My flight from Denpasar to jakarta has been change and they offering a refund and I need to do in on their website. I have a simple question to them as it’s one booking code with two passenger do I need to make it twice and I don’t have KTP shall I fill in my passport number. Simple question no one can answer and they closed my chatt again and again and I try is to call and they makes me waiting for more than 30 minutes which cost me money as I am calling from Europe. Send an email got no response. So disappointed and never ever wanna try to use this airlines . They are suck for the service. No professional service you can get.

This is not theCitilink carrier' site here, but the discussions on the services of the Citilink carrier. If there is no flight information (e-ticket number / reservation number, date , destinations/ origin / name), noone is able to reply without the correct data and the full data. In order to get the correct reply, kindly attach the reservation / booking number and / or produce air carrier / date / fllight number / airports / your name at least. Requests on refund must produce full name, reservation / e-ticket and email address of the passenger in the attachment. The reply can be handlled within 48 hours - 144 hours by free staff in English. I AM a passenger of citylink flight no. QG0809 should be departed at 06.40 p.m tonight but got delay almost in 2 hours. Very dissapointed on that.

I was flying from Lombok international airport to Bandung via Citilink QG896 on 14 July 2015. I lost my dslr camera with my one month all memories of Indonesia, the camera was in carrying bag and someone stolen it.My bag bar code number is QG0999980867. I am really disappointed with this work. I talked and called many times with Citilink staffs but they didn't responded anything, I hope nobody else will get this problem.

Persistent technical error on their website- I am unable to change the date of flight through the Manage Booking service online. Airline does not reply to emails or messages sent through their website. Can please someone fix this??

To Whom It May Concern, I'm sorry to inform you that I've made a mistake of my e-booking today with reference number I6E85Z. I didn't notice that there are two different airports in Jakarta, and wrongly booked flights of HLT instead of CGK. I'm supposed to make a transit at CGK from Jakarta to Yogyakarta. Disgusting way to treat your paying customers flight P7 172 from kos to gatwick three delays on inward bound flight flight was delayed /left on the plane 30 mins waiting for stairs to disembark/then left waiting for our luggage to arrive for a least an hour . will not be using this airline again you have been warned...

I need the URGENT replied from your ticketing department ASAP. I need to travel to Batam from PAdang on October 4, 2014 which on last flight somewhere in the evening. But I may not able to purchase your ticket by using CIMB Clicks which issuance from Malaysia. Very suck...!! Today is the night mare with citi link. Got mail our flight from PLG - PKu will re-schedule from 9am to 6PM for Saturday 17th May. totally will miss our connection in Batam. I did call them and a lady was handle me. I explained the problem and she said, i must fly on Sunday 18th. I said i cannot do that, cause must be arrive in Pku before 12 mid day to attend family wedding. But she kept said No more option. I told her was happend 3 month ago from Pku - PLG and Citi link suggested we fly to Batam and will connect the next day. But we decided refund last time and we got back our money at the same day at airport Pku. Now i explain her, we will fly on Saturday afternoon to Batam, and we will find the hotel by our own money and please arrange for me the flight on Sunday morning cause there is a morning flight citi link Bth - Pku. But she said "CANNOT". must be fly on Sunday from Palembang. Whats the hell.....!! this change not from our side, and why last time they suggested to us like this was? and now she said cannot? And she yelled at me and said "if you dont like you can refund and wait for 60 days". OMG... How come citi link has an employee like this woman?? We will fight in Palembang airport to get our money back on Saturday morning, We cannot wait 60 days to get it back...

How did you book your ticket? Last time I checked en.tiket.com/ they had some good offers, but with so many negative comments I'm not sure now that I want to fly with them..
