Very Bad experience at Bali Airport as that luggage contains my clothes and other valuables which are urgently required in BALI
We flew on flight NZ 246 last night from Denpasar to Auckland . I put my iPhone in yellow case on airplane mode at Hard Rock and then walked to gate 9 . I went to the men's toilet while my wife waited on the yellow lounger. Somehow between the Hard Rock and gate 9 and the toilet I lost my iPhone 6 .i stayed at the Sofitel . Hello, at our arrival at Bali on auguste the 5th 2017, one of our luggages has been stucked at conveyor Nr 3 ad the employee of the airport has unstucked our luggage, but he has also damaged one wheel of the luggage. Our luggage is now out of order. We claim the airport for refund of the luggage.
We have a certificate of Air Asia that we can transfer you. A person of Air Asia has taken a photography of our broken luggage, you can ask them. Air Asia told us that their company is not responsible for the damage, but the airport, so I write you.

I was travelling with Jetstar from Denpasar to Melbourne on 3rd May 2016@ 2.45 pm. While boarding time at the gate, 2 men and 2 women were checking the bags and didn't allow to take the water bottle for my kids age of 4.5 years. They were very rude and arrogant to us and they allowed the family just in front of us to take the water bottle with them. It was so racial and talking in the racial words. The people who were standing in front of the gates have no culture, respect.
