Do staff receive any other benefits e.g. meals, accommodation, transport, etc. How do you get feedback from customers? What happens to this feedback? Does it improve things? How do you increase customer loyalty? Do you have any schemes? What kinds of customer records do you keep? Are they paper or computer-based? Do you keep statistics on complaints/satisfaction?
