Greetings, I would like to kindly inform you that I have lost all my luggage at Jeddah airport before boarding a bus after conductor and bus driver told me to sit in the bus and they will board my luggage. But, I was shocked and surprised when i find no luggage after arriving in Makkah. so im not sure if it is boarded in a different and sent to a different Maktab or not boarded at all. Appreciate if you can plz help me in this. Please note that I arrived woth Saudi flight SV589 on 23rd August from Dubai. My Luggage tag number is, SV845090. My Maktab number is #04.. Missed his luggage in travel bus, While travelling from Madina to Jeddah Airport on 12th February 2017. Due to lack of space in bus. He decide to go airport by private taxi and he tooked all his luggage in that bus, but unfortunately he unable to catch that bus at airport and his flight time come near So that hi did not get that much time to collect his luggage from that bus and he come to his country ( I.e India) without his Luggage. I missed a wallet (brown colour Samsonite brand) with credit cards, airlines & hotels frequent flier cards, and personal id's. I was taking an Oman Air on 28th Jan at 19.45 hrs and missed the wallet near the wrapping section at the side of the entrance while re-packing my bags. jeddah airport workers just dont work properly they do not atend the customer properly becausr of their lazy work passenger missed flight and some passenger dint got their luggage after landing in bangalore we even missed our zamzam because of them not at all a good service i just hate the way they work

I shauoor travelled from hyderabad to jeddah via dubai...EK529 & EK 801 dubai jeddah....one piece baggage lost on arrival at jeddah....baggage section registered loss ref no DAH JEDEK38077.no information till date.have gone from mecca to airport paying 300 riyals...no updates as promised....nobody picks up calls at given no....baggage has new samsung A7 mobile packed....a camera samsung...medicines of wife who is diebetic clothes documents etc...needed urgently...kindly help...when to emirates office also which was closed at 1840.my contacts in india bhopal 00917748074373 / 7748074473...as per emirates now they say bag was loaded and unloaded in jeddah however till date didnot get it..have returned to india........pl assist..thnx

To the Duty Manager of King Abdulaziz International Airport RE: Saudia Arabia customer satisfaction feedback In the name of Allah, most beneficial most merciful Assalamulaikum, I am writing to you as the person in charge and the one with authority to change the situation. In sha Allah I have total conviction that after reading this note you will make the changes necessary to ensure a smooth process is adopted at your airport. I arrived at your airport on the 15th April 2014 at approximately 4:30am and did get past your passport control section until 9am. I waited for over 4hrs with my family, which is an acceptable service to provide. During this time some passport control officers just got up and left their station, disappearing for over an hour and leaving the area unmanned. Why? When the officers eventually saw someone they would take a very long time to process the passport, with checking some thoroughly through the system and just stamping some without any apparent checks. It seems that they would take a very long time doing checks depending on the person in front of them. I totally appreciate that this terminal must be one of the busiest in the world during hajj and umrah time, so I totally sympathise with the workers. However maybe the four simple options could be explored to make it a more effective environment: 1. Incentivise workers 2. Train them in delivering excellent customer service. This is something I have a lot of knowledge on and can definitely help them with. The work I currently do requires me to manage staff to deliver an excellent customer service all the time, therefore I know exactly what it takes to get staff to an expectable level. 3. Implement an automatic checking system to make the workers jobs easier ie. similar to what they have a Heathrow airport 4. Ensure that not all workers take their breaks together. By implementing this smooth system you will not only be effecting the Muslims but also possible changing the opinions of non-Muslims. Which maybe your gateway to jannah, in sha Allah. I ask myself are the workers here being just with everyone? If it is so quick to get women and children through, why does it take so long for the men and others? Is it to test thier patience. If so, I don't think it does and simple monitoring the situation or a few hours a day will tell you this. I found it very strange that when we were leaving the country the departures section was very organised and we did not suffer the same delays as when we arrived.
