I reach jedah airport 21/2/19 at 00:55 Came out and go to money exchange shop and exchange money and left or stolen my Iphone 7 plus on money exchange counter and went my makah hotel through taxi which breaking law to board more pasenger to make more money ,when I realise iost my phone then next day time I came air port to report it so they see CCTV but no one did nothing so I waist taxi money too to come back air port hoping find my phone . On return journey 27/2/19 I came early morning airport to inquire my flight time the person on information desk give me wrong I formation to swing my flight going 2:10 afternoon to Istanbul then London I double check from.him may b 2:10 mean early morning but he said 2:10 mean afternoon time so I wait then later on after few hour I went again on counter to inquire my flight time this time other person there he did me I miss my flight which go 2:10 morning not afternoon so I have to spend money again buy new ticket for Saudi air line to Heathrow so I lost phone I missed plane

The matter defamed my character, allowed for treason to surface, led to long-term stabd-off and also to my attaining g my identification papers. This is not the Jeddah King Abdulaziz International Airportr site here, nor the air carrier site is here, but the discussions forum here. There is no flight information /e-ticket number / reservation on this air carrier in most comments. No one can reply without the correct and full data on the reservation or on the flight/destination. Such comments are not fair. In order to get the correct reply, kindly attach the reservation / booking number and produce date / fllight number / airports. Requests on refund must produce full name, reservation / eticket and email address in attachment. The reply can be handlled within 2-5 days by free staff in English. To the Duty Manager of King Abdulaziz International Airport RE: Saudia Arabia customer satisfaction feedback In the name of Allah, most beneficial most merciful Assalamulaikum, I am writing to you as the person in charge and the one with authority to change the situation. In sha Allah I have total conviction that after reading this note you will make the changes necessary to ensure a smooth process is adopted at your airport. I arrived at your airport on the 15th April 2014 at approximately 4:30am and did get past your passport control section until 9am. I waited for over 4hrs with my family, which is an acceptable service to provide. During this time some passport control officers just got up and left their station, disappearing for over an hour and leaving the area unmanned. Why? When the officers eventually saw someone they would take a very long time to process the passport, with checking some thoroughly through the system and just stamping some without any apparent checks. It seems that they would take a very long time doing checks depending on the person in front of them. I totally appreciate that this terminal must be one of the busiest in the world during hajj and umrah time, so I totally sympathise with the workers. However maybe the four simple options could be explored to make it a more effective environment: 1. Incentivise workers 2. Train them in delivering excellent customer service. This is something I have a lot of knowledge on and can definitely help them with. The work I currently do requires me to manage staff to deliver an excellent customer service all the time, therefore I know exactly what it takes to get staff to an expectable level. 3. Implement an automatic checking system to make the workers jobs easier ie. similar to what they have a Heathrow airport 4. Ensure that not all workers take their breaks together. By implementing this smooth system you will not only be effecting the Muslims but also possible changing the opinions of non-Muslims. Which maybe your gateway to jannah, in sha Allah. I ask myself are the workers here being just with everyone? If it is so quick to get women and children through, why does it take so long for the men and others? Is it to test thier patience. If so, I don't think it does and simple monitoring the situation or a few hours a day will tell you this. I found it very strange that when we were leaving the country the departures section was very organised and we did not suffer the same delays as when we arrived.
