Dear Sir/Madam My email address is: koz@box.net.au I believe that I lost an item in the Ngurah Rai Airport International departure lounge at Gate 6B last night while waiting for Jetstar flight JQ128 that departed for Adelaide at 11:50pm Sat 07 Jul 2018. It was a small round plastic container measuring about 12cm in diameter and 4cm deep that contained a small pink cloth bag that contained a RSA SecurID token, a grey remote control , a USB and a roll of sticky tape. year2018 (all messages): This is not the Denpasar Ngurah Rai International Airport site here, but the discussions related to the services here. There is no flight information /e-ticket number / reservation on this air carrier. No one can reply without the correct and full data on the reservation or on the flight/destination. Such comments are not fair. In order to get the correct reply, kindly attach the reservation / booking number and produce fllight number / airports. Requests on refund must produce full name, reservation / eticket and email address in attachment. The reply can be handlled within 2-5 days by free staff in English. We flew on flight NZ 246 last night from Denpasar to Auckland . I put my iPhone in yellow case on airplane mode at Hard Rock and then walked to gate 9 . I went to the men's toilet while my wife waited on the yellow lounger. Somehow between the Hard Rock and gate 9 and the toilet I lost my iPhone 6 .i stayed at the Sofitel . Please could Security look for my phone or has anyone handed it in karekareng@xtra.co.nz Neil Gurran

Hello, at our arrival at Bali on auguste the 5th 2017, one of our luggages has been stucked at conveyor Nr 3 ad the employee of the airport has unstucked our luggage, but he has also damaged one wheel of the luggage. Our luggage is now out of order. We claim the airport for refund of the luggage. We have a certificate of Air Asia that we can transfer you. A person of Air Asia has taken a photography of our broken luggage, you can ask them. Air Asia told us that their company is not responsible for the damage, but the airport, so I write you. I was travelling with Jetstar from Denpasar to Melbourne on 3rd May 2016@ 2.45 pm. While boarding time at the gate, 2 men and 2 women were checking the bags and didn't allow to take the water bottle for my kids age of 4.5 years. They were very rude and arrogant to us and they allowed the family just in front of us to take the water bottle with them. It was so racial and talking in the racial words. The people who were standing in front of the gates have no culture, respect.
