Aereolinea that was no longer working in Venezuela. I wonder in this case as can rejoin my ticket or make a change to another aereolinea you fly to Aruba, but somehow have a reliable aereolinea as they are solving the problem. I don't believe after all the complains below this airline is still in service. I have been trying to contact them and also call and for some reason even their website does not work. Can someone from this website take them to task and notify us all * passengers of what we can do to get our refunds and travel inconvenience addressed. I do have an email trail with their customer service team which will be honored in court. But now we are having trouble reaching their team.

i bought tickets online on the dae website from paramaribo to miami the company was out of business but they let the website open to rob people and it worked with me this is completly illegal and we all are going to sue them i had to buy all my tickets again because i lost my connection from miami to seattle if you had any trouble with this company please send me an email at jadiamme@hotmail to take actions as soon as possible

The worst is now over. I have been informed that the airline is out of business by Expedia.com They recommend I make a dispute with my credit card company to try to get money back. Credit card company says they will not dispute any purchase over 120 days ago. How can that be? Airline tickets are booked 180 days or more for international. So I am now officially up the creek. Poor service on credit card. DEA has my money!!!

I was supposed to be on the same flight 8/24 at 11. No notice, no representatives, phone number no one answers. Had to buy one way ticket from American Airlines for $600 when my original DAE roundtrip ticket was $326. Original departure ticket from Orlando was cancelled on 8/18 also and had to drive to Miami. No notification of cancellation and no one manning the ticket counter. Cheap Tickets and Orbitz continue to sell tickets for this airline and does nothing to rectify the situation other than calling airline and sitting on hold for 1hr. Supervisors do nothing as well. Tickets are still available for tomorrow's flight despite the fact that the company cannot pay the airport, cannot afford to fuel the plane, or pay it's employees. DAE deserves to go out of Business. I hope the owners lose everything and are imprisoned for fraud. If they are having financial issues, the least they can do is let their customers know. Post a freaking sign. Halt ticket sales until everything is sorted out. I will never do business with this company or any travel company selling their tickets again.

Hello, I am really concern about the news relate to flying from and to Venezuela. Many people, including me bought tickets and now we do not know what is going to happen. I think it has been very irresponsible; we have waited long time without any concrete answer. They do not answer the phone or even worse, they hang up when you tell why you are calling, today somebody from DAE office in Caracas said that we should send an email and wait (who knows how long) for an answer.

this is the worst airline I ever see, they don't care about the customer. they can cancel your flight when ever they feel and they won't notify you,they will promise you refund I don't know how long that will take . I don't recommend this airline to any one unless you looking for trouble.
This is the worst they are putting my country to shame with the way they do business. the passage had a medical situation. she was not able to travel. I have been call the Miami number for days before the departure date so I can get someone to assist me with making changes to her fight. I sounds like someone pick up the phone and just does not say anything. then I had to call a curacao number. the person that answer was stupid I'm Still in limbo and no one have been answering the calls. I only travel American airline. this Company don't have to worry about getting my money ever again. you try to give small company your time but it los like you end up spending money time and energy. Maybe the need better customer agents and up grade their phones. and everything every thing else.

This airline is absolutely terrible. Never had an on time flight. Total delays reached over 20 hours on three flights. Oh, and this wasn't b/c of weather b/c these flights were only going from Curacao to Miami and back and Orlando to Miami and back. The personnel are constantly lying to you saying that there is a new plane coming. As of right now, it is 130am Sat morning and my friends who were supposed to see me over the weekend haven't even Fn left Orlando. They were supposed to be here at 740 Friday. Someone really needs to report these people to the airlines and revoke them b/c this is complete and utter BS
Hello! I've just read a lot of ill things about your airline service. My flight N° 9H- NPZCUR is due from Paramaribo-Miami on July 31st return August 14th. I do hope my wife and I won't have any surprises. I do hope we'll ON TIME because I'm traveling from very far. If there should be any delay please don't inform us at the last moment and I demand any inconvenience (extra hotel fees or anything of the sort) be taken of care by you because I'm a physically sick person and I won't be able to wait extra hours or sleep at airports. This is just to inform you.

You get what you pay for - lost baggages, then lies after lies and when you get it two or three days later you will be missing valuable stuff. Your emails will come back undelivered, Customer Servis will play "dead bug" game and when you finaly get manager Ingrid Frankin on line she either lie or will hang up on you. Not only they ruined my vacation, they took some of my stuff and when I asked for refund they are blocking my mail.
We had a terrible experience with this airline. If possible, I will suggest that you should cancel and book with American Airlines or Insel Air. Our Dilemma: Our outbound flight from Miami to Curacao on 4/18/2013 was changed from 7am to 4pm, and then the return flight was also changed ahead of the return date 4/24/2013 from 9pm flight to 11am in the morning. These changes cost us 2 days of our vacation. When we complained about the changes to front desk attendant at the Miami Airport, she (Carla Fernanadez) rudely informed us that the airline has a right to cancel, then started speaking in Spanish language to her collegues. When my wife, who also understands and speaks Spanish informed her that there was no need to be uncourteous, she kept quiet and walked away. To get back at us, she pick me and my wife out for additional TSA screening. I spoke to the TSA agent about the reason for the additional search and he mentioned that the airline flagged us for the additional search. He jokingly asked my wife if we pissed someone off at DAE. I was so furious that at the gate prior to boarding, we asked to speak to Carla Fernandez's supervisor, instead we were given a security detail for FALCON named Goston. Couldn't decide if Goston or Carla was the rudest. The Goston person told us that he only deals with security issues and not customer complaints. After we insisted and complained that the airline was profiling pessengers, Goston then informed us that Carla Fernandez is the supervisor on duty. I saw no point in protesting further at that point but to use forums as this to make other passengers aware. The Equipment: It is evidenced that the fleet is very old although maintainable. There are visible cracks on the seats and holes throughout the plane. The toilet flush handle was broken and rigged with some visible screws. The flight was uneventful but looking at the condition of the plane, it was difficult to have a nice flight. My conclusion: I will never fly Dutch Antllles Airlines again even if it is "Free of Charge" and would never recommend anyone to fly them. Poor customer service, delayed scheduled and unsafe and aging aircraft fleets.

First of all: if DAE have service department, it should DO SERVICE. Me and my wife (actually some passengers with us too) couldn't find any DAE's service. We bought tickets to the DAE's flight directly fr om Aruba to Bonaire on 9 p.m. 08/01/2013. Firstly DAE cancelled this flight and suggested that we can go another company (InselAIR) to Curacao that evening, they promised to achieve us with a hotel for a night, with a dinner there, then with a breakfast, and then to deliver us with InselAIR too to Bonaire at 9 a.m 09/01/2013. We were ought to agree because we have already left our hotel in Aruba and wanted to arrive to Bonaire as soon as possible. We came to Curacao, wh ere DAE's representative sent us with a taxi to an off-grade hotel. And she promised to send a taxi for us by 7 a.m. to be in time to depart at 9 a.m. As we come to that "hotel" after 11 p.m. we remained hungry till the next morning, because the restaurant was already closed. All the DAE's representative could say was "Sorry, I can do nothing..." Then next morning at 7 no taxi come for us and I asked for the hotel's manager to connect with DAE's representatives to check out what was wrong. They said that our flight to Bonaire delayed from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and... They lied. That flight departed without us in time! When we came to the airport, we tried to change our tickets to the closest flight to Bonaire with DAE to 10:30 a.m. The DAE's cashier said no and even didn't want to listen to us. She said that we missed the flight and suggested that we should buy new tickets. She didn'n want to hear that it was DAE's fault - they didn't send a taxi for us and lied about flight's delaying. We were not alone with such problems - DAE's representative area at the airport was full of disturbed and grumbler passengers. It's true! We asked for the book of complaints but DAE's cashier didn't give it. She said: "You missed your InselAIR's flight, so go to them and give your claims". No responsibility, no service. DAE stole the whole day of our vacation. It seems like managers treat badly with DAE's stuff, because they are not friendly with passengers and tough too. They make tourists opinion about Curacao. And it is not positive. The only person who helped us to get to Bonaire was InselAIR's stuff (Pany). She checked us in their's flight without any problems. We see InselAIR is careing for not only their passengers, but for people at all. And DAE can't even do what they are payed for. Never choose DAE again(((! Hope you will improve someday.
Never book Dae if you have an alternative. We were suppose to fly fr om curacao to Aruba at 8 am , flight left at 4 pm , too late for us as we had a connection to ny at 1 am.. Offered us to fly to Miami , book us a hotel as we would arrive too late and organize a transfers to fort lauderdale wh ere our new ny connection would leave from. We accepted , arrived at 11 pm in Miami ,no hotel was booked, our luggage was not there and the supervisor supposed to take care of us mr. Gonzales was on holiday! The biggest issue is the very bad commmunication Giving you no option to find a plan b on time and not at midnight. Staff in curaçao is very friendly an do their best, but they don' t seem very effective and capable to deal with problems that apparently are their daily business.
