Took Corsair to go to France and lost my wallet on the flight. They supposedly looked and could not find it on the plane. But 3 weeks later, when I got home, had a message on my answering machine that they found it with a number to call in France!! Was it to hard for them to put an alert on my ticket home to tell me they had found it. So I try to reach them but the person is never there. She works fr om 9 to 12 only or is always off, on vacation , or sick. And of course, no one else can help me. And with the difference in hours between here and there, I have to put my alarm clock in the middle of the night to reach them since they never call back...and of course, there is no 1-800 number so charges to my phone bill. After 1 month, they finally tell me that my wallet is now at the Montreal airport at Corsair. So I go there to get it over 100 km from my home), get there, there is no one at the desk. Go to information and ask for help. They try to find them, call them on the intercom and after 30 minutes of waiting, someone finally shows up...but not my wallet. They have no clue wh ere it is!!! GREAT SERVICE...TO BE CONTINUED

A company Corsarfly flee absolutely! There are already two weeks I went to their website to buy tickets for my family to spend the holidays in the island of Reunion. I made the necessary step to buy 4 tickets, and all went well until the end and suddenly I got an error: --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- No data fr om the query to Amadeus. We regret not being able temporarily to respond to your request. Please try again later or if the error persists, contact us. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Now the question I'm asking you what you're doing when you receive this kind of message?? Try again later, logic, like me. And you end up with two bills of 3500 euros! Except that this is wh ere rub Corsairfly will refund in 90 days! And refund service Corsairfly is a separate service from Corsairfly, located in Beauvais, impossible to call them, and they do not respond to email!

I flew with Corsair for a workshop in France between the 28th of July and the 13th of August and my luggage never arrived in France. I notified the Luggage services and gave them my information. Since then i have been trying to contact the company and whom ever will provide some update about my luggage and what they will do about but that has been a challenge. No one seemed to have been concerned about the inconvenience that was caused since all of my clothes and other important things were in my luggage. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated about this matter. It has been 23 days since my luggage was lost.
