The worst customer service I have ever experienced! No one returns my calls ! My luggage and my husbands is missing now for two days and no one has contacted me! I guess getting a lawyer or contacting every media outlet is the way I will have to go at this point
Letter in post to say booking or seat reservation not recorded for flightTS0822 return from Vancouver to Gatwick, Full flight, difficulties getting seats,worse still missing the flight or being separated,sorted,then our upgrade to Economy Extra in doubt,agreed at last minute.The food was minimal,hate to think what the non extras got. The cake/bread given before landing was awful. Stress levels very high!!!!!!!!.
we had a bad experience the air hostess started shouting at us and our 2 year old and grabbed her legs and pushed them down under the seat pointing at her and shouting she had not slept and was cranky but not the right way to go about it made a formal complaint nothing from air transat
