Cant get hold of them to change a ticket date, called all the phone numbers they list, called the main office in venezuela, no answer, in the usa they live you on hold fof a very long time and cant get to talk to anyone ever , day after day, nothing, service completely stinks, like everything in venezuela, completely disorganized useless and impractical, choose someone else.
