strongly suggest to avoid Airserbia.
I had so many trouble with them, they lost my luggage for 9 days (i've received it when I was already back home) letting me without any clothes during my vacation.
On the flight back the first flight was so late that I've lost my connection flight, but this is was the problem, the main issue was the poor ground airSerbia service, nearly 200 people were let without any info, water and food for more than 10 hours.
Now, it's 2 months I'm try to get in contact with their claim department, but without any luck, they do not respond to the many emails I've sent them or at the phone.
VERY BAD SERVICE!!! AIRSERBIA IS THE WORST AIRLINE I'VE EVER BEEN!!
