I need checkin my trip, Caracas - Madrid , localizador ZJKMSB
Travelled on the 19th from Sxm to Cur, flight was flown for Insel air of Curacao. First we were borded and going on board saw that they were working on L-H side engine, after 15 min of flight we had to return to Sxm. After lots of delay go/ no go, is the repair finished we departed 2e time all in all 6 hours too late. Sat on board for almost 1 hour no information from cocpit or cabin, guess the communication in Englisch was not up to par Needs lots of working on this airline.
INDEED THE WORST FOR EVER SURELY
Terrible service. Worst airline ever. Travelled to Margarita last night (9 July 2015) they had several mature persons with ailments including someone who had a stroke sitting at Piarco Airport, Trinidad for several hours with no explanation and no compensation and made them lose out in practically an entire day at the resort because by the time they got to their destination 6 hrs later they were so tired all they did was slept. You are the worst airline we have encountered.

This is the worst airline ever. Our flight in St. Maarten delayed 3 TIMES.My family took off at 8:00 in the night.There were baby roaches in the plane.When we were coming back, it delayed again. and inside was peeling off. We left at 9:45 in the night, after a 2 TIME delay again.I WILL NEVER FLY WITH THEM AGAIN.

Estelar....you've managed to raise my blood pressure before my relaxing weekend in St. Maartin waiting for over 3 hours......and after waiting for over 2 1/2 hours... well done! You have defeated the whole purpose of having a stress free vacation....

The Service of this airline is deplorable. Not only are the flights regularly delayed, the reasons (or rather excuses) for the delays vary every 15 minutes or so. I have had the displeasure of travelling with this airline and must advise that I will never put God out of my thoughts and do that again.

WORST AIRLINE EVER!! my school chartered this airline from St Lucia to Margarita and it was delayed TWO DAYS on the way to margarita! Always told lies about new flight times. Also delayed 5 HOURS on the way back. Never with estelar again...
I concur. Extremely poor. A test of your patience. Must get its act together to earn some credibility. Shabby shabby service. Would so much like to meet the operations personnel face to face.
Very unreliable , prolonged delays with inconsistencies in excuses for such delays. Seems disrespectful of clients time. Clients' level of tolerance must be exceedingly high to maintain sanity when dealing with this carrier. Must try urgently to improve on service provided, especially the charter service. Have never rated anything as being below 'poor', but this is the rating that this carrier deserves.

travelled with this airline on 26 /12/2013 - 29/12/2013 to Margarita from Piarco, Trinidad. This was the worst ever I have experienced in my travels. The airline delayed 3 hours on 26th December to Margarita and also a 5 Hour Delayed back on 29/12/2013. We did not receive good service at all. You need to improve on your service.

at first went from Caracas to Porlamar: flight perfect - dream landing! Crew nice. Especially at the Airport - very caring about the cat. flight back: Airplane seemed old, staff at the Airport again incredibly nice but Crew wasn't that nice. Unfortunately chaos at ccs so the cat and suitcases were lost for several hours. Drinks on the plane even though a very short flight. good Service. amazed by the friendly staff from Estelar at the Airports!
This airline and margarita is unratable...minus 100. I hope no mother or parent will ever experience what we had to endure yesterday 25/8/13. We left our hotel at 9am after having breakfast at 7am. Arrived at airport 45mins later only to find one counter clerk checking in 200 passengers as well as receiving departure tax payments. I am the mother of a 9 month old baby and no consideration given to me or child to check in first. We ended up checking in almost last which would of been close to 12pm. We then sat in the waiting area without any word of when we were going to depart. About 3pm i gave my baby his final feed of milk expecting to depart soon, that's when the horror started. Around 3.20 pm a passenger who could speak both english and spanish announced that the plane had a flat tire and we would probably leave around 4.30pm. When asked why we were told so late the airport personnel said they can't speak english. I immediately started to panic knowing my baby would need his baby milk which was in my luggage already checked in. i quickly brought it to the attention of an immigration officer that i needed the milk from my suitcase. He returned and told me that it isn't possible for me to get my luggage with the milk. I went into more panic knowing fully that my baby would want his milk around 5pm. The officer assured me that he is going to get a fruit and potato for him. Till now no food for baby. I never got anything. Everyone was hungry and they said they would organise something for everyone to eat which only some of us got at around 5.30pm. Others remained starving. I begged and cried for my baby's milk but they did not budge. Everyone begged for my baby's milk but they were heartless. One passenger really tried her best to help me until they finally said they would buy me some milk that was probably around 6pm. I had no choice but to feed him crushed cookies which he was not satisfied with because he's a baby, no teeth 9 mths old. I never got the food or milk for my child and he cried for the entire flight back. When we finally left after 6pm and arrived in Trinidad at 7pm. I never felt so helpless in my life, they had no mercy for a baby. He probably could of died and still they would of told me they can't let me in my suitcase for the milk. I would not advise anyone to travel to Margarita with ESTELAR or any airline. The airport personnel sucks.
Estelar Airline. POS SXM E4 8440 4.30pm to St Maarten light never arrived on 7th august 2013 at piarco airport , trinidad. The staff at Piarco did not know a thing. Because of protests and several loud queries as to what was happening prompted two annoucements during the 5hrs wait. Passengers were waiting at the boarding gate with their boarding passes in order, for hours. The Piarco staff became annoyed at times since several queries were thrown at them. finally at around 900 pm , an announcement was made to gate 6..Everyone lined up thinking they were finally going to st maarten. Horrific news was told. the flight was cancelled. It was a terrible experience since they were people of all origins French, dutch, english, spanish...and others together with trinidadians and tobagians looking forward to a holiday with their families, young and old. anxiety waiting over news on the flight left many shocked. I mean it was not cancelled because of a hurricane..was it? it was never intended to arrive in the first place. the passengers was misled from the start and was also misled during the waiting period that it will arrive in a few minutes, over and over again. People took valuable time from their jobs, to have some time with their loved ones and this airline and krystal tours in Trinidad never cared.
Horror!! Horror!!Travelled on Estelar airline on 1.8.13 -checked in 11.00 for 2.00pm left Trinidad after 7.00pm. Piarco Air Services staff very unfriendly and unapproachable as they could not tell us anything and bluffed their way out. Then on 4.8.13 the Tour guide picked us up at 8.00am from the hotel for a 12.00 noon flight. The flight left around 4.50pm. No explanation given.The Estelar staff in Margarita were very 'hoggish' and sour and unapproachable. They also assigned families with children separate seat all over the aircraft and told you that you would be seated how you came on Thursday. Although we were about 10th in line we were seated separately and we were not the only ones with very small children who were separated -even mothers and toddlers. We were just let sitting in the departure area and they kept passing up and down and No explanation or a meal or anything as the same staff who spoke english suddenly could not understand any english. It was a nightmare and everyone agreed never to travel with this airline again. No one has apologise as yet.There were 3 flights on each day. This is so sad as everyone I know will never travel with this airline again. The Travel agent and the tour guides will most certainly lose their jobs if they do not change the airline. La Perla and Convisas airlines were leaving on time.
Never felt that anxious when I entered a plane. The plane was very very old, the mechanic repaired something in the cockpit and hit it with his fist. But its better to die, than to stay in Caracas...
