Low cost is not the only fact ...the important is the people..i apply for an assessment for pilot position and really surprise because in my pilot background history of 35 years in aviation i never saw the low and poor quality staff without any respect and consideration for the people that as me believes we are going to something better ..was inexperience aviation personnel who lobby you for nothing ...really understand the cause pakistani are not highly qualified people.. non experts in the field..really a fake imagen ..dont trust...dont lose your time and money .. Flydubai has issues with their security. Be careful when you get flights on their site online. They can charge for the flight that you are considering but not really confirming (thus breaking the law). They charged me for the flight that I did not confirm with the code that my bank sent me to a phone number. How could they do that, that's a big question. They promised to refund me that money within 7 weeks when I called them on the same day, but they have not done anything since May 10th and are ignoring my emails for 36 days now. Thus Flydubai proves to breach the security and behave incompetently when promising one thing and doing nothing about it. Their silence about my questions about security makes me think that it is all true and they do not want to acknowedge it.

Hi, i have booked ticket for my georgia trip through fly dubai. along with it i also booked trave insurancel guard by AIG designed for fly dubai passenger. Does this travel insurance is perfect and i would have no problem at georgia immigration or does this insurance is only for traveling in flights. Thanks a ton for your help

Hi, I bought tickets 14th march 2016 from Prague to Male at 1march 2017 and i've got flight Prague-Dubai, Dubai-Colombo, Colombo-Male and I have got message from flydubai 2nd april 2016 that they change our flight and now I fly Prague-Dubai, Dubai-Male, Male-Colombo. What I should do now? Get off normally on Male? And what about my luggage, and will not fly to Colombo?

Hi people. I need help with using my Fly Dubai voucher. When buying my ticket I first verify the voucher and it successfully goes through and shows the amount I have on my voucher. Then I click on pay now and it says: Sorry, there is a problem in processing your voucher payment. Please check your voucher reference/PIN and try again. It's been like this for days. What should I do? It is still withing 1 year and valid though. How to use this voucher please?

I am currently at Dubai terminal waiting to departure to Isfshan, Iran. My flight has been delayed 6 hours already and there is no sign of departure time yet. It is amazing to me that no one is here to answer or any indication of the delayed causes. We all feel in * . This is my first time flying by FlyDubaib and definetly the last time. Not very responsible for people on the ground.

I have flown fly dubai enroute Dubai and i really thought i would build loyalty with them too, i realize this is going to be a hard paper, you have really have to work hard to be a Dubai client, i wish such reviews were open to the general public we would make better decisions i think they are thriving on consumer ignorance, i have just learnt that surprisingly they share ownership with Emirates, why cant the mgt borrow a leaf especially customer service Beher : The epitome of a low cost carrier lies firmly with Fly Dubai. I flew the carrier fr om Bishkek to Bahrain via Dubai. With a six hour layover, one would think there is sufficient time for baggage to make the connection. But upon arrival in Bahrain, my baggage is missing in action. Upon filing of a missing baggage report, I am advised that Fly Dubai DOES NOT provide a per diem allowance to cover essentials while baggage is tracked. Later I am advised that there is another Fly Dubai flight in another three hours and it may be on that flight. But, no, that is still not sufficient time for the airline to resolve the issue. Finally, it arrives via Gulf Air (Thank you for stepping up to the plate where Fly Dubai fails dramatically). Only to be told I should return to the airport to collect it myself as Fly Dubai, as a low budget carrier service does not offer such service. Really Maybe you should check my passenger record that I am incapacitated due to two surgeries on my foot and require a wheel chair. Great service you offer. Low budget ticket prices was similar to that of full service airline, Turkish Airlines, but you presented the shortest time (or so I thought) between point to point. Maybe your CEO does not realize the level of service that is being provided and never studied marketing that the cost of losing one customer is equivalent of capturing ten new customers. Worse word of mouth, especially in this age of Social Media, will by far out cost the price of a lousy service to deliver the baggage and a small per diem allowance. No, you would rather stick to your policy (I will check with IATA as to legalities in accordance with international treaties) than try to build loyalty. Thank you to my hotel guest services. Golden Tulip Bahrain has picked up the ball wh ere it was dropped by Fly Dubai.

I am amazed how fly dubai continues to thrive with very poor customer services dept, i wonder if they have a customer services dept at all. I wrote a complaint email where six of us were bumped as we traveled to India, they quickly send an automated email acknowledging my complaint with #03308035 promising to get back to me in 10 days , after 11 days i wrote to them , i got another automated response urging me to call if i need service, i have called +97160054445 ( not toll free) and the line simply runs adverts . I am confused, does anybody know of a body that regulates Flydubai where i can seek assistance Fred. +256701800601

Economy class In economy class, you can pre-pay to check in 20 kg of baggage on any flydubai flight. If you want to take more baggage, you might be able to pre-pay to check in 30 kg or 40 kg if theres enough space on the flight. The baggage allowance may be included in some fares . (You might be able to pre-pay to check in 30 kg or 40 kg if theres enough space on the flight) What is that mean if no space we cant take 30kg incase we pay additional amount

I booked tour in Dubai not really knowing what to expect. I got picked up from my hotel no extra charge and Our driver from Tlt Limo was fantastic giving us commentary the entire trip. Sand bashing was a thrilling experience We arrived at camp in the dessert with food and drinks on hand along with dancers and other experiences. Plenty of food and drink available and again choice and quality could not fault After camp we headed back a different route with our driver providing commentary all the way. I got dropped back to my hotel late in the evening. This was such a fantastic experience and one I will never forget. Top quality and best value for money Recommend http://tlt.ae
