We would like to know if GermanWings has any special offer for frequent flyers pending the fact we plan to need a certain numbers of flight on the route Rome-Koln and viceversa. Is it possibile to get some for exemple "carnet" or cashpoint to use flight by flight? Thansk silvio
Awful customer service .. I don't think they know what that is or are so arrogant they don't care. No response from baggage replacement or customer service. They hide behind email addresses and don't reply. - dreadful airline!

What a terrible company My flights deleted 30 July 2015 from Cologne for 10 hour and responsible staff just say sorry they didn't provide any room to sleep or food and I try to contact with they since 30 July 2015 a couldn't I doubt about company ceo or managers whatsoever are they have little bit Brian which kind of company are they I can't understand so cheap company and people totally even not unprofessional
Hi, I'm very unpleased with Germanwings customer service. I've booked 2 flights for 3 persons ans on the same day requested on the contact form on the website a formal invoide stating our tax payer number (we're a company). 3 weeks later... still no reply. Also, the contact form on the website does not send you a confirmation (an e-mail with the summary of your request, for example) of the messagen been sent. There is no e-mail address for customer service... only the contact form and paying phone numbers... this is not a good service at all. Don't know how all this will end, but we need that formal invoice stating the yaxpayer number, or else the expense is not recognized for accounting by our fiscal authority (in Portugal). best regards, Paulo Morais
I had a terrible experience with Germanwings, and the customer service won't even answer my complaint! I've called -they referred to email - I emailed, no answer! I contacted them on their website. Still no answer. The original problem was that they ignored me at the airport after not even giving me a boarding card. Is this an airline, really?!

I had a significant medical event and could not travel to Europe this summer. I have been reimbursed for all the hotel, train and airline reservations I made except for Germanwings. I tried the German number, the England number. The German number you just get a busy signal and the England number you are put on hold until finally they disconnect you. I plan to go next summer but I will not use Germanwings. There is no such thing as customer service. They are a part of Lufthansa and I even tried calling Lufthansa but they gave me the same ineffective phone number. I e-mailed twice and still no response. See that post on 24 June from someone else? Me too! I called their phone number that they gave us over 100 times. They NEVER answered. They have given us no information. It's now June 26! I'm back in the US. I am certain I will never see my suitcase. I am so frustrated with this airline.
I travelled from LHR to Hamburg and baggage of all of the passengers are still in LHR. there is no update when we can receive our luggage. more than 48 hours are over still no clue when we will receive our baggage.

yes.. I also had problems with the phone call. After that, when finally could have spoken to somebody, I've been redirected to an other person, who doesn't speak english. So i just asked for someone who does, therefore i've been redirected 2 other person, finally the 3rd one spoken english, but as he said, my problem is not his area of businnes, so he cannot help. and it did cost me around 15 £ or even more! After this, I hope my flight will be alright.

Guest : Germanwings is a terrible company. On December 31, 2012 they delayed flights from Moscow: to Cologne, Stutgart, and Hanover for 36 hours while all other carriers had been working no problem, and now they are refusing to pay compensation! What are they say about compensation ? I was in airport too in that terrible night
