Just had a very unsafe flight. The police came on board, armed to remove an agressif pasanger by force with handcuffs. We waited for the Policia Federal for 45 minutes with no information whatsoever. Then the police returns with the violant man, freed him and he sat just behind me. The captain Noronha Sales diid not object to having an out of control passanger on board his aircraft as if it was normal. We were all very concerned for our safety and most of us missed our connecting flights with no assistance what somever from this low end unprofessional airline staff. I will be filling a complaint with ANAC and hope this reckless pilot gets grounded for good. Flight 1243 on 22 April 2018 from Floripa to Sao Paulo.
I hate your website - it is the worst airline website I have ever used and I have flown all over the world. Have you ever even tested putting in a partner airline frequent flyer number - it simple will not accept Emirates Skyward no - with or without the EK. During my unfortunate experience booking a flight I tried to book excess baggage - it was expensive but that's not the issue - Once I completed my booking your booking system decided to forget about my excess baggage. Simply sloppy lazy work.
i know that I am late with my review however it's better late then ever. I had the privilege to go to Brazil Sep 2016 to go and watch the Paralympic Games. We took the opportunity to go see other places in Brazil with an athlete in a wheelchair. This airline took advantage of the opportunity to charge the Athlete for extra weight from Rio to Iguazu Falls and from Iguazu Falls to S.Paulo. This is an act of crime taking advantage of the situation and charging almost $1000 dollars Canadian for the extra wheelchairs. That's not Ethical. We flew from Vancouver to Rio without any hassles from any other airline we have traveled to many parts of the world and never had that experience. We will never fly Gol again and will not recommend anyone to do either. Shame on your airline to take advantage of a Paralympic athlete that had the greatest experience of her life in Rio. Also the flight wasn't even full . Do NOT FLY GOL
update on previous report..Gol is trying a scam to get your money. I try to bring back the exact(actually slightly smaller carry ones (after all my problems I looked at my email flight info and could have just shown them) that it says I can have one carry one and one under seat (2 free) they made life very difficult for me to bring on 2 bags as per the "information on website". I will say that the supervisor was intelligent and made the right choice to let me carry on my $4000 dollar eqpt. the idiot was a young man at Forteleza entry point to gate (a gol employee) who was hell bent on making sure that I didn't get on with the bag. He must have wanted to feel important. after the incident I returned to the gate and he found me and still challenged me. When he finally realized he had be trumped by his supervisor he sheepishly walked away. Delta Airlines take note because this was a Delta flight and they need to clarify the policy

Absolutely the worse Airline I've ever flown with!! I booked a round trip from MIA to Punta Cana. Our flight to Miami left at 830am, which was perfect because my wife needed to go to work that day. To our surprise the flight was delayed by 3 hours!!! The excuse: the crew hasn't been on ground for 9 hours and then they said a flight attendant was sick!! Are you kidding me??? I get it, but really??? Sounds like an airline that doesn't plan for situations like this! What's worse is that they did nothing to accommodate the inconvenience! All they could say is: there's nothing we could do about it! With an attitude!! I know when I give people attitude and I've been calm about the situation but the service on this airline is very poor! Never again flying GOL... And trust me, people will hear about my experience. Talk about a very disorganized and rude airline.
