Extreamly poor airline, no professionalism, especially the airport staff in jamaica.

They delayed my flight 2 hours and gave me a $15 voucher for food. The “voucher” was an air Canada voucher with the name scribbled out, when I tried to use it no one in the airport would accept it.

Very nice color scheme. A good strong and productive airplane, the embraer 120.. All I can say. Haven't flown with them yet. Beautifull tail livery.... Greetings from the southern caribbean. Curacao - Dutch Caribbean...

Very disappointed with the airline. This is my second time flying from providenciales to Jamaica. First time was a disaster as my 3pm flight did not leave until 7pm. Now today I called customer service at 12:30pm and was told that the flight is on schedule for 4pm. Got to the airport at 2pm to be informed that the flight is delayed until 6pm. It is now 5:42pm, no plane insight, and no one has the common courtesy to inform awaiting passengers that the flight will be further dalayed. Very disappointed.
