Flydubai has issues with their security. Be careful when you get flights on their site online. They can charge for the flight that you are considering but not really confirming (thus breaking the law). They charged me for the flight that I did not confirm with the code that my bank sent me to a phone number. How could they do that, that's a big question. They promised to refund me that money within 7 weeks when I called them on the same day, but they have not done anything since May 10th and are ignoring my emails for 36 days now. Thus Flydubai proves to breach the security and behave incompetently when promising one thing and doing nothing about it. Their silence about my questions about security makes me think that it is all true and they do not want to acknowedge it.

I am currently at Dubai terminal waiting to departure to Isfshan, Iran. My flight has been delayed 6 hours already and there is no sign of departure time yet. I am amazed how fly dubai continues to thrive with very poor customer services dept, i wonder if they have a customer services dept at all. I wrote a complaint email where six of us were bumped as we traveled to India, they quickly send an automated email acknowledging my complaint with #03308035 promising to get back to me in 10 days , after 11 days i wrote to them , i got another automated response urging me to call if i need service, i have called +97160054445 ( not toll free) and the line simply runs adverts . I booked tour in Dubai not really knowing what to expect. I got picked up from my hotel no extra charge and Our driver from Tlt Limo was fantastic giving us commentary the entire trip. Sand bashing was a thrilling experience We arrived at camp in the dessert with food and drinks on hand along with dancers and other experiences. Plenty of food and drink available and again choice and quality could not fault After camp we headed back a different route with our driver providing commentary all the way. I got dropped back to my hotel late in the evening. This was such a fantastic experience and one I will never forget. Top quality and best value for money Recommend tlt.ae

Our flights got cancelled due to the Dubai crash landing incident and on the day of our flights we were informed to go back home and go to Fly-Dubai branch to either get our money refunded as well as our taxi fares or get a new flight. All the flights until the 12 August are fully booked hence we were not able to get a flight through FlyDubai. Today, I went to your branch to get a refund but I was informed that I can only get a voucher and I have to contact you through email to get my money back. I was also informed that they cannot do anything on their side as it's just a ticketing office. I think this incident was handled very badly as it was not our fault that we were forced to book another flight with different airlines as all your flights are sold out. Instead of giving a good service for the passengers, all the passengers have to go through and struggle to get their money refunded. Your branches should have been informed about this incident as this has been wasting our time and money! It would have been our first time to travel with Fly Dubai and I would never try it again.

Tried to use my friend's card who already booked his ticket: BLOCKED, another friend who booked his ticket as well: BLOCKED...I use another card of mine: BLOCKED. Called my bank telling them to take of the block, they say the computer is not showing any proof that the card tried to process. My friend called his bank and they said the same thing. It is now 5 am and I have been thoroughly frustrated by the level of service received. Had this been an emergency, it would not have been as laughable an experience, nonetheless pathetic, to say the least. I am a resident of Dubai, currently sitting in Bulgaria (a very pleasant holiday so far), completely destroyed in the past 12 hours, by what should have been a fairly simple transaction. Due to fly back on the 27th of July (FZ758, booking reference CSMQII), I was invited to stay back for a couple of days. So, with great enthusiasm, I accepted whatever charges to change the booking to the 29th of July. Or so I thought .... For some reason, my friend managed to make a similar change ever so smoothly... I, on the other hand, began my journey to hell and beyond. The change was simply not getting confirmed due to payment failure I used the same credit card as I had to make the initial booking - not accepted Repeated the entries, in case I had made an error - same result Used a different card - same result! Then I decided to try the call center, in the hope that the "experts" would be able to sort me out Ahhhhh.... how I regret that now I think, I have spent more on international call charges than the cost of the flight... ludicrous 3 agents - all following the same failed script... Agent: Can I have your card details? Me: Sure, but I already tried those... Agent: Please give me the details ME: Okay - here you go Agent: The Card is blocked! Please contact your bank Me: Wha??? I just paid the restaurant bill.. it works .. not blocked Agent : Its not working Me: I know - that's why I called you dufus! Here try another card.. Agent: The card is blocked! Me: Also? How can that be? Okay - let's try a friends card (hes the one whose transaction had gone through) Agent: That card is also blocked! Please call your bank Me: Butttt.... hang on a sec. Try as I might, I could not convince anyone that thelogical conclusion was a system error and NOT with the cards 3 People, 5 credit cards issued in 3 countries, 2 debit cards ... ALL Blocked... I mean seriously - what does it take to admit an issue. Meanwhile, I am stranded - original booking invalid and can not be re-instated, new booking not confirmed as none of the payment cards are working and the only freaking advice I get from FlyDubai - is to talk to my bank(s) because 7 different cards owned by 3 people in 2 countries appear to be BLOCKED. Even tried to book a brand new ticket at full cost to myself - but that too had payment issues... so I guess it has to be something with either my name or nationality! Once I get back to Dubai, I intend to devote the remainder of my life to ensuring that neither I nor any of my friends, colleagues or acquaintances have to even consider the option of such a pathetic excuse for an airline! The financials aside, the sheer aggravation of the experience I have been through, has left me determined to walk to my destination or not travel at all, if FlyDubai is the only option available. And somewhere in the middle of so many calls, I really cracked up at the conversation that went something like this Me: Is there anything you can do to help me? Agent: Can you go to the nearest FlyDubai Office and pay in cash? Me:If that the only option... yes, Im in Bulgaria Agent: Are you in Sofia? Me: Yes.. actually, no, Im about 5 hours away in Sveti Vlas Agent: In Prague? Me: Wha? No - In Vlas, Prague? Never mind
I will not fly with Fly Dubai again. I have taken three trips with them and all have had many issues but my last and most recent trip was by far the worse. I contacted them by phone and on Facebook to find out what their car seat policy is. Both times I was directed towards their Terms and Conditions 7.4. Based on this policy I bought a seat for my child. On our flight to Dubai we had no issues and I was able to use my car seat. On my return flight I was told I couldn't use his car seat as it is a rear facing seat. I had a copy of the Terms and Conditions printed and they refused to look at it and made us turn the car seat around. This seat is not made to be forward facing. Thus making it unsafe. I contacted Fly Dubai and requested a refund. They said "Kindly note that as per our safety standards, seat should be always facing forward." When I requested a copy of this policy they replied, "Kindly note that the same way as the passengers should face forward, the infant should also face forward as per our Cabin Safety Procedures Manual. We can only share to you the conditions of carriage which are on the website. The Cabin Safety Procedures Manual is for eternal use only." When I still requested a refund because they failed to notify me of this policy nor is it available to view they replied, "Your request for a refund has been refused as flydubai policy states that seat should be always facing forward." I again asked for a refund because I can't be expected to follow a policy that they don't allow passengers to have access to or disclose to them upon request. Their final response was, "As per the international standards, the car seat should be forward facing. This is due to safety reasons. Your child xxxxxxx still occupied the separate seat. We regret to inform you that your request for a refund has been refused as per the policy which states that car seat should be forward facing. Unfortunately, we will not engage in any further dialogue with regards to refund. We are however, happy to be of assistance with any other query you may have." I'm not sure what new policy they are referring to with international standards but we fly internationally frequently and both forward and rear facing is allowed and clearly stated in the airline's policy. While their customer service is normally subpar at best. This was by far the worst customer service I have ever received and I would never recommend anyone fly with them. Nor will I ever fly with them again.

Fly Dubai cancellation. Pay attention for the malicious practices applied by Fly Dubai when you cancel your flight. It is not cancellation, it is just ordinary vulgar theft. When you book with Fly Dubai, you must realize that your money is gone, whether you cancel it or not. I just booked a flight with Fly Dubai of which I knew I may have to cancel it. So during the booking, I verified wheter the flight was cancellable. It was. Later on, I had to cancel the flight due to external factors. What turned out? A lot of extra conditions suddenly arised, such as : - My money is not returned, but instead I get a voucher. - This voucher can only be used for another flight with Fly Dubai. - This voucher can only be used for a flight where I am a passenger. - This voucher expires in 12 months. Little question, but so relevant: - What if people don't need to travel with Fly Dubai in the first 12 months? All of the above extra conditions were not visible during my booking process. However after I filed a complaint, the team of Fly Dubai was happy to send me a link to a web page where they are explained. What Fly Dubai did is take a loan from me without interest and after 12 months take the money. I challenge any one of you to try this with a bank...
Hallo, my name is Corrado. I was supposed to fly back to Saudi Arabia where I am resident with 3 other collegues yesterday. We accidentally bought a hajj flight, so after we were checked in the personnel came looking for us and canceled our boarding cards and got us out of the airport, cancelling our exit visa. Aside the fact that they were poorly informed and not very nice, they weren't helpful at all - they just wanted to got us out of the boarding area. The second we stepped out, they got back without even saying good luck. They refused to reimburse the ticket, or to put us in a later flight, despite the fact that they told us it's hard from the website to understand you are buying hajj ticket, therefore this happens all the time. This is a legalized scam - I sent an email to the customer service, if we are not hearing a reply from them we are sending a letter through our attorney at law. We had to deal with this trouble ourself, bought a ticket with Emirates (so extra 350 USD per person), get into a cab and go to terminal 3. Unacceptable.

This is an airport handling agent. Working for many airlines. The flydubai staff you find onboard. Unfortunately the handling agent is a companies representation and they are accountable for their behaviour. Write a report to flydubai and explain the situation. I bet the service on board was nice and genuine.
Myself and my family were recently subjected to appalling treatment by flydubai staff on a flight from addis ababa to dubai. After waiting for more than two hours for the delayed late evening flight, the ground staff chopped the boarding pass in the wrong way and the flight supervisor, called Daniel from Kenya, would not allow us to sit in our seats and board the aircraft until the ground staff brought the chopped piece of the boarding pass. I had to wait on the gangway with my family in the cold while all the other passengers boarded. We were the last to board once the ground staff appeared with the piece of paper. No apologies or attempt at service recovery. Take it or leave it. I felt threatened and intimitated and embarrassed in front of my wife and children and all the other passengers. This behaviour is a shame to the brand name of Dubai.

With my 15 hours of layover between my flights in Dubai (both from Fly Dubai), I have requested the company a free hotel. However, they never responded my email. Now I stand before the option of spending horrible 15 hours in Dubai airport!
Scammed by Fly Dubai : I tried purchasing an air ticket for my employee on Fly Dubai, the payment declined so i jumt to another airline. Fly Dubai call center calls me to book a ticket by phone cause they noticed declined payment for some silly problem they have with their site. So he takes my card info and asks me to send verification docs since the traveler (my employee) is not the bearer of the credit card. So i send the docs the following day and they ignore the email till the last day before flight and then said i have to eaither pay once again by cash and take vouchers for the existing ticket, or reimburse me by card after deducting AED200. So the Fly Dubai agent cons me in to buying a ticket that won't work for my employee, then they tell me its my fault and they offer to give me vouchers to fly with an airline i have no respect for. If Dubai aviation authority know about these unfair practices im sure they would without hesitation fine them. Consumer protection must do something about this. I have replied to their email at least 4 times. And they have just been constantly ignoring me. It really disgusts me that a Fly Dubai are so cheap that they would ignore a customer for such a ridiculous amount or claim. SOMEONE INFORM THE CEO GHAITH AL GHAITH WHAT YOU NEED TO DO IS DISPUTE THE TRANSACTION WITH YOUR CARD ISSUER (BANK THAT ISSUED YOU THE CARD) FOR ATTEMPTED FRAUD OR NEGLIGENCE FOR WHICH YOU ARE NOW BEING HARRASSED OR PENALISED. THE DISPUTE NEEDS TO BE RAISED WITHIN 30 DAYS FR OM THE DATE YOU HAVE RECEIVED THE CARD STATEMENT. THE ISSUING BANK (WHICH IS YOUR BANK) WILL RAISE THIS WITH THE ACQUIRING BANK ON WHICH FLYDUBAI HAS ACCEPTED THIS PAYMENT. THE MERCHANT WHICH IS FLYDUBAI IN THIS CASE, WILL HAVE TO PROVIDE 'JUST CAUSE' TO PROVE THAT THE TRANSACTION IS LEGAL AND WAS NOT NEGLIGENT. Fly Dubai call center calls me to book a ticket by phone cause they noticed declined payment for some silly problem they have with their site. So he takes my card info and asks me to send verification docs since the traveler (my employee) is not the bearer of the credit card. So i send the docs the following day and they ignore the email till the last day before flight and then said i have to eaither pay once again by cash and take vouchers for the existing ticket, or reimburse me by card after deducting AED200. So the Fly Dubai agent cons me in to buying a ticket that won't work for my employee, then they tell me its my fault and they offer to give me vouchers to fly with an airline i have no respect for. If Dubai aviation authority know about these unfair practices im sure they would without hesitation fine them. Consumer protection must do something about this. I have replied to their email at least 4 times. And they have just been constantly ignoring me. It really disgusts me that a Fly Dubai are so cheap that they would ignore a customer for such a ridiculous amount or claim. SOMEONE INFORM THE CEO GHAITH AL GHAITH
In Dubai Airport terminal 2 , the customer service agent named Dominic is very arrogant and doesnt know how to speak with the customers. We request fly Dubai Authorities to take some action against him.
I don't wanna write a comment i just want to tell you what happened: my wife and 8 months old kid had 2:30 hour flight from Dubai to Tehran they didn't give her a bassinet although i paid for it and they said this airplane do not equipped with this??? the seats was extremely tight and small they didn't let her to use the elevator and she had to used the stairs and carried all of her stuffs including stroller car seat and the kid, one by one which is really unfair for a lady. and at the end the lost one of her baggage's and we are still looking for that and hopeful to find it. flight # FZ241 September3,2015
This "airline" is a disgrace. They failed to provide check in counter information at the airport, closed the gate early, manipulated us into upgrading to business to be able to fly the next day (lied that there are no seats left in economy- there were), by using their local currency instead the one with which the ticket was bought with. Once I realised the error and told them the amount is insane they threatened to cancel the return if we do not pay. Ultimately customer service started to ignore our emails. Please avoid as I wish this upon no one. If there is a bus alternative, go with that.
I have purchased a round trip ticket of fly dubai ticket for Somalia Hargeisa and my nightmare started when I was trying to come back. Because the airport guy who was the fly dubai supervisor won't accept my electronic ticket and won't let me board it. I have to come back to my hotel and made a lot of phone calls which was about .$26 per minute. I've been three days with lot of emails and calls to change my ticket date. Please stay away for such a nightmares and financial waster. This has been worst customer support people that I had ever seen in my life. STAY AWAY

At the beginning of the year I purchased from Flydubai two roundtrip tickets Zagreb – Dubai – Goa. When we (me and my wife) arrived at Zagreb airport on the 10th of March we were informed by Flydubai ground staff that the flight to Dubai is delayed for an hour and that we will most likely miss our flight from Dubai to Goa, due to the short layover. Before we were checked in for the flight to Dubai, a duty manager at Zagreb airport called Dubai airport to check out whether we will be accommodated on another flight. He was promised by staff from Dubai that we will be properly rerouted once we arrived at Dubai airport. We landed at Dubai international airport with a delay of an hour and fifteen minutes and as already anticipated we were not able to catch our flight to Goa. Ground personnel from Flydubai at the connection desk (at Dubai airport) offered us tickets with Jet Airways to Goa via Mumbai. Since we did not have any other option we accepted to continue our journey to Goa with Jet Airways. Regarding our departure from India, early morning of 22nd of March we have arrived at Goa airport and at the Flydubai counter we were informed by Flydubai check in staff that boarding passes will not be issued for the reason that we enter India with schedule flight – Jet airways, and we could not leave India with a charter flight - Flydubai. We were told at the Flydubai counter that Indian immigration will not let us leave country, because rules are clear: “If you come to India on a schedule flight you can leave only on schedule flight or if you come to India on charter flight you can only leave it on charter flight”. As we were refused assistance at the Flydubai counter, I went to seek assistance from other airport authorities. Thereafter, the duty manager showed up and he eventually took matters into his own hands. Meanwhile, I called Flydubai call center several times to notify them that we are in limbo due to strict Indian laws and I begged for any possible help. Having in mind that we were stuck in delicate position that day, we were expecting more understanding and commitment from ground stuff at the airport as well as from Flydubai. Given that the situation was not our fault but as a result of the delay of the Flydubai incoming flight and Indian regulations which Flydubai staff had not forewarned us on. After almost 10 hours of being trapped at the airport, I was told by an operator from the Flydubai call center (after consulting with Flydubai management) that we should buy tickets to return home. Consequently we bought tickets with Qatar airways from Goa via Doha and Frankfurt to Zagreb for a price of 725 euros each - total 1450 Euros. Upon returning home I have requested reimbursement of traveling expenses from FlyDubai. However, the identical treatment from FlyDubai staff has continued. So far I haven’t got proper answer from FlyDubai, and I could only dream of getting my traveling expenses. I WILL NEVER EVER TRAVEL WITH FLYDUBAI. MY FRIENDLY RECOMMENDATION - DON'T HAVE ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS.
Also, this is NOT A LOW COST AIRLINE. It has all the downsides of lowcosts (no food, no luggage allowance, shitty terminal), but it costs just AS MUCH as normal airlines. STAY AWAY FROM FLY DUBAI.

I recently flew with the worst airline I had come across in my 30 years of travel...This is in terms of customer service and what this Fly Dubai has to offer to its cus5tomers when a customer loses an item on board. The super customer service the airline had to offer to me is for me to travel back to Dubai and to go to the lost & found department and to pick my lost item and then come back to Doha. Have you ever heard of such brains operating this unique customer service....It is all polished on the outside but deep down it is fragile and very fragile...no commitment is shown all along my discussion with the concerned department that serving a customer and solving his problem is a pleasure to them....at all...it is a disaster in the making for the entire country......Never again will I use Fly Dubai....
ude and negligeble attitude of one of the russian speaking cabin crew (Marina) withe passengers on flight FZ 777 operated on March 06, 2015 enroute Dubai - Dushanbe. The fact is that most pessengers in this flight were returning from Mekka after pilgrimage and were not able to speak in English with the exception of Russian and Tajik. When passengers were requesting cabin crew whether they have tea or anything else, Marina replied in English and majority of the passangers could not understand her although Marina could speak Russian. to requests of many passengers to speak in Russian, she rudely and negligebly answered in English. This is unacceptable attitude towards passengers.
I have flight on 21 February 2015 using FlyDubai and at the Gate 8-11 , I smell smoke from cigarettes . I found out that the smoking area room is near to it. Even though the smoking room is closed , the tendency of the smoke is to go back to the Airconditioning duct because there is a big circular opening of the AC duct and the smoke is absorbed and exhaust back inside the Dubai Terminal 2. The entire gate waiting area smells cigarettes. Please check this with the maintenace crew.
In reference to my recent trip from Muscat-Dubai-Muscat. This was my first flight with FlyDubai. I arrived at the Muscat Thursday 11 Dec over 2 hours early for the flight. My ticket was not in their system. 40 minutes later (and 3 gate agents) I was given a boarding pass. When I went to the gate the boarding pass was rejected. After waiting 20 minutes I was given another boarding pass; the reason was a seat change. This was a bit frustrating, but not my major complaint. Once seated and just before takeoff a cabin crew member, Houda, removed my carry-on bags from directly above me. When I asked her why she was doing this her reply was * , rude and loud. "I know how to do my job, you don't tell me anything". Houda proceeded to move by bags 4 rows back and on the opposite side of the plane. I explained her that this did not make a lot of sense, because when we land I will have to fight my way to the back of the plan to get my bags. I suggested to Houda that she put my bags forward in the business class area; it was empty with only 1 person sitting there. That way I could easily grab them when I was exiting. She refused to do so. I was shocked at her response and complained to another flight attendant. Needless to say when we landed there were a lot of unhappy passengers as I had to go against the flow which blocked everyone's exit while I got my bags. Houda’s lack of common sense, and customer service, was probably the worst I have experienced in 40+ years of flying. Landing at terminal 2 wasn't much better; it took 58 minutes to get a single 16KG bag. The return flight on Saturday 13 December was nearly as bad. Too few gate agents resulted in waiting 30 minutes to check in even though I was 2 hours and 15 minutes early. The boarding process started 30 minutes late, no announcements letting passengers know there would be a late departure. We had to stand/wait on the bus for over 15 minutes parked next to the airplane on the tarmac. The flight departed 45 minutes late and arrived 35 minutes late. While FlyDubai is a low-cost, no-frills airline there is no excuse for the boorish behavior of their cabin crew and the complete lack of customer service they provided.

I love traveling and between 3-4 times a year I visit other countries 3. In the past 12 months, I have travelled 4 times business class using FlyDubai airlines to central Asian republics. Overall, I have been very happy with the professionalism and courtesy that the crews have shown during my trips on-board your flights. 4. I know it is not easy to put a flawless and perfect team together. More, importantly, if one link in the chain is weak. It can have detrimental impact on the operation of any organization. 5. When I reached Dubai from Almaty, I went to check in to the business lounge since I had a long (My flight to Riyadh was next morning at 07:55 delay till next morning. I went to the check in desk and there was one lady (Since I do not know her name, I would call her Employee A) at the reception desk talking on the phone. I waited till she finished her phone conversation. I handed my boarding pass and she scanned the boarding pass and handed it back to me without too much eye contact. I went upstairs to relax. 6. Later on, I went out to the duty free area to do some shopping. I purchased some gift items and came back to the lounge. This time. In addition, to the employee A, there was another lady as well. I will call her employee B (she had head scarf) to make distinction between employee A and B. I told employee B my boarding pass was scanned by employee A already who was again on the phone. I went to upstairs again. 7. Here is my main regarding the insensitivity and lack of courtesy and professionalism by personnel on duty at the lounge – for most of the time when relaxing at the lounge, there was constant flow of visitors (not sure who they were I can guess friends and colleagues of the employees A and B) coming to the check-in desk in the lounge talking, making phone calls, joking and talking mostly in loud voice. This in my opinion was very arrogant and insensitive that reflected disrespect to their professionalism/receive training and to their organization. With all respect, I felt like I was in a bar or in some kind party environment not a business lounge. ( As a manager I believe very strongly in carrot and stick principle when I deal with my staff to ensure people who do good job are rewarded and those who do not- should understand that if they do not make adjustment, they have to leave.) 8. This lounge scene and events was in contrast to the professionalism and courtesy that the crew showed during my flight from Almaty to Dubai. I wrote a note to let the management know that the crew specifically a lady by the name of Christine showed constant courtesy and professionalism to make sure the passengers were comfortable. I left the lounge couple hours before my flight and had some coffee at costa. 9. I could have ignored the whole thing and remain silent about the whole thing. I like FlyDubai and I want them to succeed in their business to serve the customer better. I have recommended my colleagues about your service and convenient flights to some destinations. The customer feedback and comments are very critical in a business that is service oriented. I am sure you have very good training in place but we deal with different people with different background and mentality. I always say: Good training + good characters = great result Hope you do not see my feedback as a harsh criticism of your organization. That is not my intent; it was conveyed to fix the problem before these type of behaviour damage your reputation as a good company in a very competitive business. FZ-024 Fly Dubai flight on 27/9/14 delayed more than 7 hours from Bahrain.no one was there to explain the reason properly and make an alternative arrangement.I was a passenger on that flight to attend my cousin brother's funeral at Abudhabi 3.30 pm. If flydubai staff informed me on time about the delay I might choose another airline and attend the funeral service.Due to the irresponsibility of the air line I lost a big thing in my life. This is the first time I choose the air line may be last. Staff of FlyDubai collected my both boarding pass and told me they will refund the money.I am not sure ,since they don't have ground staff how they can manage an office.

They named their customer service representatives as email@example.com, but they dont care, they dont listen, they dont call you back, they just do what they want. So, the crappiest customer service, crappiest way of dealing with people. I told them to call me approximately 10 times, they didnt even wanted to call. they just sent what they wanted to send without listening to me. So, my suggestion is to pay slightly more and in case of problem, the other companies will resolve your problems better. This is the worst customer service, I've ever seen

One of the worst flying experiences ever....I was travelling from Kuwait to Lucknow on the 24th of January when they seemed to conveniently leave baggage of 40 passengers behind with no information....moreover when they did return the bag after a 4 day delay because of which i had cancel my further reservations, they had damaged my entire suitcase including a viciously broken lock......Not even expecting a claim in return given their atrocious behavior, when I did approach them about my concern, I could not manage even the slightest form of apology on their behalf...

Missed my Dubai Asia connection because the FlyDubai flight was late by 80 minutes. The Groundstaff was extremely unfriendly and denied any responsibility and gave zero support. We were stranded at midnight with 2 small children. The worst was the strange arguments from the staff why they had no obligation to help based on their procedures. No logical thinking, no moral feelings, just flat denials and defensive attitudes. This airline that is owned by the Government of Dubai is a disgrace for the image of Dubai. I do not understand why on earth the Dubai Government let its image being stained by such a poor service. Please never fly them and join me in voicing about their poor service. long live the social media
FlyDubai by far are one of the worst airlines. Try to stay away from it as far as you can. They will delay the flight, cancel your ticket on a connecting flight without informing you...Surprise now you have to stay for a whole day at the airport so you can catch the next flight!

I would not recommend this airline to anyone who wants to travel like a human being without stressing about being stranded on the airports and not being helped by the airline when the flights are delayed by the same airline. My girlfriend bought the round-trip fr om Belgrade to Colombo (four flights with Fly Dubai in total), and she managed to catch the connecting flight in Dubai on her way to Colombo just because the flight out of Dubai was late. There was no assistance whatsoever by the staff to help her go from one terminal to the other in Dubai, unlike my experience with Singapore Airlines when I had to catch their connecting flight. Then on the return from Colombo, her flight was delayed by FlyDubai so she could not catch the connecting FlyDubai flight in Dubai to Belgrade. The staff in Dubai were extremely unhelpful, they have not provided an accommodation for her even though the next flight was the following day and would not arrange a flight with other airline(s) so she could arrive to her destination as soon as possible. They have left her stranded in Dubai airport wh ere rip-off artists from Dubai Airport hotel rent rooms by the hour (she was quoted US$300 for 7 hours, WTF?). Overall, if you like suffering just go ahead and use flydubai, however we will never use it again.
I had a very bad experience in fly Dubai it was my first time and I will never do it again, it was last week I made booking from 22 Dec 2012, return on the 28 Dec 2012 with my wife and 1 adult and 18 month old son, from Doha to Beirut, from the beginning of departure in Doha the flight delay with out any notice when ask someone they said it will will be delay, I told them I have a connection flight in Dubai, they said you won't be able to catch you will have to take the flight after 8 hrs, I complained and the only answer is sorry, my trip story is big didn't finish from the departure,it is the worst trip I ever had
My name is Tariq Murtaza and I travelled fr om Jeddah to Dubai, on 6th November 2012,my flight no was FZ 0834,and then DXB to Khi Flight no.FZ0331,we are nine family members and experience worst travel of life because locks of seven bags out of our nine baggage bags was broken by airline staff and very valuable goods was stolen from them and even after complaint to higher authorities of Karachi Airline Office no response was given except that no claim will be given because as per rule valuable goods may not be allowed in checked baggage,but no one is responding that how and why the locks was broken of baggage and who is responsible for this mishap .My recommendation to every one not to travel in this sub standard Airline who never response to their clients and wh ere your valuables are on risk.

HI, I am writing this email in order to communicate to you the travel experience I had on May 27th during my flight from Dubai to Borg El Arab Alexandria. My flight number was FZ175, I was travelling with 3 children and my mother in law who had just had back surgery but could walk and did not need wheel chair assistance. We boarded the bus to take us to the airport on time from the terminal. However; we were all left waiting on the bus for over 45 minutes with no explanation as to what the reason for the delay was or the estimated time for the bus to leave. I finally decided to get off the bus and went over to the terminal and asked an employee by the name of Kazi Fouad Ahmed what time the bus was leaving. At that moment he started yelling in my face telling me that the bus would leave shortly and that that was all the information he has. I was shocked that an airline employee was actually speaking to me in the rude obnoxious manner. I told him not to speak to me this way and that the reason for my question was because I had children with me on the bus and that it was illegal to leave us on the bus without any explanation. I also told him that it was my right to know why we were being held on the bus and if there was any delay they should either tell us or let us back into the terminal so the children could use the bathroom. He then yelled in my face again and told me that he had answered my question and that he did not have any information to give me. Again, while yelling in my face and speaking loudly in front of all the passengers and his co-workers. Finally another employee came over after hearing him yell and apologized to me nicely and asked me politely to get back on the bus and informed me that the bus would be leaving in 2 minutes. After that, I got on the bus and the bus did leave after 2 minutes exactly. This was my first time travelling with Fly Dubai and my last due to this experience with this very rude employee! If this is the way Fly Dubai’s employees speak to their passengers when they ask question then you should not be in business that deals with the public. If this employee, Kazi Fouad Ahmed, does not like dealing with passengers or people in general and does not know how to speak to then in a decent tone- then he should find another job!. I hope you take some sort of action on this and notify me, I am very upset and am seriously considering taking legal action against the airline and this specific employee.
